Twice in one day I witnessed two separate staff members go out of their way to help people in ways not required or expected of them. In the afternoon, one of the staff very subtly and respectfully gave a homeless woman who was clearly having a difficult time a pastry and a drink and later that same day, another staff member helped walk man in crutches up the street who wasn't even a customer.
