All I can say is that I was pretty distraught at the time because I never thought that I would be able to replace it exactly. Then I remembered great experience I had A few years ago when I had to resize some jewelry at this jewelry store. Luckily, my wife's rang was the same as mine so we took a few pictures And sent them to this jeweler and magically they were able to replace the ring with an even better model. All I can say is there is one word that tells all about this jeweler and that word is quality. All I can say is the ring that they made for me is better than the original and when they say they make custom jewelry, they don't just make regular custom jewelry. They make stupendous custom jewelry. That said, I am telling you go to the showroom and talk to Amina because she is a superstar. Before you buy any jewelry check out what they have to offer because everything they have is unique and of very high quality. Over a week ago I received apologies but it is still happening. It only takes a few minutes to reply - saying you are busy is not an acceptable excuse. Additionally, one item was not completely repaired the first time. Frustrating. It's disappointing to read good reviews and have this kind of experience. Then, he added a patch kit to the tube. At the time, I thought it would be just paying for the repair kit because he had Never Mentioned A Price. once he was done, he put the wheel back on for another 10 minutes wasting our time and refusing help when we offered it. Then, he walked up to the register and told us it was 35 DOLLARS for a single tube repair, KEEP IN MIND A new tube only costs about 5-10 dollars and is way easier to install. The targeted time was between 10 and 12. I watched these 4 guys and they were all business! They worked so well as a team and everyone had their role to play. The shed went up quick and I had done the prep on the site per Reeds Ferry's instructions. By 11am they were cleaning up and getting ready to leave. The foreman talked to me about the warranty and asked if I had any questions. I know this shed will last for 30 years because it is built very well with quality products. You may pay a little more for a shed at Reeds Ferry, but you won't need to replace it and you get exactly what you paid for. We couldn't be happier with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had to wait a while before they could get to us and believe me it was worth the wait. These guys were professional and if you had your own business these are the guys you want working for you.
