    Crispy Brussel Sprouts

Food was tasty. We tried two small plates: the CrispyBrussels sprouts and the Fried Green Tomatoes. And for entree the Chilean Sea Bass. All were good. Don't think I'll get the fried tomatoes again but the other two were excellent. The atmosphere was bright with lots of windows and green space outside. Set at a golf course Service was excellent. Our glasses were kept filled. And as we left everyone from the cooks to the maitre de smiled and greeted us with a "have a great rest of your night". There is indoor seating as well as a big veranda with an amphitheater and a view of the golf course.

Awesome, great atmosphere, make a reservation. It an open kitchen. Everyone looks like they like working there. The service was excellent. We tried the steak, duck, scallops and fish. Everything was fresh and hot.Everything was great. We had a chance to meet the Chef and Management. It was worth the drive. The interior was lovely. Everyone worked hard and well together.

While we have had dinner here several times, we've been wanting to make it out for brunch. As expected, the food was outstanding! We sat outside on a cool overcast day and watched the golfers. The service was easy like Sunday morning! We will definitely be back! Make sure you get the mimosa flight and the trash bowl!

What a delightful and delicious gem of a restaurant! I'm not a county club, golf course type of gal, but you don't have to be to enjoy Core 450. We have had great servers every time and I really like the setup of this place! I watched the chef make our pizza from a distance and got all the feels watching it go into the brick oven! What can I say? I love food okay. We loved our Godfather pizza, Pimento Burger and Monte Cristo sandwich. The fries were really good too! We have only been for lunch a couple times, but I'm so looking forward to dinner here soon!

Great spit to visit. Calming and definitely not a 19th hole. We love doing Sunday brunch but visited for my wife's bday for dinner. She is def not an imbiber but really enjoyed the special Strawberry prosecco that was made for her. Y OG Old Fashion was delish. She had the Mommas Manicotti and I had the Crispy Beef Retolo. So good. Service is always the best. Just enough attention without being overwhelmed.

Birthday celebration was wonderful! Good food and great service!! We have been to Core 450 for brunch, which was delicious! And wanted to try their dinner options, we weren't disappointed. Will be back to try other options.

Brussels sprouts appetizer - 10/10 amazing!

First time visit tonight and Core 450 did not disappoint! The ambiance was pleasant, the server was attentive, and most importantly (in my opinion), the food was delicious! I didn't eat anything that wasn't fantastic - from the Brussels sprouts appetizer to my salmon and my date's braised beef rib, which of course I sampled This is what we would call a "date place" and you should expect to drop at minimum $30 per meal, plus any salads, appetizers, drinks, and tip. But for a special night out, this is a great option and one I would highly recommend!

Initial service good. Server poured water and $54 bottle of wine. No repeat pours of either. Had to go to bar for more water. Food was delicious. No prices of meats or pasta on menu sections - why? Left one empty plate on table after sever gave me the bill - why? Better service for strong prices would be appreciated. It's not that hard.

Things I liked were the great views, friendly service, and clean comfortable seating. My drink was lacking alcohol...definitely a weak drink. Brunch was ok, the grand marnier was undetectable in the French toast, which was also kinda dry. My husband has eggs Benedict which was served on a biscuit which made it messier too eat than the traditional English muffin. We might try it again for dinner....some places don't do great at breakfast foods.

Beautiful place with beautiful views to grab brunch or dinner. Tried a sampling of the French toast, chicken lollipops and Brussels sprouts. I wasn't a big fan of the chicken pope, but everything else was delish. And the drink was delish as well. The staff was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband and I just bought land in Cherokee Valley and decided to try Core 450 and we are so glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious. We split the Pimento Burger and ow. It was terrific. Sweet potato fries were awesome as well. We look forward to moving here and making this place our new favorite spot!

    Johnsmas family date night!

Had a delicious thick cut pork chop. Season was excellent as was the service. Enjoyed outdoor seating looking at golf course.

My food was served pipping hot and in separate bowls just like I like things- not touching. My ideal dining experience. Plan a drive to dine here, even if it is a little out of the way. Now for the details…read more Service: We made brunch reservations for our anniversary and the table had a nice happy anniversary sign which was a nice touch. And while customers told us happy anniversary, not once did any of the 3 staff serving us say happy anniversary. That about sums it up. They were acting friendly, but not top notch. Definitely, not to the level needed for a place like this. Food and drinks: We had coffee drinks and both were lukewarm to cool. I couldn't even finish my cappuccino because it was not at all hot. For food, I had shrimp and grits and it was pretty good. My wife, chicken cacciatore and the chicken tasted leftover and one piece had a bone. The pasta was lukewarm and tasted reheated. When we told them, they said they would take off that dish, but no apologies. Instead they asked if we wanted dessert because of the entree issue. Assuming they were being nice, we said yes only to find out they charged us for the dessert. You can't make this stuff up. Attention to detail: While the setting is nice, there is a clear lack of attention to detail everywhere you look. Not telling us happy anniversary, not noticing I barely touched my cappuccino, no hand towels in the women's restroom to dry hands, no one at the hotel front desk or the restaurant front desk, doors to the beautiful patio locked so we had to walk around the building outside to get to this space (which is not a welcoming approach), and the manager brought out our dessert and never apologized. And as mentioned previously, the staff is adequate for an average chain, but not for a boutique hotel and restaurant. Overall, very disappointing, and no surprise it was empty. Much better ways to spend this kind of money with the expectation of excellence and receiving mediocre. We will never stay at the hotel now or recommend the restaurant, and it's a shame because it's a beautiful place.
