These cookies have personality conflicts and let me tell you why. We ordered a dozen for 7 people and it took us two weeks to eat about half of them. Eventually 5 of them went in the trash. These cookies cannot make up their minds as to whether they are supposed to be raw or cooked, dry or soggy or super greasy. We ordered several of the best sellers and to be honest, the peanut butter ones and the snickerdoodle were the strongest. We still mostly just ate the fully baked edges but the flavors were strong and the right kind of sweet. The poorest performers were the strawberry, blue raspberry and oatmeal apple. Not only were they greasy and super underdone but they were also very artificial tasting. Ultimately I don't think we'll be back unless the cookies get cooked more. I'd rather have a thinner, better baked cookie than a greasy underdone hockey puck.

Cool little spot, love the art work on the walls. They have their cookies lined up on the counter so you can see how they look and what flavors they have. I took a look at the menu and they had a great selection of cheesecake but didn't have the ones I wanted to try unfortunately. We got the box that came with 4 different flavors. We chose strawberry cheesecake, sprinkles, Oreo chocolate chip and s'mores. My nephew wanted the raspberry cheesecake and he ate nearly all of it so I'm going to assume that was good! Pricing is reasonable but the cookies are massive! They are thiccckkkk, I love the crispy outer layer then when you get into it surprisingly it was still nice and warm and soft. I would give it 4 stars but the thickness was kind of too much for me. Flavor of the cookies are wonderful but it was just really massive and also the I didn't get to try the cheesecakes I wanted so I would have to come back and try that. Thanks to the person working for being helpful and describing which cookie tastes good and giving her recommendations.

Yumm! I was crazing a Crumble cookie, so I googled cookies near me and this place popped up! So I had to try it! And this cookie didn't disappoint, it's the trendy Dubai cookie flavor, and it is great!! The owner was there and was really nice, and the girl working the counter was super helpful! She helped me get the app set up (you get a free cookie just for signing up!) and get points each time you buy. I came during their happy hour, but I only wanted 1 cookie, so didn't do any of the deals. The place is cool, it has rappers on the wall and their cookie names are a bunch of herb references, which I thought was funny! I will definitely be back, maybe tomorrow to grab a Dr office some yummy cookies and so I can spread the love!!

This place is super nice inside and I love the decor! We only got one cookie and contrary to other reviews my daughter really liked it! We got the Dubai chocolate cookie and it wasn't hard at all, it was exactly what a cookie and was "Bussin" per my 10 year old lol Service was awesome, the lady (I wish I got her name) was so nice!! I appreciate the good customer service and hospitality!!

10/10 for ambiance, I'm a sucker for the theme here. Unfortunately, the product fell flat for me. I talked my kids into trying this place over another dessert option in the area because I had seen it on Yelp and it looked fun. I was well aware of the mediocre reviews so I went in with lowered expectations. Each kid got one cookie (2 Smore's Firecracker and 1 Choc Rock) for a total of $16.25 after tax. Granted, the cookies were large, the quality/flavor did not justify the price. The Smore's Firecracker was ok, better than the Choc Rock. For being chocolate, it was quite bland. I can see where the other reviews stated they were oily but these weren't too back in that regard. We gave them a shot, probably won't seek them out again.

Amazing customer service super cool names!!! Love the taste!! Highly recommend to come here and support them!!

Dubai Chocolate Cookie was falsely advertised. Cookie looks nothing like the picture! Even the "filling" is hella thin!

Absolutely NOT!!! This is one of the worst cookie spots I ever had. The customer service was great though. Homeboy was informative on the cookies and I even like the inside of the store and the whole concept is cute but WTHELLIONTE is they selling?! Cookies were HARD AF even after microwaving it. Tasted like I had the cookies that was sitting on the counter! Hard and barely any taste at all! The flavors of each cookie was not prominent. They cookies look better then they taste. They probably focus more on how the cookie looks rather than taste.. idk?! Shit wasn't it! I got the 4pk of the fatty cookies. I think a double chocolate or brownie one... The smores one, pink cookie and purple velvet. I don't remember the names tbh. They was all disgusting!! I even grabbed the Dubai chocolate one and that too was disappointing!!! Looks nothing like the picture they advertise and the inside filling isn't even filled like that. If you look at my picture it's only a thin layer of that pistachio cream and crunch. Total ripoff and definitely not worth the calories!!! I tossed them in the trash. My son didn't even like them. That's how u know it's garbage. I will say what's pretty cool is they do have an app and point system which I DL to my phone to get the free cookie. I ended up saving that free cookie for next time & now I don't even think I'll go back for it. Not worth the drive.

