We loved their location, the food, and the coffee as well. Service was great and the ambiance was perfect for my taste. The coffee is very well done, the Colombia was perfectly roasted with a mild acidity and gentle sweetness. It displayed citrus notes as well as a solid chocolate backbone. As a professional roaster myself, I can tell you that their coffee was very well roasted for our visit. We also tried the Guatemala they had and it also was well done. After a peaceful early morning walk on Sullivan's Island, I wanted a delicious cup of coffee. I searched the area and found this establishment which came with great reviews.
