i have to say the experience at this restaurant was one of a kind, we were taken into a private room with a full course of japanese A5 wagyu, lobster, king crab and lamb trays. the hearty tomato marrow broth hotpot left a special place in my heart, i need to come back for it! it was such a one of a kind flavor that upon mixing my meats in my broth gave it such a uniquely tasting flavor that leaves me wanting more! the cocktails made in house were delightfully unique especially their lychee martini is a must! our service was beyond amazing but also we were in the private rooms so that definitely is expected, overall the experience here was top of the line and was worth the thousands of dollars spent here as a group we all truly enjoyed the experience.

I can eat hot pot nearly everyday, it's wild! So I'm here to give you the best review I can on Copper Sun*~ Located inside Resorts World, near the mini version of the sphere, you'll find a swanky modern hot pot restaurant that seats less than 100. It is not AYCE, guests have to order a la carte which I prefer. My husband and I wanted to try as many broths as we can so we ordered the Wagyu Bone Marrow, Spicy Bone Marrow & Tomato Wagyu Broth. They were all VERY flavorful and delicious you honestly can't go wrong with picking either. I'd say the presentation of selected dishes came out so beautiful! Of course one must eat with their eyes. We enjoyed the following: - Beef & Lambo combo $58: get it, it's delicious - Wales Lamb Toro: pretty good - Beef Tripe: fresh, delicious - House Shrimp Paste: my favorite, must have! - Veggie Mushroom Combo: don't skip this! - Hand Pulled Noodles: yum Service was great! Our waiter was very attentive, polite and easy going. He made our little dipping sauce ;) our meal with sake and drinks came out to be around $360 and so worth it. I would definitely celebrate a post NY meal here again! Can't wait to come back.

A beautifully done hot pot on the Las Vegas strip. Although pricey, the presentation, flavor and service was top tier. Highlights: The lobster truffle puff pastry was a delicious bite! Tiny but flavorful and perfect texture. Broth: Tomato broth was full of flavor & not too sweet - my favorite. Golden cabbage and spicy marrow - both were spicy!!! I didn't expect golden cabbage to be. Spicy marrow was perfect for my friend who loved spice!! Meat: delicious, flavorful cuts, and very fresh. They don't have a wine/ drink list yet so they brought out a perfect selection of Pinot noir and Riesling for us taste. They were great picks that we enjoyed. Save this place for a special occasion

This is totally a nice addition to Resorts World. I'm super happy they added this restaurant. You can get up to three broths. We opted for the two broth selection and did beef marrow and spicy beef marrow. If siracha is spicy for you then the spicy beef marrow is likely to be too much for you. The service was attentive and they have a sauce bar that they bring to you. If you're unfamiliar tell them was kind of taste you like and they'll make you something! The restaurant is clean and it's super close to the casino. I would come here again.

Friend dragged me here off the Strip and wow... this spot was amazing. Best quality meats & great service, legit from the hosts to the servers. Super friendly, super on point. Everything came out sizzling and perfectly cooked, super juicy and flavorful. Total Instagram-worthy spot too, our whole table was snapping pics before we even ate lol. Absolutely a favorite spot here & new staple to eat at when visiting the strip. Already planning to come back next trip :) Make sure to ask for Romeo when you come!

The restaurant offers an amazing ambiance paired with top-tier service. The combo meals for 2-4 people had the best value; we skipped them and ordered the premium beef selections from the à la carte menu because we were not big fans of lamb. Though pricey, the quality was exceptional. After all, it's Vegas--sometimes you just have to pay for what you really want!

Overpriced but good quality. Flavor of the pot is good too. Items are fresh. I only ate veggies but my friends ate meat and they said are much better quality than all your can eat hot pot

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! Our server, Sang, was outstanding and truly made our night unforgettable. She was attentive, warm, and made us feel so welcome. The soup was lovely--rich and comforting--and the meat literally melted in my mouth. Everything was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Sang's service turned a great meal into a memorable dining experience. If you come here, ask for Sang--she will make your dinner so special!

The food, service and ambiance were amazing! Food was plentiful and delicious and the service was outstanding.

One of the worst experiences I have had with a restaurant. First of all the place looks more like a fast food joint than a real restaurant. It is extremely expensive for what you get. The waiter was more of a salesman than a waiter, kept trying to sell us the most expensive stuff on the menu. If you're hungry, this is not the place to go.

Such a great experience and the staff were so helpful! Such a good date night spot. Definitely go check them out. Sang made the experience even more enjoyable!

The only downside was the long wait. Even with a reservation, we still had to wait about 40 minutes. It was very crowded, but the service was still great. I understand there may be policies or something else, but the way it was communicated felt a bit abrupt and not very welcoming. A customer service tone matters a lot. At first, I tried to let it go because I thought maybe she was pregnant and might have been having a stressful day, so I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. However, as someone who also works in the restaurant industry and I always tips well usually more than 20% I felt it was unfair to be spoken to in that manner over something so minor. I asked another staff member who the manager was because I wanted to address the situation, and the staff was told that the person who spoke to me was actually the manager. She explained that it might have been a misunderstanding in communication and that she simply didn't want us to take items ourselves because it could make table setup more complicated. It' not because of her being pregnant. I understand that reasoning, but people can sense attitude. If the goal was to avoid inconvenience, a simple smile and a kind explanation like, "No worries, I'll take care of that for you," would have made a big difference. Customer service is not just about rules it's about how you make guests feel.

(Served with warm white rice). This broth is incredibly hearty and flavorful without being overly spicy, which I really appreciate. I personally like mine a bit saltier with more heat, so I always customize it with the condiments at the table and turn it up to my liking! Every time, it comes out absolutely delicious and feels like the perfect comfort meal, especially if you are dealing with a hangover or feeling a bit sick! I have been here at least 25 times, and it consistently hits the spot every single visit. I love how the interior has the coolest lego sets & the establishment has so much personality & character! But majority of the time, I do prefer to do take out. The vermicelli noodles soak up all that rich broth, making each bite extra satisfying and comforting. They are also very generous with the toppings, so you never feel like you're still hungry. I honestly never finish my hotpot here. It's great to share with a friend! One thing I love is the variety on the menu. Beyond hot pot, they offer items like fried giant squid which is super tasty, dumplings, orange chicken, udon, fried rice, and even desserts. There is something for everyone. If you are not in the mood for soup, they also have dry hot pot, which is just as flavorful. Another great touch is the ability to customize your meal even further by adding extra toppings like quail eggs or konjac noodles. They really lets you tailor everything exactly how you'd want it (just no subbing a topping out for another!). Overall, this place never disappoints. The quality, flavor, and consistency keep me coming back again and again! The best hot pot Las Vegas has to offer in my opinion!

The place has plenty of seating and can accommodate very large parties. However it can get tight and crowded. We were sat next to the restroom, which was not my favorite spot however, given how busy it was, I felt that we were lucky to even get a table. We enjoyed several items on the menu some of which I did not photograph. In addition to what we have in the photos we also ordered a rainbow roll. The restaurant is not stingy when it comes to portion size. They give you full-size rolls or you can request halves. And they do not limit you on how many rounds you can order. However, they do limit you to a one hour ordering window. So you can order as much as you want within an hour, but you do have to finish it all or they will charge you by the pound for what you don't eat. Enjoy!
