I. Love. CORE. It's perfect for lunch! Very filling and so healthy! Greens, protein, and grains! I like the spicy chicken ancient grains bowl with extra beets. I really like beets. Check out their menu or make your own bowl. They also serve soups but the tomato bisque that I had was not the best. Weird chunky texture. I love getting a side of chicken bone broth on a cold day. The beef one is a little oddly spicy. It comes with a side of complimentary bread. My most favorite thing there by far is the beet lemonade though!! I always want to try their other drink options but I can't stay away from the beets!! The service is also really wonderful here. Whoever did the hiring for these people did a really great job. They're all super friendly and always smiley. You have to appreciate people like that. The only downfall is that it is pretty pricey. Just for a bowl and a drink for myself at lunch it's about $15.00. But I guess that's the price you pay for fresh gmo free ingredients right? Really excited to have this place in our area. read more

Rather, the inciting decor, friendly staff and wide selection of salads, broths and soups helped fuel me. If you like tea, the options expand past your traditional green or black. My favorite "fast food" restaurant ever. A little pricey but I can usually get two meals out of one of their delicious grain bowls so it evens out. Staff is always friendly, place is always clean, and even when busy, the line moves fast. I initially expected it to be warm, but even cold it was still very tasty, filling, and I even felt healthy. I had to get a to-go container because the portion was huge, even for a small. We eat at CoreLife at least twice a week, and have not found a salad or soup that was not delicious! It is a little confusing if you haven't been here before, but you are building your own meal. Once you understand that, it becomes a pleasure to pick out all the delicious veggies to add to your soup or salad. Every entre is gluten free so it is a joy for me to come here often. This is my second time here and both times they left an ingredient out of what I ordered. First time I ordered the spicy ginger steak & rice noodle broth bowl. They didn't put the sliced almonds in that it states it comes with, not too big of a deal, pretty trivial thing. I came again a week later and ordered the southwest grilled chicken & wild rice blend, they forgot the jalapeños and the rice! The rice is the main component how do you forge that? My boyfriend ordered the spicy ginger steak broth bowl and they forgot the almonds again, and forgot broccoli but added cucumbers without us realizing until we sat down, idk if they were out of broccoli and thought it would be okay to substitute it with cucumbers?
