    Claim was "submitted" on 12 May 2026 requesting information needed to submit the claim.

    I brought my Intel CPU to this repair shop after they told me they could handle the RMA process with Intel on my behalf. I was informed that the process would take approximately 4 weeks and that they needed to perform diagnostic testing on the CPU before submitting the results to Intel as part of the RMA process. Throughout those 4 weeks, I visited the store multiple times requesting updates, but I was repeatedly told they had no new information available. I later discovered that Intel conducts its own testing during the RMA process, meaning the "testing phase" apparently involved my CPU enjoying an extended vacation somewhere in the back room. At one point, I was told the CPU had supposedly been shipped out about a week and a half earlier, yet they could not provide a tracking number, RMA number, shipment confirmation, or any communication from Intel. For a business that specializes in technology, locating basic information seemed to require NASA-level resources. When I personally contacted Intel, they had absolutely no information regarding my CPU because the repair shop had never submitted the RMA in the first place. After continuously pushing for answers and documentation, the shop finally admitted through text message that they had never shipped my CPU to Intel at all. My CPU had apparently been sitting there for over 4 weeks while I was repeatedly led to believe the process was already underway. At least my processor got more time to relax than I did. I ultimately had to retrieve my CPU myself and cancel the request entirely because I no longer trusted anything I was being told. I have dealt with more than my fair share of inconvenience, incompetence, and frustration over the years while active duty, but this experience easily ranks near the top. I would rather be force fed them dry crackers from the MREs than re-experience the complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism again. This was not a simple delay or misunderstanding. This was weeks of misinformation, wasted time, false updates, and unnecessary frustration while my property sat untouched. I genuinely spent more time chasing updates than they spent handling the actual RMA. To be fair, I do believe this shop is capable of doing decent work. However, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this business document absolutely everything, take pictures, request written updates, and keep detailed records if you plan on leaving expensive hardware in their possession, just incase your property decides to go to Narnia.

    Ash was super helpful and honest. My screen wasn't working and he took a day to diagnose. He be honest with me about the price and recommend me a different way that is cheaper. Totally recommend Ash to help with your computer issue

    Leo is amazing in fixing our ipad. The ipad was not turning on. After a day, Leo called back and said it was because of the bad LCD and he fixed it within 2 days. I have just picked it up. Amazing. Strongly recommended!

    Service for my liquid/chemically exposed laptop was relatively fast. Really glad I took it right away because it was really a really expensive laptop, but they were able to save it

They are selling products that are not legal to be sold and they are misleading consumers into purchasing "custom built" computers. The computers are all under 1 volume Windows license and ripe with used motherboards and lazy cable management. The moment you walk out of the store they can shut down your windows license so they can apply it to another machine and scam another person. Luckily, my license lasted for a few months before they did this to me. When I contacted Windows they advised me what this shop is doing. Avoid them, its not worth the headache. Also, just in case you were curious how they responded when I reached out to them regarding what had happened with my license below is the response I got FROM THEM. I will also be putting proof that it came from their email. NOTICE THAT MANY OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE BRAND NEW ACCOUNTS EDIT: I received a message (see below) very shortly after posting this review threatening me to remove the post or they are going to show up at my house and smash my car windows... at least now I know exactly who to point to if anything happens to my vehicles... maybe change the city you're in next time before sending threatening messages.. for computer guys they really do not know how the internet works do they?

If you guys can go anywhere else to fix our PC please do so. I took mine in to have it repaired for bad graphics or bad ram and regret it deeply. I texted daniel yesterday night after seeing the good reviews and how close he was to me. Little did I know I was in for a huge waste of time and money. TO INFORM EVERYONE, the address is actually to his house. The pictures he has up look like an office or storefront he works out of but he works out of his home. I texted him last night saying I would meet him at 2pm today. Instead I came at 1pm thinking what's the big deal right? I arrive at the address given to me and it's a residential area. No shop to be seen. I text him confused asking where his shop is or if he is even around..I receive a call from him and he says he'll be there in 10-15 minutes. He was getting a massage...lol. So, at this point I'm already annoyed cause I thought it was an actually store where I could just drop my computer off and then leave to pick it up after it's done. A red flag should've gone off for me there and I should have left but I stick around and wait 20-25 minutes before he finally arrives. I bring my rig into his garage and tell him it has a BSOD and it's crashing constantly. He plugs it in turns it on to see the error it was giving. Literally didn't even ru any tests and says my ram or my graphics card is bad. WHICH I ALREADY KNEW. I then tell him so if that's the case I shouldn't even bother taking it here I should fix it myself since I have spare parts at home. I mean who wants to spend extra money if it's not needed? After I decide to tell him I'll try to fix it myself, he starts pressuring me and asks me: "why don't you wanna leave it here for me to fix it?" Honestly, I didn't feel comfortable anymore. His garage workstation was small, I saw no tools, and he just had a bunch of parts lying around. It was not a professional setting at all. I mean he had to throw aside parts he had lying around just to clear space for me to set my rig down.. So before I was able to take my rig and go, since I decided it would be best to take it else where, he tells me I gotta pay him for "diagnosing" my computer. At this point I am really upset, cause all he did was turn my computer on and let it crash. He didn't do anything special or work on my computer AT ALL. I agree since at this point I just want to leave and get my computer fixed. I don't have cash, and he's not able to take cards since its not an actual shop. I try to venmo him but it doesn't go through and this is where it gets heated. After several attempts it doesn't work cause my venmo account isn't linked to my checkings (changed banks recently). I assumed he felt like I wasn't going to pay so he proceeds to get in my face and call me a scammer/scam artist and says that I'm not gettting my computer back unless I pay him the 20 dollars I owe him. After that I decided I didn't even want to pay him for the time and how shitty he was treating me so I called the cops since he wasn't releasing my property to me. In between while waiting for the officer to arrive his neighbors walk by and he starts to bash me to his neighbors telling them I was trying to scam him and I'm shady this and that. The entirety of waiting for the officer he DID NOT STOP TRASH TALKING me, he even recorded me and called his friends on me when all I did was stand there and wait for the officer. The officer arrives and we both give our statements, the officer decides I have to pay him. So to be in good will I do, but I had to drive to the bank to withdraw money cause he all of a sudden didn't want to take venmo from my friend since it would be faster but instead he wanted cash only. I'm sure he did it out of spite to waste my time. I wish I recorded the events to post here and share what he really was like towards me, but I was scared and it didn't occur to me to do so. So please I warn everyone, take your business elsewhere. Daniel has horrible customer service and he definitely doesn't not know how to treat them as such.
