We hired Corinthian for three shuttles and two SUVs. On the positive side, they worked with us to find the most cost-effective way to get all of our guests up to our wedding venue. On the negative side, one of three shuttles did not have air conditioning on an 80+ degree day. They did give us a partial refund for the hot shuttle, but it was a very uncomfortable hour-long drive to the venue. We had also asked for a quiet ride back in our private SUV from the venue, but ended up with a chatty driver. read more

We hired Corinthian Transportation recently for wedding transportation. Their prices were decent and gratuity was included on the quote. We got a party bus that fit up to 30 people to bring our wedding party from the hotel reception location to the ceremony location and back. They were on time and professional. When the party bus arrived, we were surprised that they had provided the inside of the bus with some cups, ice to chill drinks, and bottled water for guests riding on the bus. It was perfect since we also planned to bring our own drinks to have on the bus after the ceremony. When you use them you know you don't need to worry about a thing. We had them pick up our family at our home in a party bus because it had a divider from the driver which we preferred due to Covid. They also picked us up after the wedding so no one had to drive back from the winery in the Santa Cruz mountains after having some wine. We had a little time before we needed to get to our destination so he took us on a slightly longer route so we didn't arrive too early! We had a kids party with the pink Hummer limo. When I finally decided that I wanted to book I couldn't get in touch with SERENA ( I think I was calling on her days off ). That's what I get for procrastinating. ERIKA BUCK ended up taking over and finding the original email that SERENA sent me and she ended up finishing the reservation and sent me the contract and everything. Again another polite, nice, and patient person. And last our driver. Her name is LAURA and I can't say much about the ride because I didn't ride in the limo. I followed behind it in my own car. But my kids absolutely loved her. They had nothing but positive things to say about LAURA. What I can say about LAURA is from the time she found out she would be our driver she communicated with me from beginning to end. Called me from her personal cell number and made sure that I knew everything that was going on and that I was comfortable with her being parked across the street from my house ( which I told her to do ). She also gave two of my kids her personal cell number just in case. She arrived on time to pick us up both times and she was over all real pleasant. If I ever decide to rent another limo or party bus. I'm definitely going to ask if I could request LAURA as the driver. We booked Corinthian as a vendor for our wedding transportation. I don't need to go into much detail. But, they failed to pick up guests on Friday night after using our scheduled van for another client. Then, on Saturday, our wedding planner called to make sure they wouldn't mess up again. They were able to get our guests there on time for the ceremony, but on the way home they failed to come back for the second round of guests, immediately after my wedding planner had told them in person to come right back. Luckily, we were able to get a refund. BUT, they didn't even refund us the correct amount discussed... I would not use Corinthian again. It was their one job and they messed up big time. read more

We hired Corinthian Ground Transportation for our transportation needs for our wedding at Nella Terra Cellars in Sunol, CA on September 15th, 2017. We hired a 47 passenger shuttle bus that transported our out-of-town guests from the Pleasanton Doubletree hotel to the venue and back again at the end of the evening. We worked with Serena on our booking. She was very helpful over the phone and by email in making our reservation for us. When we needed to adjust the timing of our pickup, everything was reconfirmed right away. The pricing for Corinthian was by far the most competitive as they charged us for two separate pickups and trips rather than one long hourly rate (where the shuttle would have been sitting around all evening as our guests enjoyed the reception). I was so happy to have found Corinthian as an option. We asked a competent family member to be our "bus captain" and communicate with the driver when everyone was on board and ready to go. She reported that our driver was flexible and easy to work with. Some of guests remarked that the shuttle was clean and comfortable. If we had to do again, I would have made the same choice. We just got picked up from SFO on an international flight and it's obvious the driver does not like his job. This is a black glove limo service that we pay 2 times Uber Black prices. He's standing there with the IPad sign with our name on it. Meanwhile, our flight had arrived 20 minutes early and out of courtesy we had been providing a play by play the entire time since we landed of our status since we landed from immigrations clearing as a US citizen which as you might know is pretty quick, to baggage claim. He has no greeting but to turn around and the body language is to follow him. He takes no bags. There are two of us over sixty years old with four large bags - he has none. He walks ahead though the terminal leading the way with the iPad in one hand to his car. He does not even lift a finger while my husband heaves our three almost 50 pound bags in the back of the suburban and the fourth bag he throws in the back on top of the other bags. Jon, the limo driver, is completely oblivious and does not say a word the entire way home while I write this review. You think I'm leaving a tip? You're out of you're mind. This is the worst service I've ever received. I have used to use this company to drive me to the city four times a week back in 2019, pre-Covid. They used to be great. I cannot see using this company again, even just for the airport. What a terrible disappointment. Let me clarify, I do not mind paying more for great service. We hired Corinthian Transportation for our wedding to shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue (and back again). Corinthian was incredibly easy to work with, allowing us to book the day several months in advance with 1 shuttle, and once RSVP's were in and we had an accurate head count, let us adjust the shuttle count up to 3 shuttles. They communicated well, were flexible (they even took people to the after party as a complimentary additional stop) and while you don't normally think of "transportation" as a major wedding vendor (or at least I didn't) it ended up being incredibly valuable and low stress.
