    I bought three laptops for my family and me from here at very reasonable prices. The worker is nice and respectful and always do their jobs to the best of their abilities. I accidently dropped one of my laptops, and the screen was completely black and would not turn on. I had no hope it would be fixed but I tried anyways and went to computer world. In two days, I had my laptop back looking good as new. I highly advise anyone having computer troubles to come because they never disappoint.

    My original review is too long but I will post it in parts. Omar STOLE $180 and refused to give me a receipt because he "didn't like my attitude." In reality, it's because I questioned the "company iPad being stolen at 8pm" (closing time for this place) WHILE another employee, Mohammed, was at the store. A whole computer store and only the one iPad that can do card transactions is stolen... He requested money via Zelle or Venmo. Hella shady. Can't wait to add more detail to this. Glad I called the cops on you, grifter Omar. And I'm sure that dude you called to keep your temper down was Anthony the store owner...but you couldn't find the manager. Nice try. Oh, and maybe you shouldn't call customers "b****" and yell at them to "get the f*** out of the store." I simply requested a receipt. Never once called you out of your name.

    They built me a desktop to my specs. The gaming machines had too high end a graphics card and liquid cooling that I didn't want to pay for. I got advice on the new solid state drive and upgraded memory that would add performance. I've built many machines myself but they got me a better price than I could get. They built a kick a** machine that is far better than I expected. I had been using a yoga laptop that kep on running out of resources and had poor images that I shared on the screen. Have a smoothLy running machine and images my students can read was important. This has let me run multiple processes without any resource issues. I love it. i9 3.6 GHz, 32GB ram, 1T hard drive, midrange graphics card.

    Talked to Omar on offer up , drive down from Temecula , worked out a great deal !! Great management!

I submitted a request through their website and followed up with a phone call in the morning. Brandon answered right away, was friendly and professional, and already had my request pulled up. He was able to come out the same day, on my schedule, even though it was late in the day. He kept me updated on his arrival and showed up right on time--calm, focused, and respectful of my home. He got straight to work and resolved the network issue quickly and effectively. What really stood out was his approach. He didn't just fix the problem--he explained what he was doing, taught me a few helpful tips, and validated the things I had done right with just a few adjustments. Once the hardware was finally ready, they came out with no questions asked and corrected the install.     I called last Friday to get a technician to come out today, Monday, to activate my ethernet port…read morehere at home. I had a 1:30 pm appointment. I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.
