The other reps maybe did track? I came on the weekend so I waited over an hour to be seen. I did request training advice when I checked in. As well as better quality since it's like a private owned business and not a public one. The service overall was good at this place as the employees were helpful with guiding us to find stuff we were looking for. As well as helping my brother find a new bike for him to ride after his old one fell apart. When it comes to value that is where the problems set in as to why I am giving this place a 4/5. Lot of the stuff in this store is expensive and I do mean EXPENSIVE. It could be close to like 120 dollars for a pair of shoes which seems to be way more than most other retailers. And most of the other equipment could range up to 200-300 dollars as well which can make it frustrating to figure out what to spend your money on depending on the need. At least the store has plenty of equipment to choose from, as well as a range for you test stuff out and other useful features for equipment you want to rent. But I would only go here as a last resort if you can't go to a Dick's or find good pricing.

The staff are super helpful and offer to help bring your stuff to the front if you're overloaded with boxes. They even offer to take out boxes for purchases to make carrying them outside easier. Good call! I was able to score a few pairs during this fire sale. Makes me sad to think they're clearing all inventory and wonder about the fate of this particular location even though the news articles mentioned this of 1 of 2 outlet locations staying open while the full price stores in the US close. I really hope this company is able to turn itself around and stick around. I've always really enjoyed how comfortable these are, even if they wear quickly and generate way too much static walking around the mall.

They also give you a hard time when you want to return an item saying you cannot return when it's clear that the policy allows return an item that is unworn with tags attached, and within 30 days. They do not honor returns this store is terrible. The ladies that ring you up do not even look at you, they are also rude. The Nordstrom rack in San Leandro has better customer service. If I can give one star it would have been nice
