I came in for lunch which was a little busy inside, but there is plenty of seating. We ordered the chicken flautas, Quesabirria, Costra de carne asada, & verdes de pollo Enchiladas. Their flautas are one of my favorite things to order- they're crispy & it is stuffed with chicken. The Quesabirria was cheesy, juicy and dripped with juice when you dipped it- I would definitely get again. The costra de carne asada is skirt steak, seared cheese, & bacon in a tortilla- delicious, but the Quesabirria was the favorite between the two. The verdes de pollo enchiladas are a good size meal with juicy chicken & flavorful salsa verde. Always a fantastic place to stop for food while in Santa Barbara. Parking- nearby parking lots or parking structures

2 traditional plates that did not disappoint. It is a spot to visit.

Well, that was just amazing! In the area for the weekend and our friends suggested we try this spot. We were two families, both with kids, and the restaurant was more than accommodating. The service was great - Milo took very good care of us!! we were there for lunch, and ordered a variety of foods: breakfast burritos, pancakes, and black beans over plantains, which was my plant-based meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and it came out quick, hot, and fresh. Now let's talk about the decorations inside I could spend so much time staring at everything on the walls. The art is eye candy, and the detail surrounding you is so beautiful to look at while you are having your meal. We are absolutely happy to have found this place! Thank you so much for a lovely experience!

    Chilaquiles Divorciados!

We had such a wonderful experience! Our server, Harley, provided amazing customer service, she was so attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the chilaquiles divorciados and the waffles, and both were AMAZING! If you come here, definitely request Harley... she's the best! Highly recommend!

On Cinco de Mayo, I visited Corazon Comedor, located at 29 E Victoria St, to celebrate a birthday. I have visited this establishment on numerous occasions and have consistently had exceptional experiences with its culinary offerings. The large chips and guacamole are a must-order item. The service provided at Corazon Comedor is consistently impeccable. The ambiance is inviting and they have amazing food options.

Amazing food! We had a great experience at Corazon Cocina earlier and we heard this place had the same chef so we decided to stop in for dinner. We were greeted by Janet right away. She was very welcoming and made sure we had what we needed throughout our visit. I had the Rajas con Crema, a taco with poblano, corn, crema, and queso fresco on a blue corn tortilla. I didn't know exactly what to expect but it was EPIC! Maybe the best thing I've tasted so far this year, so much flavor, such fresh ingredients! My husband ordered the Birria Plate, which he loved. We shared a side of black beans and plaintains, but we really should have gotten two orders because those were out of this world too. The ambiance is casual. It almost felt like we were visiting friends for dinner. We will absolutely return on our next visit to Santa Barbara.

    Enchiladas Rancheras - Excellent!

Amazing food in a fresh and spacious space, my wife and I came here before a show. Ordering is at the counter, take a number, they bring it to you. Space is large, industrial concrete and steel with high ceilings, but somehow warm and cozy at the same time. They have a many creative tacos, flautas, enchiladas and mole dishes that appear more "authentic" and not your everyday Mexican, as well as beer and cocktails. We ordered a bowl of guacamole, chicken mole enchiladas, enchiladas rancheras, sparkling water and a margarita, then sat down with our number. The guacamole and particularly the chips were incredible, tasting hot and freshly made, but in a smallish bowl. Margarita was very good too. Both our main dishes presented well, were loaded with flavor and top notch, with the mole being spot-on sweet and spicy with very nicely prepared beans and rice sides. To finish the guacamole, additional chips at $4 were needed. Counter service and food delivery times was good. This is probably the best Mexican food I've had in Santa Barbara, a big statement! My only (1/2 star) nit is for the price and quality of food and cocktail offerings, I feel the restaurant (and me) deserve more a finer dining, full table service experience.

