Had a troubleshooting problem that Miled fixed fairly quickly. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem promptly. He was very professional and friendly. Most important to me, he showed up on time. I had calls/appointments into three other contractors prior to Miled, and all of them either no-showed or had a bogus excuse as to why they didn't come out. HVAC's are notorious for this. I highly recommend Greg and his team at Copeland Mechanical Inc for your HVAC needs. Last year, they replaced my old wall heater with a quality central heat and air system. His team arrive on time and were organized and ready to work. Each day they made sure their work areas were cleaned up. The guys are courteous, very professional and knowledgeable plus they never once complained about my 2 dogs who barked all day at them. Miled, his lead, took the time to build a temporary fence out side to prevent the dogs from getting out of the yard, while they worked outside installing the unit. Copeland installed my AC few years ago and I was very very happy about their service. This winter, after having a baby, the AC had an issue where the main unit would heat up. After begging to send someone to check a young guy came, not only did a bad job but caused damage to the house which I was willing to overlook if they will fix the problem. I had an older home with no air conditioning and old wall heaters. My in laws recommended Copeland Mechanical which is who they had install the central heating and air in their home. I called and scheduled an appointment for an in home estimate. It just so happens it was the owner Greg who showed up on the day we had agreed upon. My AC went out at 4:30 on Tuesday and by the time I got this referral from my sister it was after hours. I left a message that I was desperate and needed someone in the morning as I was hosting a memorial reception with 40+ people and we were expecting it to reach a 100 degrees. We called Copeland Mechanical after our tenants reported that the AC for the condo was not working and went with this company since they did an excellent job replacing the condo furnace in 2013. Juan did the initial troubleshooting and found two issues: a bad AC compressor and an unusual problem where only 110 volts was available for the AC unit instead of 220 volts. Greg, the owner of the company, came up with two estimates, one for replacing the compressor only and the other to replace the entire AC system and we chose a new system. As for the cost to repair that electrical issue which could not be estimated in advance, Greg documented exactly what would be included or excluded, assured me that his crew was very experienced with electrical issues and mentioned that a fair estimate would be given if additional work was necessary. Miled was in charge of the crew replacing the AC, quickly found the source of the electrical short, recommended that a new junction box be installed and provided an estimate for the extra repair. I also appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions in simple terms and even learned from him that the old AC system included an over-powered fuse which had compromised protection for the system. I was also impressed with his attention to detail as he found a dirty HVAC filter, cleaned it with the outside hose, reinstalled it and then proceeded to have his crew clean the work area inside the condo after the job was done. The final cost including the additional electrical work was fair and reasonable and our tenants reported that the system is working fine. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for the quality of their work, attention to detail, reasonable charges and fairness in dealing with the unexpected. read more

Iam very pleased with the service at copeland mechanical, i called on thursday morning because my heater was not working , i honestly did not expect a technician to come out the same day because of the holiday . The owner told me that the service manager would call me and schedule the time and the date , Five minutes later Miled the service manager called me and told me that he can stop by and take a look at the problem . After dealing with a lot of companies over the year , i was impressed , Miled actually called to tell me that he will be late 5 minutes . Once he came in and looked at my system , turned out that my filter was really dirty and was causing the system not to work . He replace the filter that i had and tested the system, all was working good ! When it came to asking for the bill he told me not to worry about it and to have a great thanks giving ! Got my furnace replaced today by Copeland Mechanical. Great price, customer service and people. I'm very happy with Copeland Mechanical and will recommend them and continue to use them in the future. I interviewed four companies and Copeland Mechanical had the best price and made the best impression. They were also the only one who knew i wouldn't need a duct pressure test. One of the other companies i interviewed said they would have to seal my ducts in advance of the duct pressure test and never followed through by sending me an estimate.
