At each step, from picking the main stone, accents, band and setting we were given so many beautiful options. Some we hadn't even considered, like choosing kite diamonds for the accents. I can tell Rob has a passion for his work and it shows in his fantastic taste and beautiful and high quality craftsmanship. My fiancée and I were both in awe of how beautiful the ring he crafted for us was and I am so glad I made the decision to go through the process with him. Did I mention his prices are honest and affordable too?! I never once worried that we were blowing my budget and he did everything in his power to make sure we were getting the best for our money. I'm certain I'll be heading back in the near future once the time arises for wedding bands :). Thank you again Rob for this lovely ring!!

The most spectacular engagement ring I have ever seen!!! I…read morefound this place while doing a google search for places around the Burlington area that did custom jewelry. I wasn't particularly impressed with the website but since the reviews were good I thought I'd give them a chance. This place exceeded my wildest expectations! First of all, I love that it is a family owned business. There are two brothers that own and operate the place. I worked with Brahim on the design of my custom engagement ring. I had been shopping with my girlfriend a few places but she could never seem to find a ring that she totally loved. I went to Brahim with a number of ideas for what I wanted to include in a ring. Brahim was completely professional as he worked with the ideas that I wanted creating sketches and even offering a few ideas for stuff that I hadn't even thought of. He also wasn't pushy about me getting anything too expensive and even suggested that if I wanted to buy the diamond from someone else and bring it to him that would be fine. He's not in the diamond business but did a search for me and in the end actually found a perfect diamond at a great price from someone he knew in the industry. Not to mention the fact that his prices are extremely fair! Having looked at plenty of ring settings and prices his quote was almost equivalent to those at other places that aren't custom made! Once we had agreed on a design in just 3 weeks he was done! The ring came out absolutely perfect and exactly as he had described it would. He actually ended up adding 4 extra diamonds in the band and he didn't even charge me extra for them! Not to mention, every time I went back to him he would even remember my name. Needless to say my fiancé completely loved the ring! She said it was the most beautiful ring she had ever seen. I have already recommended Brahim to a friend who's getting engaged soon and would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for custom jewelry. Brahim was an absolute pleasure to work for, guarantees all his work at no extra charge and delivers nothing but quality product. 5 Stars! UPDATE: I can't say enough good things about this company. They do things the old fashioned way, completely by hand, and they stand by their work. The best customer service I have ever seen. I bought my wife's custom engagement ring from Brahim back in 2012. Fast forward a few years, my wife found that the ring just didn't fit as well as it used to (she lost some weight). I dropped by Brahim's shop and he bent over backwards to make it right. First he added a couple gold beads inside the band (per our our request) to try and make it smaller without a full resize. Unfortunately that didn't quite do it for my wife so we went back. Brahim offered to do a full resize...no questions asked! Now the ring fits beautifully! We went in the weekend before Thanksgiving and he had it ready 4 days later! Awesome service! These guys are as good as it gets between customer service and standing behind their product! A pleasure to work with! Don't hesitate to give these guys a shot!

All I can say is that I was pretty distraught at the time because I never thought that I would be able to replace it exactly. Then I remembered great experience I had A few years ago when I had to resize some jewelry at this jewelry store. Luckily, my wife's rang was the same as mine so we took a few pictures And sent them to this jeweler and magically they were able to replace the ring with an even better model. All I can say is there is one word that tells all about this jeweler and that word is quality. Check out the picture below.and you will see what a great job they did helping me to replace this very important piece of jewelry that never came off my finger for nearly 35 years. All I can say is the ring that they made for me is better than the original and when they say they make custom jewelry, they don't just make regular custom jewelry. They make stupendous custom jewelry. That said, I am telling you go to the showroom and talk to Amina because she is a superstar. Before you buy any jewelry check out what they have to offer because everything they have is unique and of very high quality. I was very sad when I first reached out to them, but they may be very happy with the quality of product that they created from scratch. Check out the picture below for proof.

Gary inspected the ring in great detail and made a recommendation to remove some of the shank and rebuild it, as well as to place tension springs to prevent spinning and slipping. He took his time to measure my finger for the optimal fit. I was told by another jeweler that all of my prongs needed replacement and I wanted a second opinion. Gary again took his time to inspect all the prongs and reassured me that they didn't need replacement. I was very glad for his honesty. The next business day, Gary fixed the ring in 3-4 hours and it came out beautifully. I was so nervous previously to entrust someone with my ring, but I felt at ease. Gary offered that I stay and watch the entire process. He told me to inspect my gemstone carefully after his job was complete as general good practice after having my jewelry worked on! I am so happy with the end result and strongly recommend this jeweler. The key factors that impressed me most were honesty, trustworthiness, attention to detail, patience, mastery of his craft, and sharing of knowledge/providing an understandable rationale for his decision-making. I will absolutely be returning for intermittent ring checks!