I went for dinner, but I think this place is more popular during breakfast and lunch hours. You order at the counter then take a seat. Salsa bar located on the side. The burrito had a lot of flavor but the tortilla was kinda hard and made it difficult to cut with the knife. Overall the staff is friendly and it's not a bad spot to sit down and grab a quick bite to eat.

We finally got around to trying this spot, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered the chicken mole enchiladas along with a passion fruit margarita. I expected more of a sweet, but it had a nice, subtle kick of spice which was great. The margarita was strong in the best way and they were very generous with the pour (no complaints here!). My partner ordered the shrimp enchiladas and had zero complaints, which says a lot. The whole vibe and decor around the restaurant was great. I'd definitely come back again, 10/10 would recommend. Service great s/o to Janet for helping us.

The food was good, but unfortunately warm, I have to take my plate back to the waiter to put in the microwave. The service was good, family ambiance, we noticed they were short of waiters. Thanks.

The ambiance, the food and the service is all great here. If you want to see how classy Spain/mexico is like including the service and most importantly the food then this spot is it.

The happy hour menu and a mango margarita so delicious

Loved the ambience and the food. We got the: Vegetarian enchilada with mole - 4/5 - I really liked the stuffing (spinach and mushroom). The mole was a little bitter but the flavor grew on me. Rajas Tacos - 5/5 - absolutely loved the flavors and the cheese. Chips with beans and mole - complimentary, served with 4 salsas of different spice levels. The spiciest - with habanero and cheese was the best! Quick service, friendly staff and great decor. Parking in lots nearby - first 75 min free

I actually kind of liked being able to sit down and relax without immediately being handed another menu It's a really cute spot with nice outdoor seating, friendly staff, and dogs are welcome. My sister's dog enjoyed brunch from the comfort of his stroller My husband got his usual cold brew and I got a spring water. We shared the avocado toast with egg and bacon added, plus a side of potatoes. The avocado smash was good and the egg was cooked perfectly, but the bread was a little dense for me. Nuzz really enjoyed the bacon. The POTATOES though!! So good. Thinly sliced, thicker than a potato chip, perfectly salted and super crispy. The side portion was generous too. Our total was about $53 for the avocado toast with add-ons, potatoes, cold brew, water and tip. I'm glad we shared because that felt pretty steep for one breakfast! And for my IBS friends Two separate, private all-gender bathrooms with actual doors. No stalls. We love to see it. Overall, cute place, good food and a different brunch experience. Nothing was bad at all, but for the price, I probably wouldn't rush back.

SCORE 0 HEALTH HAZARD 10…read more This is our third time we've had issues with the staff. Today is our last time going here. There was only one person in line and 4 staff members behind the counter standing around talking to each other. Nobody greeted us or asked for our bakery order. When I said excuse me to a dirty blond girl she replied "WHAT!" and continued to joke with a co worker. When the cashier finished with their customer they walked away and even though they saw we were waiting to be helped. I looked around and saw nobody helping seated customers or us at the bakery counter. Finally, the dirty blonde ask what we need and my response was "WHAT" ?! At this point we should have left and gone to Lilac Patisserie however we proceeded to give her our order. I told another customer behind us that rudeness seems to be the norm, and she agreed. I paid for our bakery items and asked an older woman scrolling on her phone if we could have a bag for all of our boxed treats. She grabbed a handful of bags and threw them at me from across the counter. We were appalled and left. We found a place to sit on State street to eat our treats and my daughter said she didn't want her Meringue because the dirty blonde girl used the back of her ungloved hand to repeatedly wipe her nose. We threw all $50 worth of baked goods in the trash. Yes, I should have gone back and complained I'm had everything refunded but it was Mother's Day and we didn't want anything more to do with this establishment. It was also an epiphany that they don't treat everyone this way. It could be you next time. Please go somewhere else. We will never go to anywhere but Lilac Patisserie which is to the left as you exit Andersons, past the stop light. You will definitely get your money's worth and the staff is friendly, professional, and greet you immediately as you reach the counter.
