I was attending a work related training that was held in one of the meetings rooms of the Sheraton Hotel where this restaurant is located. Because we had a limited time for lunch we came here all three days. The first day I had the Bradley burger and it was delicious. I had some request like no bun and no fries. The second day I tried their chicken Caesar salad with no croutons and dressing on the side. The final day I had the burger again and the bartender remembered my order. The service was spectacular! The bartender was chatty but at the same time was quick to greet and get the orders for everyone. I wish I remembered her name because she was great. read more

Good friendly staff! I sat at the bar so I could see the flatscreens. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. I like to order local craft brews when I travel and the bartender pointed out local brews and provided samples to aid in this important decision making process! The bartender made a good recommendation on the Lobster Mac and Cheese. Since I've had my other favorite here, the Steak Burger, I decided to go for the Lobstah Mac! It was a good decision!! I enjoyed my brew and my entrée! The food was delivered hot and perfectly cooked. The lobster was tender and not over cooked and the Mac and Cheese component was also good, albeit very rich! Only recommendation I'd make would be a little seasoning in the final product, but I added my own to taste. For an airport hotel this is a favorite of mine because the restaurant and bar are spot on! read more

Food and service were excellent! Sat at the lounge bar and the food was delicious for an airport hotel. The side salad alone was massive and surprisingly fresh and good. The ambience is friendly and welcoming. Cynthia, behind the bar, will take great care of you. I had the chicken tenders with fries and they were actually hot, fresh, and waaaay better than the ones the restaurant in the airport pushes. No comparison. You can't go wrong here. read more

The food I had during my one meal here warrants a four star review. I ordered the lobster roll and was pleasantly surprised in multiple ways. When my order arrived, the plate had two lobster rolls on it for $21. That instantly made me happy. The menu stated that it had a lemon aioli on it and as I bit into my first roll I was happy to see that it had been lightly applied to the inside of the roll instead of dressing the lobster itself with it. This made the entire lobster roll taste light and fresh. I later learned that this is more a Connecticut style of making lobster rolls whereas the ones with the lobster meat coated in mayonnaise is more the Maine style. The fries that accompanied it were nice and crisp. I would gladly eat this meal again and again. They had a nice selection of local craft beers which is something I always look for and appreciate. However, this is also where my one complaint arises. The server did not appear to know much about the beer selection, but I didn't find this out immediately. When I asked about the style of a specific beer he mentioned on draft he hesitated and then stated that it was a New England style IPA. When he served the beer, I could immediately see, smell, and taste that this was not true. In these situations I would much rather have the server admit that they don't know and maybe go check what it is. I don't mind waiting a moment for correct information. As I later found out when I went and sat at the bar after dinner, the beer he brought me was actually a blonde ale which is completely different. The service was overall friendly and prompt. The hostess was cheerful and friendly and the server was polite and attentive. Other than the mistake with the beer, my experience was pleasant and satisfying. read more

While on a business trip, I stayed at the Sheraton Bradley, thus I had several meals here at Concorde. Both of my breakfasts were good. One morning I had an omelet and the next the Wheat Banana Pancakes. Both were fine (read 3 stars) Of particular note though, was a dinner that I got to go one evening: Greek Salad with Salmon added. It was great!! Absolutely perfectly tasting and cooked fish, with a lovely salad!!!! The salad had tons of artichokes and black olives, with fresh lettuce and the perfect amount of dressing. read more

Grabbed lunch here while the kid was at dance conference. The wife and I split the lobster mac and cheese and French onion soup. The French onion soup was good A nice cheese mix topped it off. The lobster Mac and cheese was Mac and cheese with lobster meat on top. The lobster dried out a little bit lended to a good taste to the over all dish. Next time there's a conference here I'm sure we will grab lunch here again. read more

I was in the Sheraton for a business meeting and came down to the restaurant for a quick break. We ordered teriyaki wings for an appetizer, and I had a fish sandwich. The wings were excruciatingly sweet, and I couldn't continue eating them. The blue cheese that came with the wings looked like it had sat in the refrigerator for a little too long. I'd recommend not ordering the wings here. My boss ordered some sort of salad, though it came with broken up pretzel sticks inside-- it kind of looked like an appetizer you'd see on Food Network's Chopped, where the contestant ran out of time, didn't know what to do with the pretzels and just decided to break them up and toss them into the salad. My fish sandwich redeemed Concorde's. Very crispy outside, extremely tender inside-- it reminded me of a great fish and chips I had in New Zealand. The french fries were very yummy. I normally never finish the fries, but made a point to do so here. All in all, it wasn't a great meal, especially since it was marred by the wings, but the fish sandwich shows there are some redeeming qualities here. read more

I had the lobster roll and seafood chowder. The bread was soft and buttery with the lobster roll. The soup base was a bit thin in the chowder. While both items were not stellar, I would recommend this place if you have a limited amount of time. The staff was friendly and efficient. read more

