Usually this place is tolerable. Today it was genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Taco Bell. I ordered the new cheesy street chalupa and let me tell you, it was far from cheesy. I got maybe 2 crumbs worth of cheese, 90% of flaccid greasy tortilla, and literally 2 tiny pieces of rubbery meat in each one. It felt like I was biting into a shoe. It was so bad I didn't even finish it. Flushed $6 down the toilet I guess. I also ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and it too was insufferable. My burrito arrived half filled with mostly nacho cheese sauce that tasted like vomit and the driest rice I have ever had in my life. The beans weren't much better as they were bland and tasteless. We also got the new midnight baja blast freeze and it felt like I was drinking static electricity and windex. I trusted you guys and you failed me. 0 stars if I could. Will not be coming back here. The store claims that it closes at 1 AM. All the lights were off was about to leave decided to go to the drive-through and checked the hours and it stated it closed at 1 AM. It was 1219. Never fails that this place is terrible. I work in the same parking lot so I often have no other choice on food. I placed a mobile order for in store pick up on my lunch break. Walk over to find their doors are all locked. Waste time walking back to my work to grab my keys to drive my car in the drive thru to pick up my order. I get back to work and start eating. I have 5 minutes left of my break and realized they left out 1 item, which was the one I was most excited about. I didn't have time to go drive my car back in their drive thru and clock back in on time. Whoever the GM is of this store really needs to figure their crap out. I don't usually review fast food but I'm not sure why this Taco Bell has so bad reviews so I felt the need to correct this. It's right off the freeway so I stop here a lot before going to work, maybe once a week or every other week around 11am. There's rarely much of a line and when there is it moves quickly. Of the MANY times I've been here they've never messed up my orders, they always remember everything like hot sauce, napkins, and straws if needed, they're patient when I'm indecisive and they're always friendly. It's Taco Bell and it tastes just as good as any other Taco Bell which is good but don't come expecting it to compare to a sit down restaurant lol. Leaving one star as leaving 0 isn't allowed. I rarely come to taco bell and rarely leave yelp reviews but we got the double whammy this morning. Highly dissatisfied with my experience, I ordered 3 items. One was correct, one was incorrect and the other was a coffee which they couldn't make me cause their machine was broken. We were told this after we had ordered our coffees, but don't worry! We were offered a coupon for our next taco, hooray! They refused to refund us for our coffees which is pretty messed up. This location has got to be the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. I can't remember a single time I've gone there where they actually got my order correct. The food is inconsistent missing ingredients most of the time or the portions are half the size of other locations. Whoever is running this location should be fired immediately. I'll drive farther from now on if I feel like I want Taco Bell. For example, order a chicken quesadilla get a cheese quesadilla. Order a cheese burrito get a five layer burrito. God bless this Taco Bell for not only being located right off the 91 on Green River Road but for also being open much later than the other locations. You never know just how much you love Taco Bell until it's too late at night and you're absolutely craving something cheap and preferably not the McDonald's Dollar Menu. This location is conveniently open until 1 AM to satisfy those late night taco cravings. It can be pretty difficult to find at the freeway exit, SO make sure to turn left onto a nameless street so you can actually make your way towards the restaurant itself. Workers here are pretty friendly and always have a great attitude. I love coming here because I know my food will always be hot. read more

The two stars are for the two hot sauce packets I found at the bottom of the bag even though I had 4 items in there. I would write it off as a fluke, but it's a pattern from more than one employee. This taco bell has the worst quality of food. Ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunches with extra sauce. In the pictures I post, this is what i got. Cheese isnt even melted and no sauce at all, but I was charged for it? The bread that was used on the gordita was stale like it had been left over from the day before. I used to work at a taco bell so I know the practices some taco bells can be known for and this is one of them. All other taco bells I've eaten at before I have been fine, but this one. I went through the drive thru and ordered everything but I forgot a burrito... so I got to the window and the girl told me they aren't allowed to add to orders at the window because usually the persons order is ready at the window. Then I proceeded to wait another 7 minutes.. so apparently my order wasn't ready at the window. There are always issues at this Taco Bell. They never have items and always get the order wrong. This review might sound similar to one sent in just a few minutes before mine, and that's because my buddy Aaden M and I ordered the same concoction of sustenance and libations. Despite ordering a coffee, the workers were unable to provide us with one due to a machine being off line. Rather than responding to my request of a refund, I was given a coupon for a free taco with my next purchase, which according to said coupon, was valued at 1/20th of a CENT. I didn't realize that my hard earned paper was worth nearly 4600 times less than what it was worth in my hands (I paid $2.29, which was refunded at a cash value of $0.0005). This is my second review. Ownership needs to have a serious review regarding this establishment. Now they have broken machines that can't make certain foods? I do try to stay away from this Taco Bell but my proximity makes it hard to do so. And when I finally do frequent this business things are never right. This location is currently under construction inside, as in, the entire interior is gutted, and only the drive through is open. As I'm realizing this and pulling out of the drive through, I look through the open door to see the inside completely in ruins and there's no tarp or separation between the kitchen and this construction.... so I get home and start eating and my Mexican pizza legitimately tastes like sawdust. This is seriously the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to! I came here with few of my friends on our way to Big Bear for lunch. It was pretty easy to locate, Google Map takes you right to the location. It is located next to Starbucks and behind Chevron - just be careful entering and exiting the complex because the bump there is pretty high. It has ample amount of parking space available since it has a private parking lot. There were 7 of us in the entire Taco Bell and it still took them almost over 20 minutes to get our food to us [not even the entire order]. We didn't hear any phone rings and there were three staff members working but till this day we don't know why was it taking so long to get to our food when it wasn't even that busy. We went to go ask the cashier since we were in the rush but her response was - "we are trying out best to accommodate you!" Once we got our food we asked for the sauces and she was pretty stingy on giving out the sauce packets as well, we literally had to ask three times to get more since there were 7 of us.
