Great service! Very fast in getting individual orders out for 34 orders for our large party. Thank you for allowing us to have individual checks - definitely a plus! Management checked on us frequently. We held a Retirement party on the patio on a Monday at 5 p.m. here. 34 ladies came and it was a great celebration. The staff were all so very accommodating with our needs: putting up a few wall decorations, centerpieces and allowing us to serve our Martinellis Sparkling Apple Juice in our wine glasses to toast the retiree. Everyone enjoyed their food, many brought their leftovers home because they serve large portions. We didn't even have to request boxes...they just brought them and placed them on our one of the tables. I would highly recommend Corky's in Highland for events!!! Just a little tip if you hold your event on the patio, bring a microphone and speaker...the freeway background noise doesn't allow everyone to hear what's being said very easily. Definitely a great place to hold parties if you're looking for a location with fast service, individual checks allowed and accommodations for your preferences. read more

Don't usually like to leave reviews but come here today with my family. As we were eating we witness an employee with reddish black hair yelling and using foul language to her other employee she was standing right next to our table when she yelled to the other girl "Meet me out back b****". Such foul language in front of kids is not cool. read more

We went with friends for dessert. I had the brownie sundae. It was big enough for 3 people! But delicious, like all their desserts. The restaurant is clean and employees were very courteous and professional. Our server, Francis, was attentive and friendly, which made the evening very enjoyable. Clean location, lots of staff, and staff did come check on us multiple times which was a plus. However, host and waitress needs to slow down while talking, it gets hard to hear and comprehend what they say when they're rushing through the specials or menu. Food was mediocre, to be expected of a diner like restaurant. The major reason for the lower rating is when the food was brought out, the waitress had the plates stacked on top of each other, which is normally fine however, two of the plates were rested directly on the food of one plate. I don't know about you but I don't find it appealing that the bottom the plates were directly touching the top of one of my entree. I wasn't impressed. A new clean coffee shop style restaurant close to the freeway. Menu consists of typical American style food. Was there on a Saturday night and the place was half full/empty. Had bad service a while ago, tried again and again bad service. Had to wait for waitress, after she took our drink order she was helping other tables. Finally got our drinks. Then brought half our order, don't understand. Mentioned at the register , after employee asked how everything was , said not great " , he said hum OK . What?? I mentioned that he didn't seem to care but he didn't answer. Wow why would I go back, tried twice and they didn't live up to the standards of other places. Well I tried, but they don't care I guess. The is a new location n out the gate, the tables are very uncomfortable. The booth tables are too low for the high benches and the free standing tables are no better. The food was either over cooked or under cooked. The staff is nice enough but could use a bit more training on anticipating customer needs. Over all poor experience. I will not be coming back. Corky's I thought it was supposed to be a southern food from the U.S. there not to have be any Mexican food on there menu nor on anyone's table,okay now let me tell you about my meal I had two eggs over easy and potatoes not with any bell peppers nor tomatoes nor onions plain potatoes and half cooked at that!! Not southern style eggs were over cooked too! Now my wife got huegos rancheros with biscuits n gravy ok not southern style maybe from down south you know? My son got a chicken sandwich spicy now on the menu discretion it doesn't say what spice they are referring ,it was buffalo sauce my son doesn't like buffalo sauce, there food is terrible but this was my experience with the restaurant I would not go eat at this restaurant again ever well maybe if I was desperate for just to fill my stomach with something , I'm sorry to tell this but you can make your own choice if you want to be disappointed read more

Just came to this new location and the food, and environment was amazing as always but the difference here was the staff. From the Managenment Vicente & Lorraine, to the wait staff Madisen and Salvador they were enthusiastic and accommodating. We went in at 9pm and it was still very inviting and lots of smiles and very helpful. We had our food fast and served with a smile. I've been to this spot a few times since it opened and each experience has been great. I love their outdoor patio area especially getting closer to summer time. The food has been great and the menu has a lot options to choose from, definitely recommend the pancakes and all of their pastries.
