I didn't go there again until about a month ago and had the exact same experience. All I wanted were some black and white copies, printed back and front, and stapled. I was grossly overcharged, the man was rude and mean again (making fun of me because I didn't know how to operate his computer), and argued with me because I questioned the charges. I am 100% for supporting local businesses and do so frequently but this man should be ashamed of himself.

Unbelievably rude. Her tone of voice was scathing. She said things to me that are unacceptable to say to a patron of one's business. "Just use your brain" and "This is 2026 and you've never seen a copy machine before?". There was more, but I think this gives you an idea. Use an extremely sarcastic tone of voice when you read those quotes. I can't remember being treated like that in a place of business ever.
