The scallion pancake was a little too cooked -- it was crunchy but not moist on the inside. The chive pancake was delicious -- like one giant dumpling with chives, glass noodles, and tofu pieces. The outside of the chive pancake could have been crispier. Overall, the food was good, though a little pricy for a food stand, at $21 for everything. If you pay card, they ask for a tip option.
