We have been going here for Years but last night was the last time. The 15 yr old hostesses were unpleasant at best. when did this farm to table restaurant become so pretentious and arrogant that a patron can't order a drink at the bar? Apparently there is no ordering or standing in this restaurant. We were treated like second class citizens by the people Working here. I'll take my money elsewhere thank you. In an economy that's suffering and people having less discretionary income I'd think service and accommodations would be at their peak. Not at Culinary. You just lost two customers. read more

OK, it's time for an update! I have been back to Coolinary several times and they have just gotten better and better! First of all, the service is phenomenal! Pizzas are now on their menu and they have done their homework! One of the best you find! Burgers and fish are also excellent. So glad they've stuck around and they are setting a high bar! read more

My BF and I went to the Garden Mall and wanted to find a restaurant in the area. WOW I'm not surprised that this place has such great ratings. The staff was warm and inviting, the food was well prepared, seasoned perfect and appealing to the eye. I'm sorry I didnt get pictures of the food, It was so inviting we all just had to dig in. There were 4 of us, 2 of us had the chicken sandwich, let me assure you it was no plain ol boring chicken sandwich! 1 of us had the wrap and the last person had BLT., the sides we ordered mac n cheese, so creamy and tasty, brussel sprouts seasoned and cooked perfectly. The Dessert..... holy moly!!!! A carrot cake made into a fluffy, lightly crispy, all so buttery melt in your mouth waffle, topped with a cream cheese icing, maple flavored syrup and whipped to perfection whip cream.... yes it was like bitting into heaven; no literally, my only regret... I shred the plate with my lunch date!!! Hehehehe. OK of course I had a meal too, but the dessert!! Ok move on Quin: I had the blacken dolphin wrap with a side salad! It was good, light, very fresh with pops of flavors! Going for lunch get there around 11:30-11:45, the place is very nice, trendy, chic and modern, but it gets packed quick!! Have been going to this restaurant for years. Went tonight about an hour early to have a cocktail and was told I couldn't. It is new policy no having drinks at the bar. There is a waiting list to have a drink at the bar. Had to go find someplace else to have a glass of wine. About 10 minutes before my reservation time I received a text from them that my table was ready. When I got there I was told the table was not ready but I could sit in the back by bathroom. It was our first time here since moving to the area. Such a pleasant experience. Loved the ambiance and customer service was excellent. Coolinary Cafe is pretty cool as a fan, which is really needed in this hot burning summer. On their logo it states: Coolinary Cafe, A Tim Lipman restaurant. Who ever this Tim Lipman is, he sure can cook. Love the fact they use local vendors and Creekstone farms as their source of meat. Since it was creekstone, we ordered the flap steak as well as a burger. Both entrees were delicious with fresh and innovative sides. The steak came with sautéed Brussels sprouts mixed with other veggies. I never knew I liked Brussels sprouts until I ate here. The burger came with a side of veggies and salad. The lemonade of the day is a good option for the hot months of FL, the flavor of the day was strawberry/peach. In dessert, ordered the chocolate intensity. Do not pass on dessert, the dessert chef does a phenomenal job with the creations. Everything about this restaurant is 5 star, a must visit in Palm Beach.~ read more

Our dinner selections from the skirt steak to chicken and waffles were filled with so much flavor and the steak so tender ! At first I was confused between the parched pig and the coolinary. Turns out they are the same restaurant as of November 2021. One bar is full liquor while the second is for you to watch them cook your food (think chefs table.) Zach was my waiter and very nice and attentive. While I cannot have gluten, the table nearby ordered the honey butter rolls. They were brought very quickly, steaming hot and melt in your mouth honey buttery (per that table). They could not stop raving about how phenomenal the rolls were. I had the deviled eggs which are gluten free and dairy free. The flounder ceviche is served with yuca chips and is also gluten free/dairy free. Happy hour runs from 4-6pm everyday from Monday-Saturday and is 1/2 off draft beers, well classic cocktails and wine by the glass. read more

