i have to say the experience at this restaurant was one of a kind, we were taken into a private room with a full course of japanese A5 wagyu, lobster, king crab and lamb trays. the hearty tomato marrow broth hotpot left a special place in my heart, i need to come back for it! it was such a one of a kind flavor that upon mixing my meats in my broth gave it such a uniquely tasting flavor that leaves me wanting more! the cocktails made in house were delightfully unique especially their lychee martini is a must! our service was beyond amazing but also we were in the private rooms so that definitely is expected, overall the experience here was top of the line and was worth the thousands of dollars spent here as a group we all truly enjoyed the experience.

I can eat hot pot nearly everyday, it's wild! So I'm here to give you the best review I can on Copper Sun*~ Located inside Resorts World, near the mini version of the sphere, you'll find a swanky modern hot pot restaurant that seats less than 100. It is not AYCE, guests have to order a la carte which I prefer. My husband and I wanted to try as many broths as we can so we ordered the Wagyu Bone Marrow, Spicy Bone Marrow & Tomato Wagyu Broth. They were all VERY flavorful and delicious you honestly can't go wrong with picking either. I'd say the presentation of selected dishes came out so beautiful! Of course one must eat with their eyes. We enjoyed the following: - Beef & Lambo combo $58: get it, it's delicious - Wales Lamb Toro: pretty good - Beef Tripe: fresh, delicious - House Shrimp Paste: my favorite, must have! - Veggie Mushroom Combo: don't skip this! - Hand Pulled Noodles: yum Service was great! Our waiter was very attentive, polite and easy going. He made our little dipping sauce ;) our meal with sake and drinks came out to be around $360 and so worth it. I would definitely celebrate a post NY meal here again! Can't wait to come back.

A beautifully done hot pot on the Las Vegas strip. Although pricey, the presentation, flavor and service was top tier. Highlights: The lobster truffle puff pastry was a delicious bite! Tiny but flavorful and perfect texture. Broth: Tomato broth was full of flavor & not too sweet - my favorite. Golden cabbage and spicy marrow - both were spicy!!! I didn't expect golden cabbage to be. Spicy marrow was perfect for my friend who loved spice!! Meat: delicious, flavorful cuts, and very fresh. They don't have a wine/ drink list yet so they brought out a perfect selection of Pinot noir and Riesling for us taste. They were great picks that we enjoyed. Save this place for a special occasion

This is totally a nice addition to Resorts World. I'm super happy they added this restaurant. You can get up to three broths. We opted for the two broth selection and did beef marrow and spicy beef marrow. If siracha is spicy for you then the spicy beef marrow is likely to be too much for you. The service was attentive and they have a sauce bar that they bring to you. If you're unfamiliar tell them was kind of taste you like and they'll make you something! The restaurant is clean and it's super close to the casino. I would come here again.

Friend dragged me here off the Strip and wow... this spot was amazing. Best quality meats & great service, legit from the hosts to the servers. Super friendly, super on point. Everything came out sizzling and perfectly cooked, super juicy and flavorful. Total Instagram-worthy spot too, our whole table was snapping pics before we even ate lol. Absolutely a favorite spot here & new staple to eat at when visiting the strip. Already planning to come back next trip :) Make sure to ask for Romeo when you come!

The restaurant offers an amazing ambiance paired with top-tier service. The combo meals for 2-4 people had the best value; we skipped them and ordered the premium beef selections from the à la carte menu because we were not big fans of lamb. Though pricey, the quality was exceptional. After all, it's Vegas--sometimes you just have to pay for what you really want!

Overpriced but good quality. Flavor of the pot is good too. Items are fresh. I only ate veggies but my friends ate meat and they said are much better quality than all your can eat hot pot

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! Our server, Sang, was outstanding and truly made our night unforgettable. She was attentive, warm, and made us feel so welcome. The soup was lovely--rich and comforting--and the meat literally melted in my mouth. Everything was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Sang's service turned a great meal into a memorable dining experience. If you come here, ask for Sang--she will make your dinner so special!

The food, service and ambiance were amazing! Food was plentiful and delicious and the service was outstanding.

One of the worst experiences I have had with a restaurant. First of all the place looks more like a fast food joint than a real restaurant. It is extremely expensive for what you get. The waiter was more of a salesman than a waiter, kept trying to sell us the most expensive stuff on the menu. If you're hungry, this is not the place to go.

