The food was absolutely amazing! It is definitely on the pricier end, and the inside is really tight- the guy seated behind me and I basically had our chairs touching. The dishes we shared were delicious- I especially liked the brussel sprouts, viatnamese meatballs, and goat cheese bruschetta. Yes, I didn't love this place but I really liked it and I think that I will like it in the future. I want to try a few more menu items and we'll see if they earn a 5-star rating. We went here based on the great reviews and to try something outside of our overpriced resort's restaurants. Cork and Fork didn't disappoint! We made a reservation for 5:00, and I'm so glad that we did because it filled up quickly! I would say every table was filled by 5:30. The service was attentive and friendly. They have a great wine and cocktail list, and I love that you can order a 3 oz glass of wine if you're just in the mood for a few sips. The menu is eclectic and everything we tried was delicious, including a pizza, sliders, grilled cheese with short rib, and a wonderful goat cheese bruschetta with pesto. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised! Very hip decor + atmosphere. The menu was diverse, creative + inexpensive. For a pizza, salad + app, our bill only $40.00. Omg. My favorite place in desert so far. We had a wonderful experience. Share plates. Tomato buratta salad, fried cauliflower with spicy sauce so yummy. Goat cheese brochetta with roasted tomatoes was epic. Mushroom lasagna, adult grilled cheese (don't miss it). Shrimp cakes were so good even the kids loved them. First time at the Cork and Fork! No reservations, but they found room at the bar for us in about five minutes. Tapas style dinner...including goat cheese bruschetta, Thai shrimp cakes, and the Mike pizza to name a few. Everything was delish! The bartender selected a perfect chard to go with the food. We also found out that most of the cooks are from the high school culinary program! What a great idea! That might explain their 4-8:30pm hours. We will be back. read more

Loved this place. Cool little spot with a great menu and friendly staff. Great atmosphere, easy to find, and just a short drive from La Quinta Resort. We were visiting from OC, and decided to venture out into the town with our 11month old. So glad we found C&F, Pizza, Salad, and Zucchini noodles with sausage (I think), were all OUTSTANDING! Server was great, so was hostess, and loved that the owner was there on a Tuesday night. Everyone worked great as a team, LOVED the beer special they had, and the wife loved the Pinot Noir our server suggested. We will be back!!! read more

This place is amazing. I own Juicy Juicy (juice bar) and a few of my customers kept asking me if I 'went there yet'. I promised I would, so on our date night, my husband and I brought his cousin and his wife. We had no idea what a treat we were in for! Everything was exploding with flavor. Found this place on a web search and it was very nice. They were out of the wine I picked but the bar tender came up with a good option. Ordered the Adult toasted Cheese sandwich and tomato soup, both very good. The sandwich is made with short rib meat and flavorful. Wife ordered the Squash Salad, this one was a disappointment, Squash was under-cooked and had no seasoning so very bland. They have the tables way to close together and we had to endure 4 young women who all talked at the same time and loud, we might as well just joined them, we could not hear each other! We will give this one another chance as the Pizzas looked good and other dishes looked interesting. read more

This place is a tapas (small plates) restaurant. If you enjoy VERY expensive meals that come in VERY small portions, then this is the place for you. Not so much for me. The Farmer's Market salad was incredible -- what a great start to our meal! We also shared a little margherita pizza, which was tasty if you enjoy it a little charred. I had the zucchini noodles, which were a little bland compared to how flavorful everything else was. For dessert we had the Sunday sundae - dark chocolate brownie with salted caramel gelato. So very good. I could eat that gelato every day. I was so pleasantly surprised with this place. I can't wait to go back when they start the fall menu next week. It is a little pricey, but worth it!
