At 4 pm, I called and was told they only had one person who could do inspections and he was at another location, but everything else was done. Fine. I left it overnight again. The next day, still no phone call. At 2 pm, I called to check in. They told me the inspection still wasn't done because the guy was still at the other site. I calmly asked if they had called him to let him know my car was waiting. The response I got was, "You can come pick up your car!" I was stunned. I said I never said I needed the car! I was simply wondering why it was taking two days. This experience felt incredibly unprofessional. No communication, no urgency, and an attitude on top of it. And here's the kicker: I paid $65 for them to "attach" the skid plate. I drove home (two miles away) and immediately heard it dragging. I called them, and they said, "You need a new skid plate!" That may be true, but I should be refunded because whatever they did clearly didn't hold. I took pictures of their so-called repair: two zip ties. That's right! $65 for two zip ties that didn't even last two miles. They had my car for two days, with a lift, full view, tools, and my money, and this was the result. I pulled in and was immediately greeted and I made my request. They let me know how much it was going to cost if there was an issues and then had me sit in the waiting area.
