I picked it up July 21st and everything initially looked great. One week later, the repaired door became noticeably duller than the rest of the truck. I contacted 360 and brought it back on August 5th. They refinished the door, but the exact same issue returned 11 days later. I contacted the owner, Frank, and brought it back a third time. I picked it up August 29th. Shortly afterward, the driver-side door began getting stuck and would not open normally. On September 19th, I had the same issue again and could clearly see that the interior door was damaged and the pins were not lining up properly with the door frame, creating a crack. I contacted Frank, but received no response, so I went to the shop personally. Frank insisted they never removed the interior door panel and refused to take responsibility for the damage. When I asked why my brand-new truck had never experienced these problems before their work, his response was, "Maybe because it's a work truck?" It is not a work truck; it is my personal vehicle. When I expressed my disappointment, Frank became hostile, repeatedly cursed at me, and told me to " F*** you, get the f*** off the property." As I was leaving, he followed me out of the parking lot in a black Chevrolet truck. After paying $1,900 and making multiple trips back to the shop, I expected the work to be done correctly and the business to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 360 Auto Group. If you use them, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and documenting everything before leaving the property.

I was especially upset because this was the exact area that Rock Collision had repaired for me just a few months ago. When I called, they immediately told me to bring it in so someone could take a look and see if anything could be done, maybe even buff it out. When I arrived, Frankie came out personally, buffed out the transferred red paint, and made the damage look so much better. He also pointed out two small spots where the paint had chipped and explained that they would need touch-up paint. He even told me exactly what to ask the dealership for and said that if I didn't feel comfortable doing the touch-up myself, I could just bring it back and he would help me with it. This level of customer service is rare these days. Rock Collision truly cares about their customers, takes pride in their work, and treats people with kindness and honesty. After contacting a dozen painters, I found one shop that only wanted to fix the dents and do some spot painting for 8 to 10 grand and a second shop that estimated a minimum of 20 grand to do an entire paint job. There was no way I could afford or would tolerate those ridiculous quotes. One of the other 12 painters was a one-person shop named Wendall's Autobody and Paint in my town, who said, "he was busy but that I should call him back in a few weeks." Needless to say, I was frustrated, but one day, while traveling around town, I called Wendall and asked if I could bring the car by for him to look. My wife and I went by his ranch property with goats and chickens in the yard and an oversized work garage, and an hour later, I had hired a painter. We thought it would take him at least 2 months the paint the car, but he had it finished in 5 weeks. He gave me an unbelievable price, and I gave him a well-deserved bonus for exceeding my expectations. My wife and I also had a great time chatting with Wendall at his rustic shop, where he does incredible work. I highly recommend him as a standup painter and person.