We came to parched pig for happy hour around 4 and got a hightop without waiting. We decided we wanted to eat at coolinary but there was a wait until 8:00 ( it was a friday ). The hostess informed us we could stay at our hightop and order from coolinary ( it is the same menu). Every single item we ordered was absolutely amazing! The meatballs had great flavor - I highly recommend them for your app. I got the spring casarecce without the spinach or cherry tomatoes (love that you can take stuff out) and it was out of this world! The only thing I would say is I wish it had a few more shrimp in the dish. We also had the duck noodle bowl (no picture we forgot) and he ate every single sip/bite so YUMMY! We did not have any craft cocktails( just wine) but they have a LOT of signature cocktails that we will try next time because we are definitely coming back!! Coolinary is one of my favorite date night spots. The menu is ever changing, but they make sure to keep some of the hits available year-round -- Chicken and Waffles are a must in our household! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive -- feel free to ask for recommendations if you're having a tough time building your meal. Coolinary is beer and wine only, but you can stop by their sister restaurant, the Parched Pig, for cocktails beforehand and bring them over. I really liked Coolinary for a lot of reasons, the hostess was very friendly and made for a great first impression and our waitress couldn't have been better. The ambiance is classy and casual with a friendly welcoming vibe. We went through much of the menu and enjoyed just about everything we ate. A shrimp dish was prepared nicely, and a Poke entree was also good. A side of street corn was good, and the Mac and Cheese was excellent. The only problem I had was really dry and overcooked chicken from the Chicken and Waffles dish - which was a shame because the waffles were so flavorful. However for dessert we had a moist and delicious Hummingbird Cake and it tasted as good as it looked. This was my first-time dining at Coolinary but I'll be back. read more

We are visiting the area and came here on the recommendation of a snow bird friend. We would have never found this place on our own. The vibe is definitely "cool" and the food is innovative and delicious. We wanted to try some different things but we aren't big eaters so we ordered the "small" plates and salad items. The Beet salad was Quite large and was excellent. Maybe a bit heavy on the dressing but a great mix of greens, nuts apples etc. We had the baked oysters. Very good taste but was disappointed in the small size (only 6 oysters) and the small amount of meat in each one. At $18, this seemed expensive. The last appetizer we had was excellent. I can't spell it but it was the thick cut toast with the burratta cheese, nuts, grapes and greens. Was excellent and very filling. When are great waitress Megan asked us if we wanted to order entrees, we said we were full and wanted to try a dessert and coffee. Coffee was served as a French press pot and was great to share for 2. The dessert we chose was the "carrot cake inspired waffle". What a delicious and imaginative dessert! The waffle had golden raisins in the batter and was topped with cinnamon cream cheese and syrup. It was served with a scoop of more of that awesome cream cheese topping and whipped cream on the side! This place has always been great, and it just keeps getting better. The previous location had major neighborhood vibes, and we always see someone we know. The new location is significantly busier, but they preserved the local feel. Food is amazing as always, but check menu before you go as it can be quite seasonal and fare can be limited if you have specific requirements. Strongly suggest ordering many items for the table vs. going it alone- unless, of course, you are alone. Will always be in our last second rotation when we just want to get out quick. read more

Started with a drink at the bar, only craft beer available, which was fine. Wine selection decent. Seated pretty quickly with no reservation which was a pleasant surprise. Sat at a high top in the bar. Really loud, hard to carry on a conversation, so that was a little bit of a bummer. Would've been great to have some bread or something...ordered apps, fish dip got good reviews from our party. Bert salad was ok. Dinner was decent...but out of this world pricey. I had a bowl of pan roasted mushrooms for $33. Thankful that they accommodated my dietary request, but wow, that's rich. Two in our party had the Cajun mahi, which I could've done better at home (according to my husband), one had the spare ribs which got a thumbs up, and one had a burger which they said was "fine". Desserts were ordered---flourless chocolate cake and milk and cookies. Both got a thumbs up from our party. Overall, I just don't understand the hype.
