The food is really good, but the employees are terrible, they are often rude and dismissive. They are also really bad about alterations to menu items and 9/10 times they forget to put everything on that is requested. I love the food at core life but the staff acting the way they do makes me not want to go back. I've been there many times and thought maybe the staff being rude was a fluke but after going there more than 10 times I've only had a couple pleasant interactions with the staff. They genuinely seem annoyed when a customer walks in and wants to place an order. ALSO never make the mistake of ordering your food online cause they always give you way less quantity and STILL somehow forget to add everything that you ordered. It's very frustrating. read more

Finally stopped in one day after a workout. I was feeling a noodle dish so I got the Spicy Thai Chicken & Rice Noodle bowl (with no sprouts). I was worried this dish would be too spicy for me as I'm not big on spice but it was perfect. The dish had good flavors but I think I was turned off by it being a cold dish. I was thinking it was going to be a warm, stir-fry kinda dish. So, I wasn't that impressed with my dish and I'm certain that I would've liked it warm over the cold. The drinks are wonderful. Came in around 430 during the week, place had a handful of people. Staff weren't cleaning. Dining area was a mess, and the dude that cooked my egg instead of changing gloves...just wiped them down with a napkin and kept using gloves contaminated with raw egg. Management needs to get Ahold of this place. Stay away until someone gets this place back to being a safe place to eat. read more

I've given this place 3 chances, but it's just not worth it. we ordered 2 premade bowls with 1 modification on each, and they were both wrong. one was a completely different bowl. The spicy tai is not spicy at all and the tofu was dry. it tasted like the food was made hours ago, if not yesterday. Every time i've gone the bowls have lacked flavor. On top of that, there were plenty of empty tables but no where to sit, because they were all dirty and the cup i was given had a large crack down the side and spilled everywhere. I was told they've been having that issue a lot. For the cost of this place, I would think they could afford better cups. Staff was friendly. The only reason I'm posting a review is because this store's phone number is disconnected so there is no way to call and complain. When you call, it says the mailbox is not set up yet. Very unprofessional. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I ordered a DIY bowl today and was not given any rice. I double checked my app and I did in fact include rice so I'm not sure why they would leave it out. The steak was barely cooked to rare which was kind of gross for a take-out bowl but truly the lack of rice was the biggest let down. We got the Korean BBQ pork bowl, fire bowl, and 2 drinks all for a total of around $20. I got the regular lemonade as my drink and it was okay. It's more on the sour side if you prefer that but it was a little too sour for my preference. The dishes seemed and tasted super healthy and were flavorful with fresh ingredients with a good amount of food! Ordering online was super simple and our orders were ready by the time we got there so there was absolutely no wait! We were filled and satisfied by the meal and would definitely go back due to this great experience and there are some other great sounding options on the menu as well! I had an unfortunate experience here last night and wanted to update. We ordered a side of the street corn and they scraped all the old corn scraps, which filled up half the container, then tried to charge us full price for it until we said something. Our steak taco was also undercooked, and I'm not sure what was in the poke but I was up all night with a stomach ache. This restaurant is new, but Covid isn't. They were not operating at reduced capacity. The line was wrapped past the entrence and into the tables which were packed with diners. Great concept and execution. They said their tofu was Organic & non-gmo so I got it added to my bowl. If I was a big meat eater, I would have been happy with this place too as they have plenty of options available! They had a lot of people working which was really nice compared to other restaurants these days. I ordered the Make-Your-Own Bowl. You start with 2 bases: choice between multiple greens like kale, romaine, mixed greens, etc. or rice noodles - regular or Thai spicy (I think). Then you get to add on 5 "toppings": soybeans, garbanzo beans, beats, broccoli, pickled onions, pickled cabbage, carrot slivers, ... you can add a protein for an upcharge. Finally you pick a dressing and then you pay and sit inside or take it to go (tell them at the beginning of your order!) They also have sides that are extra such as fried (?) Brussels sprouts. They have a plethora of flavored juice drinks but I can't do the sugar so I skipped that. Definitely a go to place for a quick healthy meal. read more

I thought it was a basic build your own salad kind of place but they have so many build your own bowl options of toppings, proteins, sauces and also have tacos, soups, sides and even poke bowls. I ordered the Tuna Poke Fire bowl- Ahi tuna poke, avocado, pickled jalapeños, pickled red cabbage, sesame Sriracha sprouts, and purple rice. You can customized your bowls so if there is an ingredient you want to leave out or add in, you can do that. I want to try the tacos and the apple cider green tea.
