Love the breakfast. The service today was amazing. Maggie was really nice and attentive. She was aware of all customers even when she was taking orders. If she saw someone get up she would go right away and ask if they needed anything. As soon as someone was done from table, she right away picked up, cleaned it and 1 min later she was seating someone there. We didn't receive our English muffin and both orders of hash browns were replaced with their disgusting home fries. We are in town for Mother's Day weekend and we choose Corky's. Great place for family, the food is delicious and is a great size portion wise. I got the Waffle Combo. Price was reasonable, and I requested my waffle crispy and it was scrumptious. Definitely a recommend when visiting Cali in the Ontario/Pomona Upland area. read more

In the beginning when I showed up, I was accompanied by three of my family members and experienced a pleasant greeting. Everything was great, food was sub par, service was a little bit slow but everything hit the fan when I tried leaving. There was a blonde waitress with short shaggy hair, about 5ft 5. She had an extremely rude attitude. We had placed a to go order when we first arrived and had sat and enjoyed our food at the table. When going to pay for the check, she quickly checked us out and didn't realize we had a to go. We waited, stood by the counter and was asked to stand in the front near the bakery counter. We complied and went back. I went out to start my car and when I came back, she had then rudely snapped at us, told us to sit down and wait, when told we were in a time crunch, gave us a nasty look. She then snapped again and said "Sit down" and walked off without listening to my repeat of the order. She then proceeded to yell and scream at the cooks for other orders, provoking them with rude tones because of the language barrier. In this day in age she needs to get fired. Another waitress came back and handed us our order, forgetting the drink we requested. I told her that if her co worker had listened instead of barking at everyone, she wouldn't have forgotten the rest of my order. She went back and got the drink while the original waitress who was rude kept shooting us dirty looks. Needless to say I will never come back here again after that experience with her. She was extremely rude and barking at the chefs thats day (9/15/20) because of them not understand what she was saying because she was speaking low. I have never seen anyone yell at chefs infront of public. I would be embarrassed. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Food is never fresh. Found a piece of plastic in my cup when I took it to the front to show them they tried to cover it up and say that they don't know what it could of been my eggs were not cooked all the way. My pancakes were have ass cooked. Don't eat at this location. Also the bathroom was so dirty when I took my kids to go use it that my daughter didn't even want to use it. They had shit in every stall. Just real nasty. The health department needs to really go in there and check things out. read more

Today was my first time here after months of my husband wanting to bring me and I'm cringing at the delay because food was delish. We were seated at table 70 at around 10:30 and were waitressed by the sweetest girl which I didn't happen to remember her name :( by the receipt : nikolle (hope im not giving credit to the wrong person) but I will say from attentiveness, quickness everything you can think of for great service it was her . And I definitely wanted her to know that hence why I'm writing this . On another note I used to be a waitress and this honestly hurt to see how ppl can be so conniving / shady I thought I had only the bus boys to blame when some of my tips had gone missing but to see a host pull some bs is unexceptionable, the girl who had seated us slid so quick when she spotted a tip that was left from the last party , love how she caught herself real quick when me and my husband gave her the look as she went to put a tip from the table in her pocket then quickly remove it after . We did speak to our waitress about this little situation vividly but who's to say every penny was given or whos to say this is her first time getting caught , all these other factors my husband had brought to my attention and he's right so sad we have to even think to extents like this but overall Nikolle ppl like that will get theirs, don't change you ! read more

Our experience this time wasn't too great . Food was terrific as always . It was the service that wasn't too good . We usually go every other Friday Night with a group of 25 and never have problems . This time the waiter forgot to take our children's orders . I ordered a hot chocolate and he forgot about it . When he did bring it the chocolate spilled all over the cup and he didn't bother to clean it . He kept getting our orders mixed up when bringing out the food . I hate to have to say this, but as a recurring customer, service has only gotten worse here. The last two times I went, food was forgotten never to be mentioned or brought, cups were taken and no refills done, and all around slow service. I understand this place is often busu, but one time it was 1am and there was hardly anyone there. I just left and didn't even realize my friends order was completely messed up, and mostly forgotten, even though we paid the full amount. If I had to guess, I'd say most of the staff is newer, but that doesn't justify anything. I love Corkys and always have. What an experience my husband and I had today! This is our first day back to open dining. We were excited to be back due to the COVID restrictions. To keep it short our waitress was attentive to an extent but when it came time to order dessert that was entirely on a different level. I placed my order and she brought back my desert. My husband had changed his mind about getting desert and he mentioned that he decided to have desert after all. She said to us, "Next time tell me what you want, so I don't have to be walking back and forth!" She caught us by surprise with a statement like this. My husband said to me, "I have the right to change my mind!" The place wasn't busy and it's not very big! Hopefully, you will get better service. Try not order desert or get a refill on water! Located on the northwest corner of Mountain and 7th, this place is a huge upgrade over the previous Dennys. While this place isn't the best breakfast place I've been to, I can count on this place to bring me decent food and a lot of it. I like that this is one of the few places where I can get a good version of corned beef hash for breakfast. That's all I got. read more

When will the owners get it? How many times do the customers have to complain that the food at this location is not up to par with the Rancho Cucamonga location? I live 3 minutes away from the Upland location, I shouldn't have to drive to the Rancho Cucamonga location just to make sure that I'm getting what I paid for. I keep going back to Upland every few months thinking that it will change but I'm consistently disappointed. Maybe I should just give up on Corkey's now. I'm an idiot for not taking pictures but I don't think that the pictures will do it justice anyway. I'm so disappointed. read more
