It has been well over a year since we last stopped at Copper Pub due to a few previous visits being less than desired. On this visit we quickly noticed something was different in the bar area. It seemed more welcoming and gave off a totally different vibe! Service was friendly and prompt. The Copper Pub offers a nice selection of craft beer, cocktails and drink specials. I was also pleased with the selection of bourbons they had on the shelf, which extended beyond the basic bar offerings. The pours were also reasonably priced.  The food was very good! Tuesday's are wing night - $10 for 1 dozen meaty wings. Very good. We also tried the Cheesesteak and the French Onion burger. Both were quite tasty and accompanied by very good french fries! Stopped in for a dinner with a friend. We both enjoyed our meals and cocktails. They have a couple different places to sit - deck, bar and dining room. Our server was helpful ... and petty attentive ... though there were only a few diners in the dining room. There was some sort of Trivia going on, but maybe only 2 tables playing ? In the area and decided to try something new. It was a seat yourself place. There was one waitress for the place, which is wild for a Saturday. The Buffalo chicken dip was some of the best we ever had. The French Onion soup was also good. The salads were not good. The meat didn't taste good at all on the MAC salad, and if it didn't have dressing wouldn't be edible. The shrimp ceaser salad, they brought the shrimp drenched in butter and salad sopping in dressing ... Seems like just an appetizer type place. Meals were no good. read more

Went for a pre-Valentines Day dinner. Ordered Fish and Chips and the signature meatloaf. Sadly after ordering the waiter (Brooks B) informed my husband that they were out of the meatloaf. Understandably he was disappointed and wondered how they could be out of a signature dish on a busy weekend. Brooks offered alternatives, and even comped the salad. The food was great, and Brooks did offer several apologies and made sure we knew that the meatloaf is usually the special on Mondays with a slightly smaller portion. I truly appreciated his efforts to make amends and ensure our meal went well. I will definitely be coming back to try other dishes and of course the meatloaf. read more

Me and my bf decided to go here for a nice valentine day dinner and I understand it might be busy for valentine day but it took an hr for just the appetizer! My boyfriend the Ruben and broccoli and I got the crabs cakes and fries when the delivered my food my fries where cold to the touch, and my crab cake where a little undercooked. Like I said I believe the restaurant might of just over packed themselves that night. My service was extremely nice and try to give me a complementary drink for my wait. Very good, highly personable service supporting reasonably good food and drinks. I've been to this place twice (once on a Saturday night, once on a Wednesday night) and each time was solid. The mail detractor of the place is that it's kinda loud because of the acoustics, so voices and music can be unpleasantly loud, and even on a night without music, it's may be hard to have a conversation that doesn't feel like you need to speak loud enough for everyone nearby to hear. Cooper is good for a sports bar feel and maybe some live music if that's what you're looking for, but would give it a pass if you want a quiet drink or to hold a conversation with close company. read more

I love the Asian Sesame salad with Salmon at the Pub. It never disappoints, the Salmon is always prepared perfect, and the dressing is so good. Our server was right on, kept our drinks filled and checked often to see if we needed anything. Unfortunately the deck wasn't open yet, but it was fine inside. This local restaurant needs to address a number of issues. First, they were sorely understaffed for a Saturday evening. Our waitress struggled to assist all her tables. Second, the food (traditional wings for me) was okay only. The food was not going to bring any of us back and we were a sizeable group. Service by Misty was great! My group was well cared for! The food was traditional pub fare. My favorite was the peel & eat shrimp. The pretzel logs had more cheese than crab. Came in for dinner on a Friday evening. My Spicy Burger was good, along with fries. My partner had a cheesesteak, which received good marks. We had three beers between us, and it was nice to see some craft beer options on draft and in cans, aside from the usual beer lineup. The atmosphere inside is light. We sat at the bar, which has some TVs around it, while the main dining area did not. The patio looked nice, but a few people came up to the bar to order as there was only one waitress outside. I'm taking the time to write a review because this place is a hidden gem. Our servers name was Ronnie I believe and she was new but she was amazing. She recommended the meatloaf and my husband loved it. I had a build your own burger and it was cooked at perfection with all of the fixings. The atmosphere was a great vibe And the bar area seemed to be pretty full with lots of happy customers and positive energy. I would recommend this place for date night or family gatherings or just to hang out on your own. What a treat! First the place is really cute and welcoming. I placed an order to go cause I was staying locally in a hotel. The food was ready when promised and included flatware without having to ask. The salmon was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The mashed potatoes were creamy and yummy. Broccoli was not over steamed into mush which was nice. I had for the first time fried pickle slices. I highly recommend trying them. We fell in love with this establishment. You would almost miss it, it's hiding so well along the tree line. Parking was easy, as they had a whole parking lot to themselves. This place was absolutely beautiful, both inside and outside on the deck (where we sat). They had lights on as it got darker that set such a pretty feel. The food took a bit longer than expected to come out, but it was well worth the wait. I ordered the french onion burger, and my boyfriend ordered the spicy copper pub burger. To be honest, neither of us tasted anything on the burgers that they were supposed to come with (almost like they forgot the sauces and toppings each individual burger was supposed to be adorned with). However, we did not care one bit. The burgers were so juicy and cooked to perfection that it didn't matter what was on it. We got our burgers cooked medium with a little pink in the center and we couldn't be happier. The burgers themselves were so full of flavor, and the tomato, lettuce, and onion that came on it were fresh. The burger patties themselves were so large I almost couldn't fit it in my mouth! The burgers also came with fries, which impressed us just as much as the burgers. They came out piping hot, perfectly salted, and with a big enough portion. Most places charge more for fries and give just a small handful, so it was greatly appreciated by us to have the pleasure of enjoying these fries, without them skimping in the serving size. I write this review with mixed feelings, because I'm hit and miss with my dining experiences here, but last night while here with my wife we both received the worst steaks I believe I've ever eaten, I knew when the waitress put them in front of us something was wrong. They looked like they came off a steam line rather then out of a broiler or even a grill (They were pail without any sear what so ever) and far from the desired and requested doneness. Now I have received descent bar food here in the past and maybe a good steak is out of their lane, but the whole meal was screwed up and the service was below par, so it maybe sometime until we return other than the gift cards we have. read more

The inside of this place does not match the outside. I thought we were entering a warm and cozy pub with dark woods and coppery lighting. It is blue and industrial and open--huge bar with booth seating surrounding. COVID times are upon us but we still want to go out to eat so when I heard that Copper Pub & Grille had remodeled and established even more outdoor dining, my husband and I decided this is where we'd enjoy a date night. Before COVID we did dine here right after they opened but the style was still Colonial lounge and actually the menu was exactly the same. But I felt the food was good so I was happy for that. However that time I didn't like the vibe - I wasn't a fan of the Colonial Lounge vibe so sadly on this visit changing names didn't help that at all. However now times are different. The place got a complete facelift and is bright and modern inside. The menu is a lot better and they have a fun craft cocktail menu. We were able to seat ourselves on this trip and we were happy to see the staff wearing masks as well as the patrons entering and exiting. We were going to sit inside but then we felt it would be fun to sit on their deck. Service was fast and friendly which we appreciated. The manager made an effort to go around and talk to each table which is always appreciated. The food was good and hot. We got cheesesteak eggrolls as an appetizer which were yummy but not as flavorful as I would have liked. On the other hand my french onion burger was super salty. Even though the flavors were a little off the quality of ingredients and the portions and prices were good. I enjoyed the service and ambiance too. So I would definitely come back and try some of the other menu items. This is a big step up from the old Colonial Lounge. read more