Such a great experience and the staff were so helpful! Such a good date night spot. Definitely go check them out. Sang made the experience even more enjoyable!

Food: Crab Rangoons:…read moreThese were good, larger than average and packed with more crab (imitation) than most places. Spring Rolls: Also larger in size and tasted house-made rather than the typical frozen, big-box variety. I could be wrong but they were good. Be careful when eating, they are served piping hot! Mapo Tofu: The flavor was fantastic, and the chili oil provided a wonderful umami depth. However, it lacked the expected heat. Despite the menu's pepper icon and my request to make it extra spicy, it wasn't spicy at all. Wonton Noodle Soup: Pretty good soup and portioned nicely. Chow Fun: Extremely flavorful with beef that was tender rather than fatty or chewy. Hong Kong Pan-Fried Crispy Noodles: Unfortunately, this was below average. It was drenched in sauce, which completely eliminated any crispy texture, and the portion size was smaller than what we've experienced elsewhere. After ordering this four times, we have concluded this is simply how they prepare it, so we will be skipping this dish in the future. Service Over our four visits, the service has consistently been good. The only exception was an awkward moment upon arrival. The hostess was preoccupied with her phone and had finished what she was doing before acknowledging us. It's a poor first impression for an otherwise great establishment. Atmosphere & Location The restaurant is beautifully decorated, clean, and located inside a nicely renovated hotel and casino. Because it is tucked away, it might be overlooked by locals who assume hotel dining is overpriced or inconvenient. However, for those of us living nearby, it is easily accessible with free parking and being indoors keeping away from the extreme hot weather (or cold). It has quickly become our favorite spot for casual Chinese food. They also offer a happy hour, which we'll try next time. Overall Experience Everything here has been consistent in terms of food quality, service, and ambiance. We feel the value is excellent given the portion sizes and the upscale setting. We discovered this place a couple of months ago, and no longer look further when we want Chinese food. We've also made it a thing to eat here after catching a movie at the Cinemark on the property. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Overall, there are standouts in their food that I can point to. We did sample a variety of dishes so I will choose the positive ones to recommend. Firstly, service was outstanding, water filled often, attentive and if your plate has been full of entrees before, you are provided new plates. The food was served dim sum style with one or two dishes at a time. The hospitality is top notch especially serving such a large group. The duck was the highlight, definitely should be ordered. Beef with red and green peppers tasty and tender. The desserts including the sesame ball which was delightful. Would recommend to large groups but make reservations! Great for celebrating

I was happy with my order. Not ecstatic or anything but everything was decent…read more We ordered the Wings appetizer, the Curry Noodles and the Kung Pao Chicken. Side of Brown Rice. Carryout through the app. Like everybody else I think it's absurd that the entrees like Kung Pao that traditionally come with rice don't come with rice. Silly and unnecessarily cheap. Just add 3 bucks to the menu price and include it. But staying on the strip you come to expect such things and it's not worth getting worked up over. Heck, I paid 14 bucks for a slice of mediocre NY Style pizza last night. I can get over it. And I was very happy with the brown rice option as I strongly prefer it to plain white. The Kung Pao was good not great. Well prepared, tender chicken, crisp vegetables. Not much flavor but easily better than most strip mall type chinese places you might get back home. Large portion that was more than enough for a meal for one person. Not an overwhelming amount of chicken or anything but plenty for a normal meal. The Brown Rice was perfect, It can be tricky to get brown rice cooked through but not so cooked it's mushy but they nailed it. Thanks. (lol). The chicken wings were a day or so past their prime. You could smell it. I've worked in restaurants and I get it, not everything is cooked to order on the daily but you could tell these were slightly off. Still very edible though and good if unspectacular. I was caught off guard that they were all "flats" though. I actually prefer flats so I was good with it but (having worked at a sports bar) I can promise you there are many customers that would be up in arms over it. People expect their drummies. On the taste side there was no spectacular flavor or anything but they were good. Thin crispy batter on them. The Singapore Curry Noodles were well prepared and good. Again, nothing spectacular but good. Noodles and shrimp were well prepared to the right consistency. Pork was not that present and a bit shriveled but "fine" and not a deal breaker. Curry was the only flavor present. Not that that isn't what's advertised but still a little weird. Overall a good experience and happy with our meal. More than enough for 2 meals for 2 people. Pricey of course but reasonable value for the strip.
