There's lots of seating: bar seating, tables and chairs, additional seating inside the apartment lobby, and even more outside on the patio. I had the Alabama Stinger, an iced shaken honey cappuccino, and it was delicious, highly recommend. I also tried the twice-baked croissant, which was flaky on the outside and perfectly sweet and buttery on the inside. I'll definitely be back to try more drinks! They have more than enough seating and I prefer the green couches that have enough space for your books and then some. By the time you order and try to leave the bar area to find a seat, your drink is ready before you walk away. Neat! The playlists! A new level! They have a house playlist that makes you feel like you're riding passenger princess on a road trip, or at home jamming to oldies and newbies. They have parking which is attached to the apts that the coffee shop is nestled to. Just scan the qr and pay, and be on your way! They've switched to valet parking only, or at least for the event I went to. It was $15 but they say you can park for free at the Walmart down the road.

The DJ was already doing his thing and the bartenders remained busy. As someone who wasn't interested in the drinks, I appreciate that there was a self-serve water cooler in the center of the room. The Jenga and jumbo Uno cards were a hit!!!! It was so nice to have these options available. And as others mentioned, the large screen was playing a classic movie - which we could still see from inside. I didn't stay long and this was a Sunday night but the parking lot was much busier when I left. I imagine the outdoor space gets crowded later in the evening as well. The DJ was just okay - not my cup of tea - but folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can definitely see why this place is popular. Although parking is less than desirable, it is not unreasonable. The venue is well-lit and easy to move around. The crowd was diverse, with various ages and backgrounds represented. They had some seasonal drinks for February. I got a strawberry matcha drink and my wife got an iced coffee. My matcha was really good! I don't normally like matcha, but when combined with strawberry, I LOVE it. The drinks are averagely priced, and they have a good selection of different drinks. The staff were really friendly and answered the few questions we had about some of the drinks. There is plenty of seating inside, but we ended up sitting outside because the weather was really nice! The space is open, airy, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the seating layout. There's actually room to breathe. You're not crammed next to other tables or accidentally overhearing your neighbor's entire life story. Some cafes feel packed like sardines, but Kin does it right. They even have a cozy living-room style seating area that adds to the relaxed vibe. There's also outdoor seating, which would be perfect on a beautiful day. The latte I ordered was divine- smooth, balanced, and perfectly crafted. As someone who loves good latte art, Kin's baristas absolutely deliver. We were served the most beautiful swan latte art, which made the experience even better. Totally brewtiful! Everyone in our group loved their drinks. One friend mentioned their strawberry matcha is amazing, so that's definitely on my list for my next visit. After seeing that they served banana matcha, I had to see if I could add banana flavor to my latte - I could! So I started with a banana latte with oat milk + a ham, cheese and egg croissant. Since the Publix in this plaza closed, there's even more parking than there was before. I was also pleased to see that the opening hours are 6:30/7 am to 7 pm daily.