Thrift/consignment stores are a gamble, usually worth the risk to scope out in my eyes. I came on Yelp to see if I could shop online at WearOvers and someone's one star review popped up from 2 days prior to mine now talking about her experience with staff and wanted to express my MULTIPLE (9 at least) visits here. This place is massive with a very well organized (I'd say repurposed house probably) with a front entry room that's color coordinated jewelry, walking into a large open room that to your left are racks of clothes that depends on the weather but organized by color and size The displays above these clothes are pearl jewelry/diamonds then thin walkway (2 people could pass if paying attention to surroundings with no issues) that if you turn left racks of clothes organized by color/size and shelves with purses and jewelry and shoes ALL color coordinated. I could keep going section by section but my main point is. 1: I've NEVER seen a thrift place in all the states I travel for work and explore shops have an easier way to shop/thrift. If I'm only looking for one specific item that's a certain color, I can run in look in whatever color section and run out without having to waste forever digging. But if you want to just browse they make it so easy!! 2. I CANNOT believe how well priced these items are! Some items, I've had to question because I think they are priced wrong (too low) for the quality and condition) 3. Every time I have visited, there may not be someone just standing there at the counter doing nothing but greet the incoming customer but I can see why: I've only seen one person on staff there at a time that if they aren't checking out a customer, they are organizing or re-racking items, assisting customers in the shop or walking through multiple rooms and a second story with clothes to assist shopping customers. For the love of Jesus, they are one person with so many tasks and responsibilities!! If you need attention the whole time you are shopping, please hire a personal shopper at a high end store! Not once has any staff (it's always been a different staff member when i go in) been rude or demeaning! They have been nothing but nice helpful attentive... I could go on. 4: i tried before I made this post to just reply to the one star review person's review to save me from this SUPER long review I'm leaving and couldn't so I'll say this here: it sounded to me, (I wasn't there so I can't be 100% sure) that this person was in her own little world thinking she was the only person out shopping today, got butt hurt when she sat on a stool (first time in a thrift shop to think random stools are for customers to lounge on to shop??) and was asked by staff if she needed help. Then got butt hurt AGAIN when (from her own comment having her ear bud in with whatever audio playing) in her own world of shopping and not paying attention to her surroundings in a PUBLIC SHOPPING area squatting in a walkway was asked by staff to let another patron pass, said that was rude?? But then leave a ONE star review on a shop for hurt feelings and not the actual shop quality?? So I sat here for 39 minutes making this post about a shop that I've never received money or discount or perks from to say IGNORE the lady's (who looks approximately in her 50-60"s so you wouldn't think she wouldn't have the attitude of she's the s only one that's important or exists in this world that this is her only second review on Yelp at all) review is unfair. And PLEASE, if the one star review lady ever comes back and sees my comment and would like a sit down adult discussion over coffee or martini to just discuss worldly appropriate behavior to comment or review again and I'd be happy to discuss.

I happened to be listening to a podcast and had one earbud in. Sometimes when I walk in, there is a person behind the counter, and I might or might not greet them depending on whether or not the person is working on a sale, just busy with something behind the counter, or I am lost in thought. When I walked in, no one was behind the counter, and I made my way to the blouses. There happened to be a stool there, so I sat down to look at the blouses and shirts. The moment I sat down, a store employee came to me, looked me directly in the face and asked if I needed help, which was unusual for this store. Major stores do this but not small stores such as this one. I paused the podcast and responded, saying "No". She went on to say that she had said "Hello" or "Hi" (don't remember which) to me several times. I find this hard to believe as the distance from the counter to the blouses is mere steps. At this point, she could clearly see the earbud in my ear. Then she left. Was I "supposed" to greet her? Am I required to greet the store worker? Later on I was almost finished shopping and had planned to buy a small scarf. I was in an area which is VERY tight. It is hard for two people to pass each other. I was squatting down looking at something on one of the lower shelves and admittedly somewhat unaware of the people around me, when the "friendly" worker spoke to me asking if I could let someone pass behind me. Again, I could be wrong, but she acted as if I was being terribly rude. By the time she finished asking me, the person had already passed. Also, the person herself could easily have tapped me on the shoulder and asked to pass. Maybe I am reading more into it than is really there, but she seemed to have a beef with me. At that point, I dropped the scarf on the counter and walked out. I will not be returning to this store anytime in the near future.
