I was all hype to come and try this restaurant after hearing good reviews about it. The Margaritas were sweet very sweet. I order 2 tacos and they looked good but when I took a bite the taco was cold, cold like it was just coming out of the refrigerator, and took a bite of the other taco and same thing, cold. I asked the server if the tacos are supposed to be cold and he said no, I told him that both these tacos were cold like they just took the meat out of the refrigerator and put on the taco and add the toppings. The server took them back and had the cook "recook" them but they were still cold and the server told me, its cold because of the toppings. I told him, there is a difference. I felt that he didn't really cared and that my party (2) was bothering him. But I HIGHLY don't recommend this place, unless you want cold tacos.

These tacos are amazing I LOVE the fish tacos. I will definitely be back to this location! The customer service was great.

Whenever I come to Condado Tacos I am greeted when I walk in the door, and someone is always at my table within two minutes. It is a bar environment with sports on all of the TVs. My food is always out within five minutes is my order. It tastes fresh and is full of flavor.

I stopped by to pick up a mobile order for lunch. It being a weekday, there were probably about as many others waiting for pickups as there were people sitting there having lunch. The food was good and well packed for the journey home, I was back to my car within a couple minutes. The service wasn't rude, but the first person I talked to wasn't particularly friendly. So if that's a deal breaker, keep that in mind

    This is "extra protein".

I used to be a devote fan. Now I have completely changed my tune. Something is ALWAYS missing. Either they don't give you extra protein (even when you pay for it) or they forget the queso and still give you the chips. DO NOT ORDER TO GO. You will be disappointed. They have refunded me so many times because I always think it'll get better.

I have been going to Condado for years (mostly the downtown location; they're great but I probably won't be back to this one) and I was disappointed on this visit. I ordered two tacos on the website for a pickup order. I got there to pick up my order and didn't think to unwrap them before leaving or look too closely (my fault) because I didn't want to drive back home with unwrapped tacos in a bag.. And just assumed it would be correct. One of the only reasons I'm okay with spending $6+ on a single taco is because I love the hard and soft shell with queso and guacamole in between the layers. Once I got into them, no guac or queso in the taco this time and I was disappointed because I spent the extra money for that (albeit $1.50 per taco) and that's my favorite part. I also just felt like the overall quality was much different than I'm used to- almost no sauce at all (it was all in a blob on one side) and the service was mediocre; the hostess was at the bar talking to the bartender and not greeting people. Another family came in after me and waited for her to finish talking to go greet them. Not my favorite experience here, especially if I'm not getting what I order. Editing my review because I also forgot to include that the cilantro and onion also was not on the taco. Two out of the seven things I asked for were not included. Photos of the shell layers (or lack thereof) and receipt with the ones I ordered. Can also see the lack of cilantro or onions. P.s. I really wish the roasted portobello's hadn't been taken off the menu for us vegetarians

Came here to have a book club meeting. Drinks were decent but the tacos were okay. It was a bit loud so hard to converse. The waiter was attentive but unsure of lots of drinks and menu options. The salsa trio was good. But the chips were cooked too hard. We were not a fan of the hard shell tacos inside of most all of the soft shell tacos. Not sure if I would come back l

Fantastic patio atmosphere and quick friendly service. The tacos were great as usual!

Met a call league at Condado for lunch. The service was a little subpar, but they were also starting to get busy, so I completely understand. The food was great as always, and their lemonade is unique and worth trying, if you make a visit to one of their restaurants.

Not a fan of their tacos. They add too much to them and flavors are all over the place. Their guacamole is sub par also

The restaurant easily accommodated us is a separate area that was near the restaurants and a long booth bench on pine side. Perfect for our four five and under. Our server Hannah was cheerful and knowledgeable and was an asset to our celebration. Our food and drinks were delicious. We got the margarita tower (twice). It is delicious and definitely a statement (And the bartender certainly has a great sense of humor)! We all had delicious food. I tried the Korean chicken bowl as a salad (I love that you can order rice or lettuce for the bowls). I tried avocado with ahi tuna appetizer and could easily make that a meal. If you think Asian/Mexican fusion is not a thing, think again. We will be back to the Carmel location as well as the Indy location. Sit indoors, sit outdoors and enjoy a great experience either with a larger party or family party or just a couple of you

Our server was a nice girl, but extremely slow service. We had to ask for everything--straws, more water, more chips. She checked in on us maybe twice during our whole meal and didn't deliver our food. Food was pretty mediocre and had little to no seasoning. I'm still not 100% sure that the Margarita actually had alcohol in it as it was incredibly weak. The chips and dip flight is pretty cool in theory, but the queso and guac are the only dips that I would get. Everything else is just...meh. Your run of the mill Mexican joint at the corner will have better food and service than here. I would probably go somewhere else unless you're just looking for a cool vibe.

No signs up either. Just a locked up door. Had the campechanos burrito. Side of chips, guac, and queso were expensive. The esquite was terrible - definitely don't recommend that. It was frozen bland corn with lots of mayo. FYI- Will surcharge for credit card use.

It turns out Df is supposed to be D.F., capital D and capital F, as in Distrito Federal, the former name of Mexico City. So "Estilo D.F." means Mexico City-style. I've been trying to get Yelp to change the "Df" to "D.F." in the restaurant name, to no avail. So I had to write this little preface to appease the editor in me, and so that other people, who might also be wondering what Df means, knows what it means and how it's supposed to be spelled. Tacos! Gil Tacos specializes in tacos. They have a lot of tacos on their menu. This is the place to get those hardcore Mexican tacos, like lengua, tripe and cabeza. I am a softcore Mexican, so I opted for carnitas, al pastor and choriqueso. I got them Mexico City-style, which is with some diced onion and cilantro. The choriqueso was my favorite, and had a nice blob of cheese in it. The two pork tacos were a wee bit grisly and dry. Twice, I had to go up to the counter where the salsa was and douse my tacos in green chile salsa. The dry meat doesn't bother me as much as the gristle. I don't like fishing around in my mouth to pick out cartiledge. Salsa and chiles and things are at the front where you pick up your food. It's a communal thing. When you get your food, you can add salsa. That reminds me: You order at the counter, and they call your number. There's no table service. We also got a carne asada burrito, which I was told was excellent. Maybe I'll get a burrito the next time I visit, or a torta. But I had to get the tacos, because the word "tacos" is in this restaurant's name! How could I not? They have horchata and jamaica, and soft drinks in bottles and cans (like Mexican Coke). They also have beer in bottles.
