Plus, the food was hot when they handed it to me. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger meal w/ a diet Dr Pepper and sub fries for a 7 piece jalapeno. In my opinion it's one of the best items on the menu when served fresh. They're crispy, cheesy, and a little spicy from the pickled jalapeños. You basically have to cross the two lanes of cars lined up, and the parking stops closed to the front door are taken by the 2nd lane for the drive thru. While I completely understand why they do this, and I'm not sure I have a solve, it just seems a bit dangerous to me. It also doesn't help if you have a handicapped sticker because you can't park right next to the door. The employees have always been friendly and efficient. This trip however, the bun was off, or they have a new distributor. It just wasn't as soft as I like. Maybe they were day old? Or left unopened? But I had the same type of bun in the Palm Desert location so I'm thinking it's the supplier. Regardless, it was a little disappointing. They also have sensor activated garbage cans, which is nice, but you have to stick the track up the door for the sensor to activate.
