I honestly don't even know where to begin because ConstruArt exceeded every expectation we had. This wasn't just a landscaping project it felt like a partnership and by the end of it, we felt like we were saying goodbye to people we'd grown so comfortable with. From the very beginning, Pete and Mike took their time with us. They explained everything slowly, clearly and with so much patience. They guided us through every option and helped us figure out what would look best in our space. You can tell they truly cares about the homes they works on. Then there's Roman, the big guy with the gentlest heart. He supervised the team like a true leader, calm and steady, but always smiling. And the patience... my gosh. We changed our minds so many times and he never once made us feel bad. Instead he'd say, "No problem, we can adjust," and he meant it. His kindness really stood out to us. And their whole team? Just amazing. Respectful, hardworking, focused and so easy to talk to. They showed up almost every day ready to work and every detail they touched was done with intention and care. Our favorite part of the project is definitely the side yard. They turned it into a beautiful, peaceful walkway that honestly looks like something from a resort. The curves, the turf, the pavers, the white stones, everything blends so perfectly. We walk through it every day and still say, "Wow, this is ours!" I was referred by a neighbor who recently had their front and backyard done by ConstruArt. The salesperson, Pete, called me back the same day I texted him with my inquiry, and we scheduled a visit for the following day. My original plan was to remove the existing pavers, pour new concrete footings, and have them assemble a pre‑fabricated Backyard Discovery gazebo. But during the consultation, I was introduced to their custom pavilion option which comes with a lifetime warranty and can be fully customized. It was more expensive than my initial plan, but I couldn't be happier with the result. I'm so glad I didn't go with the prefab option after seeing how beautiful our gable pavilion turned out. Once we decided to move forward, their site engineer, Alex, came out with Pete to do a full site survey, take measurements, and confirm all the customization details. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the team always arrived on time and won't just show up in my driveway like some contractors do. The entire project took about five weeks since everything is made to order. There were only three appointments needed: removing the pavers and adding the concrete footings, reinstalling the pavers, and finally installing the pavilion. The installer reviewed all the details with me before starting to make sure we were aligned. I was genuinely impressed by how many precise steps were required to build it--clearly a very meticulous process. They came by today to look at the finished product and collect the final payment, which shows they really follow through and care about customer satisfaction. My husband and I selected ConstruArt for our landscaping project and could not be happier with the results. Roman re-leveled a 15'x20' area of my pavers that had been displaced by tree roots. Some areas were so bad as to be a tripping hazard. He did a great job! Removed a dozen large roots.
