Awesome, great atmosphere, make a reservation. It an open kitchen. Everyone looks like they like working there. The service was excellent. We tried the steak, duck, scallops and fish. Everything was fresh and hot.Everything was great. We had a chance to meet the Chef and Management. It was worth the drive. The interior was lovely. Everyone worked hard and well together.

While we have had dinner here several times, we've been wanting to make it out for brunch. As expected, the food was outstanding! We sat outside on a cool overcast day and watched the golfers. The service was easy like Sunday morning! We will definitely be back! Make sure you get the mimosa flight and the trash bowl!

What a delightful and delicious gem of a restaurant! I'm not a county club, golf course type of gal, but you don't have to be to enjoy Core 450. We have had great servers every time and I really like the setup of this place! I watched the chef make our pizza from a distance and got all the feels watching it go into the brick oven! What can I say? I love food okay. We loved our Godfather pizza, Pimento Burger and Monte Cristo sandwich. The fries were really good too! We have only been for lunch a couple times, but I'm so looking forward to dinner here soon!

Great spit to visit. Calming and definitely not a 19th hole. We love doing Sunday brunch but visited for my wife's bday for dinner. She is def not an imbiber but really enjoyed the special Strawberry prosecco that was made for her. Y OG Old Fashion was delish. She had the Mommas Manicotti and I had the Crispy Beef Retolo. So good. Service is always the best. Just enough attention without being overwhelmed.

Initial service good. Server poured water and $54 bottle of wine. No repeat pours of either. Had to go to bar for more water. Food was delicious. No prices of meats or pasta on menu sections - why? Left one empty plate on table after sever gave me the bill - why? Better service for strong prices would be appreciated. It's not that hard.

Birthday celebration was wonderful! Good food and great service!! We have been to Core 450 for brunch, which was delicious! And wanted to try their dinner options, we weren't disappointed. Will be back to try other options.

Brussels sprouts appetizer - 10/10 amazing!

First time visit tonight and Core 450 did not disappoint! The ambiance was pleasant, the server was attentive, and most importantly (in my opinion), the food was delicious! I didn't eat anything that wasn't fantastic - from the Brussels sprouts appetizer to my salmon and my date's braised beef rib, which of course I sampled This is what we would call a "date place" and you should expect to drop at minimum $30 per meal, plus any salads, appetizers, drinks, and tip. But for a special night out, this is a great option and one I would highly recommend!

Beautiful place with beautiful views to grab brunch or dinner. Tried a sampling of the French toast, chicken lollipops and Brussels sprouts. I wasn't a big fan of the chicken pope, but everything else was delish. And the drink was delish as well. The staff was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Things I liked were the great views, friendly service, and clean comfortable seating. My drink was lacking alcohol...definitely a weak drink. Brunch was ok, the grand marnier was undetectable in the French toast, which was also kinda dry. My husband has eggs Benedict which was served on a biscuit which made it messier too eat than the traditional English muffin. We might try it again for dinner....some places don't do great at breakfast foods.

I am not sure how I have went this long without having Core 450 in my life! I was completely blown away by everything this place had to offer. From the amazing views of the golf course with the mountains as the back drop, the elegance of the restaurant to the wonderful server and the delicious food, this place really has it all! Everything sounded great on the menu and I wanted to try everything. Well surprise surprise, you can pretty much do that! The server advised us of the chef's board and I what an awesome experience we had! I like my steak medium rare while everyone else wanted theirs medium to medium well and they brought out a melt in your mouth 60oz tomahawk steak medium rare and provided a hot salt block so the rest of the table could cook their steak more (yes I know it's heartbreaking). It came with a family size bowl of risotto, Gouda crab Mac and cheese, fried brussel sprouts and a juicy filet of fish. After our meal, they brought out a cast iron skillet with a baked cookie covered in ice cream and it was as delicious as it sounds. Everything was incredible and I would highly recommend this restaurant for the foodies out there wanting a fine dining experience with southern hospitality, delicious food and beautiful scenery! Thank you Core 450 for giving us the best date night experience we have had in a long time and look forward to seeing you all again!

My husband and I just bought land in Cherokee Valley and decided to try Core 450 and we are so glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious. We split the Pimento Burger and ow. It was terrific. Sweet potato fries were awesome as well. We look forward to moving here and making this place our new favorite spot!