Love the art work and layout of the cookies but these cookies were not for me! They were extremely sweet and had a weird taste. We felt funny eating cookies where they make dog treats too... The lady at the front was nice and gave us the rundown of her cookies. Which was great but we ended up tossing the cookies in the trash. Definitely not a great treat for us! :(

Great cookies. Must try the purple haze. Great staff and they are very helpful with the types of cookies they serve.

All the employees were so welcoming it was beautiful. They had a wide selection of cookies and mini cookies. For beverages, A slush, an iced fruit punch, and a lemonade. They double cup their styrofoam cup drinks. If you want a baby bottle, they have that too. I love the aesthetic! They are open late on the weekends. I was expecting warm chewy cookies but that's ok. They have the warming instructions on the box. I highly recommend they are consumed warm! I like my cookies a lot more chewy but they were still very delicious!

I'm not big into sweets but I thought it would be cool to check out. The cookies are FAT btw. Price is alright. It's $5 a cookie but gets cheaper the more you order. We got a four pack. The lady helping us said since we bought a four pack we got a free drink. Kind of like a combo. But I could've sworn they charged us for the drink as well, I think it was $3. We didn't get a receipt. But remember vaguely seeing a drink on the screen. Make sure you look. I didn't even need the drink but she said it was included. I thought promo, but who knows. Chocolate chip: it's good. On the sweeter side, but balanced with dark chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. (4/5) Fruit pebbles: one of my favorite. Tastes exactly like a fruity pebble. Again, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. (4/5) Chocolate something?: for their limited flavors, they had three choices. Two chocolate somethings and another flavor. The lady helping us told us the flavor one with white chocolate and the other one as a holiday kind of cookie. I wanted the white chocolate one. But she gave us the holiday flavored one instead. Heavy on the holiday. Minty. Peppermint. If you like that. Not my cup of tea. But also, it felt like this cookie wasn't fully cooked. Outer edge was cooked. The middle was very soft. (1/5) Oatmeal: sweet. Also didn't seem fully cooked. This one was more cooked than the chocolate one but still under cooked. (1/5) Lemonade: not overly tart, not overly sweet. Sort of watered down. Overall I wasn't a fan. It's cool concept. But I think one time is enough for me. We paid almost $24 for a four cookie combo.

Great experience, cashier was helpful with questions we asked. She warmed the cookies for us (option they have) great location with a lot of other restaurants in the same location. They had a very nice variety of cookies to choose from. Store was clean and well kept.

Like pork buns are 3.00 cash and 3.09 credit card. But at least that's an option now. Warmly greeted and helped at the front counter when I walked in. Looks like a traditional Chinese bakery with their decor and set up and heard the front counter lady say their food is more based on the south side of China. Their steam pork buns will always be a favorite. I was lucky enough to walk in when they brought out a fresh new batch so it was still nice and warm when I got home. Dough is sweet and fluffy with their bbq pork filling. For 3.00 a bun, it was quite smaller than I remember. The ratio of the dough and filling was also not as portioned. Some bites you just get the dough. First time having their steam chicken buns and was surprised to see that it was sliced chicken with veggies and a slice boiled egg. This was not it for me. It was like eating a stir fry in a bun. Though this bun was bigger and more portioned than the steam pork buns. This was also my first time trying their Shumai dumplings. The flavor was there. A nice umami flavor. But I was missing the bouncy texture of the meat. And for 4 for 7.00 they were pretty small (compared to the dim sum places). Looking forward to trying other others on their menu now that the menu and signs are easier to see/read.

The service could have been a little better, but considering how packed it was, it felt more overwhelmed than rude. One thing to know ahead of time: Diet Cokes come in cans, not fountain drinks, so there are no refills. The biggest disappointment for us was the limited menu selection that day. There were mostly sandwiches and not a lot of variety. I ordered the quiche, which ended up needing extra sauces on the side because it felt a little plain on its own. My husband ordered the French toast, and that was actually very good. Ambiance was alright - a little cramped but the live music gave it a touch of class. Overall, I'd still recommend trying this place, just maybe not on a major holiday when the menu is limited and the restaurant is packed.
