We came here with a party of 8. From the beginning it seemed like the server did not want us there. Not sure why......I had a green goddess salad with salmon. There was nothing horrible about it, but nothing I felt was worth 16 dollars. I had two different drinks. The watermelon margarita-it was so incredibly strong I couldn't even drink it-nor could anyone else in my party. So I asked for a lemon drop martini. Whatever it was that was given to me was not a martini, but I was tired of waiting. We'd been there two hours already. When we finally received our bills they were all wrong. Honestly, I had a lot of bad to say about this restaurant. Our service at 10am Brunch was deplorable. We were ignored and forgotten. It was my birthday and I had read so much good, but I was so disappointed. When I finally tracked down the manager, all of that changed. He made no excuses and went above and beyond to make.our our experience perfect.. let me say that the food was better than any l have eaten in Fort Wayne..I had Roasted Chicken Enchiladas that was so delicious that I almost licked the plate. My husband ordered chicke wings and Brussel Sprouts and SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!!! We both drank Peppered Paloma which is the most fantastic cocktail I've ever ordered off menu. Great service. The food was great and portions were average. Our fries were very salty but our server Britt took care of that immediately with no issues. Nice and casual atmosphere, I will definitely be back for more. The double cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and was very good. Had breakfast business meeting here while attending a conference across the street. Only 1 table was occupied with customers. No one seated us, so we seated ourselves. No one acknowledged that we were even there, even though there were 3 different ladies that worked there walking around and talking to each other. Finally went up to the bar and the lady said we had to come up and place our orders there because they were short staffed and couldn't wait on us at our table. Again, there were 3 workers on the floor. One behind the bar and 2 on the actual floor/kitchen. So our party of 5 ordered at the bar (3 of which were customers). I had to apologize to my guests for the poor service. Food was average at best. Really tired of the CV-19 excuses when people just don't want to work, even though they are actually there "working". We decided to try the Savor Fort Wayne menu on a Friday night.... Parking was quick and easy at the garage. I had a reservation for 4 and we were seated right away. Service was pretty slow at first, but once we ordered it got a little bit better. Food was great with tons of options for everyone. I have a gluten allergy and was impressed with the options. However they only gave me a single scoop of vanilla ice cream & carmel for the dessert which in comparison to the other dessert options for the deal seemed a bit lack luster for the price. Server did valid parking when we paid, but when we went to leave the garage no matter what we did at the machine it said we owed $2.00! Hostess is lost, my wife is going to the coffee pot to get a refill because nobody comes around. My kids ordered pancake and scrambled eggs with bacon. 35 minutes later they get their food. 35 minutes for food that takes 5 minutes at IHOP. Did we get the complimentary muffin and jam, no, because refer back to service is brutal. Other families sitting around getting upset also because of how slow this place is. I was not sure where to start on this review. I came here last night for my birthday. The atmosphere was amazing, I love the decor of the place. The food was also wonderful, I tried a bite of the steak, the Mac and cheese, fries, nachos and the crab cake hushpuppies. (Thanks to my friends for letting me nibble off their plates) The drinks on the other hand...questionable. Don't get me wrong, the presentation was amazing on them however the taste just wasn't there for me. I got the blueberry drink, it was..okay. I also took a sip of the watermelon margarita which was absolutely disgusting. The other part of this place that is leaving me to leave this 3 star rating was the service. I felt like we were forgotten about the entire time. I think I saw our waitress 3 times. And they were not busy by any means. Our drinks were never brought out to us, we had to go grab them off the bar ourselves. The prices of the place with the level of service I received was not worth it. As always, my wife wrote this review for her Facebook friends. Nestled in the corner of the Courtyard in downtown Fort Wayne in the former Champions location resides Conner's Kitchen & Bar. It has a much brighter, open, and more welcoming atmosphere than its predecessor. The service is much improved as well. The tables, chairs and lighting give it an almost 1950's appeal with a modern upturn. Our server, Jala quickly brought water and menus to the table. She described the Lump Crab Hushpuppies and informed us it is "Wine Wednesday." She must have been reading our minds because she had us pegged on both counts. Now, I'm a hushpuppy fanatic but Scott could take or leave them. But, in this case, those little gems of light, airy cornmeal batter filled with lump crabmeat, sweet corn, jalapeno, and pepper jack with a citrus aioli dipping sauce had Scott and I hooked! (The Savignon Blanc we ordered complimented them well.) Then it was on to the main event. I opted for the Supernatural Salad with Smoked Turkey. This salad is presented beautifully with organic greens, campari tomato, shaved fennel, snap peas, apples, blueberries, (the addition of smoked turkey, chicken or salmon if the customer so desires), and parmesan tossed with a lemon dressing and topped with a healthy sprinkling of crispy quinoa. Everything about this salad was fresh, refreshingly original, and marvelous! Scott decided on the Roasted Chicken Sandwich. This sandwich was a monstrous pile of tender well-seasoned sliced roasted chicken breast, guacamole, carrot slaw, and pepper jack served with a heaping portion of thin-cut fries. I have to say the combination of Jala's beautiful smile, her professional service and the excellent culinary skills of the chef(s) will have us coming back! I hope I've made you all hungry! Let's start with the good: this place has a WONDERFUL aesthetic and interior design. I didn't venture to the rooftop but the indoor main area was really nice. Food was okay. Nothing to rave about. But the service.... it was just awful. Our waitress was very cold and didn't seem interested in helping. She only stopped by our table to drop things off and never stopped to check in. On the way out, the hostesses didn't even acknowledge us as they were too involved in their own conversation. Bartender kept dropping stuff and used unvoiced had for ice. A patron walked out on that one. So tried tonight for dinner. No go. Disorganized lots of empty tables but a 45 minute wait. Bar is open but the chairs at the bar table had been removed. Hostess seemed confused we wouldn't want to stand and eat. They were not the least bit concerned that we walked out. The breading doesn't stick and the meat is dry (typical chicken breast). Would have been much better if they had used thighs IMO. Waffle was decent. The smoked pulled pork was very flavorful but dry. Met with friends on a beautiful Friday night. Our waiter was friendly and happy to tell us their most popular dishes. All four of us enjoyed our flavorful food. The waiter and manager checked on us and chatted with us. Very friendly and helpful. We really liked the comfortable atmosphere. One suggestion, more vegetable options please. They have great food here. The Cubano and Hamburger are excellent sandwiches. The fried chicken is very delicious as well. I tried the cornbread with zucchini and it would have been better without the zucchini. The deviled eggs are delicious as well. A friend had recommended that I tried the Gooey Butter Cake. I visited the restaurant twice with the intention of ordering it. Each time I mentioned to the server when ordering my food that I wanted the cake. They advised that they had it. However, when I finished dinner, they told me that the cake was gone. On my third visit, I lucked out and they had 1 left which I ordered. I was told that they normally make only 3 or 4 per day. I'm not sure why they don't make more given the fact that they are evidently popular. If you're lucky enough to score one on your visit, you will enjoy it. read more

This restaurant was in my hotel and like most restaurants at hotels, it's really easy to go down and try the food and it was amazing. Over the week, I have tried several items and they were all good except the cold salad. They also have this strongmosa (sp) that is amazing. You also need to try the hushpuppies.