I enjoyed drinks and dinner for two nights while traveling from out of state. My first night as I arrived late, but Dennis my server still provided excellent food and service. They stayed open later to accommodate us late arriving travelers. I had the Lobster roll without the aioli and it was excellent. When I returned my second time I had the same lobster roll with the aioli (which was as the base of the bun, not mixed in with the lobster and it was as also very good) I also enjoyed the French onion soup. A shout out is due for excellent service. Luis was our chef and prepared these excellent lobster rolls which are not available to me in the southwest states. Dennis, my first night bartender (as well as being back for breakfast the next day to accommodate a basketball team that had flight cancelled leading to needing service for an additional 20-30 people at the breakfast) was attentive and made me feel very welcome.) The bartender Cynthia I met on the second stay was a real team player. My server Dee welcomed me so warmly and chatted and made me feel comfortable as a woman traveling alone. The second night, the room-service person was unable to come in. Dee checked in with me every time she was going to do a room service delivery to see if I needed anything. Both times I ate at a table in the bar for dinner. I also observed the manager, Donna, helping her team out, praising them for their extra efforts, and being an overall kind, caring person that seemed to make the servers and bartenders feel appreciated. I was very impressed with the food options here as well as the service. I would suggest coming on down to eat at the bar tables versus room service, to not feel so isolated while traveling. Other table seemed to appreciate the local craft brews. Again I will stress that I felt safe here as a solo female traveler. This restaurant seems to go above and beyond to take care of travelers. read more

I had a very good dinner and breakfast here when my flight got cancelled and I spent the night at the Sheraton. Dinner was shrimp cocktail and beef stew and both were pretty good for what I was expecting. Breakfast was an omelet with fruit and coffee. The omelet was so so but the fruit was nice and fresh and the coffee was excellent. Service was better at night than in the morning. The guy working in the morning was trying to memorize the orders instead of writing them down and he got mine wrong as well as a table next to me. We had dinner here while visiting for an event... we waited for a table for about 15 minutes. Once being sat, our server was friendly, but the timeliness of service was awful. We finally placed our order and then waited for 45 minutes AFTER placing our order to get our food. We watched 3 other tables come in, eat and leave before we even got our food!!! We didn't get our food until we asked for it, the waitress went to the kitchen to ask and didn't come out for 15 minutes. The excuse? "You ordered grilled chicken and it needed to be cooked correctly, you don't want pink chicken." Well, that's funny, because the chicken was, in fact, pink. We suspect that they completely forgot about our order. With all that being said, they still got 2 stars because the lobster mac & cheese was unique and tasty and, despite the pink, the parts of the chicken sandwich that we could eat was pretty good. Luckily, we don't see ourselves staying at this Sheraton again, but if we do, we will not return to the restaurant. read more

Landed late on Christmas night and enjoyed a great meal. The food was good, service was responsive and they were great with our kids. The food is pricy...typical for a hotel restaurant. The food is very good with great variety...most a-typical for a hotel restaurant! I get a substantial discount (close to half-off) because my company utilizes several dozen rooms every night. If it were not for the discount, the food would not be worth the price. Examples: wings...$12 Half Chicken...$23 Burger...$15 Prices aside, the restaurant is very good and the service staff are all very nice and prompt. read more

After flying in late into Hartford I stayed at the Sheraton and dined at the Concorde restaurant for breakfast the next day. The buffet was $15 per person which isn't bad at all (the hotel I worked at by Disney had a $19/person price). The selection was limited but had a little bit of everything from fresh cut fruit, pastries, cereal to hot food. I liked their southwest scrambled eggs. They also had eggs cooked to order but no omelets. Coffee and juices were also included with the price. The convenience I think was the best part of this place. The restaurant opens at 7am so unfortunately you can't take advantage of it if you need to catch a real early flight. The staff was super friendly and attentive. read more

My reviews are never personal. With that said here we go. Arrived for a beauty pageant. Friday nite went for dessert with the boys at the Concorde and it took 30 minutes for 1 ice cream sundae and 1 apple tart. The manager apologized and gave us a discount. Saturday morning for breakfast. Our breakfast was well over 30 minutes late and had to ask for our drinks (coffee) repeatedly. WHen we did get our breakfast it was good and no complaints. Saturday night decided to do dinner and the service was good but the mash potatoes were cold. They rave about the Gouda Mac n cheese, it was decent. The short ribs had good flavor. The banger n mash fell short. The manager is nice and accommodating. But I have to give a 2.0. read more

Yikes and oops! Overpriced and poor quality. Service is great, ambiance is lacking. Ordered tuna with couscous.... was seasoned like a Lean Cuisine frozen dish. Sent it back for Sea Bass, which was better because it was wrapped in prosciutto (bacon's cousin). Middle of fish was undercooked and picked about 6 very large fish bones out of my throat. Will not come back! If in the area, spring for the cab ride and find a real restaurant! read more

Ordered beef sliders. Assumed I was going to get little burgers. Instead they were little chewy pieces of steak. If I wanted steak I would have ordered steak. Very Pricey food and very uninspired cuisine. Chicken half was not a half and it was overcooked to the point where it couldn't be cut with a knife. The salads were iceberg lettuce with wilted edges and few other vegetables. The side vegetables of carrot and parsnip were under cooked. Nobody likes their vegetables to be soggy but one needs to be able to chew them. We ordered an appetizer, a cheese platter, the cheese, all 6 pieces, had dried out edges and looked lost in the vast empty platter. The potatoes? I ordered one variety and received another and those had the consistency and taste of powdered potatoes. read more