My husband and I went there for a date night. Ambience was great, sat outside right next to the golf course. Sunset was absolutely gorgeous. But the food was very much bleh. The focaccia doesn't have any herbs in it, texture and flavor were more like a sourdough rather than focaccia, could have made it into a bruschetta appetizer, that would have been better. Love the bread flavor but definitely not focaccia. It was served with just olive oil. We asked for some balsamic vinegar then it became enjoyable. I didn't even bother to take a photo of the rest, we ordered a seared tuna, a hanger steak and a poached pear salad to share. Tuna was supposed to be crusted with horseradish and panko, unfortunately I could only tasted the panko, when it was served it was cold, in my experience seared tuna should be warm not cold, and when seared perfectly 1/3 is cooked leaving the center 2/3 raw but warm, the side broccolini was tasty but it was paired with baby portobello mushroom but shiitake. The highlight was the potato wedge, very tasty, crispy yet potatoey, tasted like they were fried in tallow instead of seed oil. Yum!!! Wish the dish came with more of that. We asked for a medium rare steak, but it sooo blue it could walk off the plate, leaving a gamy aftertaste. Not great. Poached pear salad was paired with poached cherry, have to say didn't like the combo for my personal taste, it just threw the balance off, maybe some fresh orange would've been a better choice, just to balance the sweetness of the pair with some zesty fresh tangy orange. Just a thought. I had poached pear arugula salad with Gorgonzola cheese before in another restaurant, thoroughly enjoyed that one. Overall, ambience was great, beautiful and I get to see squirrels running around. Food somehow ruined the whole experience. Wish they could care more about the true hero of the business(the food!!!) a bit more.

    Aftermath of a great meal!

Food was, and I mean this sincerely, the best food I've ever had at a golf course! Additionally the service was excellent and the ambiance was great! Really didn't know what to expect, but core 450 was such a good experience! Can't wait to come back!

I arrived a little early, so she sat me in a little waiting area until my table was ready and offered me a drink. I went on the weekend, and it was very busy for brunch at Bluegrass Brunch. I sat outside; it was gorgeous sitting on the patio with a view of the swamp rabbit trail and listening to the live band play. The waitress came over and took my order; the food was a little slow arriving, but it was packed, and I did not mind. I started with the Cinnamon Roll, which to me was all about the icing, which you could put on a piece of cardboard, and it would taste good, so to me, that was a win, but it wasn't your typical Cinnamon Roll; it was more like a dinner roll with icing on it, so if you plan on it being like one you would get in a mall, it is not; this is elevated, not as sweet, and a lot less cinnamon, which I enjoyed. For my main course, I got the Top Soil Breakfast, which was two eggs. I got them over medium with extra crispy bacon, and it was so thick and delicious. I also got breakfast potatoes, which were so nice and crispy, and do yourself a favor and ask for the homemade hot sauce; omg, the hot sauce was so good! I need to see if they sell that next time I am there; it was so good. All in all, it was a perfect breakfast with great quality food and great service. I will be back.

I then spoke about who was going to pay for my gas having to go all the way back to the restaurant and pick up the correct order. I was put on hold once again. Per "management" she bargained either I can come back and get my correct order and also get 50% back or I can just get something for free another day. I told her I was gonna go with option number one and I also said deal. She then acknowledged and we both hung up. Part 3: Left my house. Got there. Turned in my incorrect order. Server takes it back. I was definitely getting a Mexican style ambience as I entered the building. Staff review: 3 out of 10. Servers need to pay more attention to details over the phone. Just slow down. Management needs to communicate more with what's being said and agreed with pawn over the phone with customers with incorrect orders. Price review: 4 out of 10. $21.60 is a little over priced. For $18/19 I could understand. You have different pastas and meats. I just so happen to get Farfelle and chicken Alfredo. Also In a bag came 3 garlic breads (6/10). I would just add more pasta on the smaller pastas that take up less space in a dish. String pasta plates get filled up to the top (hint: my initial incorrect order observation). My 2nd final and correct order seemed to only be filled up 45% of the dish. Add more food to your customers plates. I also did not receive napkins and silverware. Overall: 2 stars.
