[[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice ambience for a business dinner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The appetizer of spinach dip and crispy shrimp was excellent. I asked the waitress what is their best selling item and she recommended the ribeye. It cooked it rare and it was average tasting nothing really special about the meat. We also got a side dish of the macaroni and cheese with lobster that was very tasty. The brussels sprouts with bacon was also very delicious. The broccoli was average. The asparagus was tasty however they did not trim the ends of the asparagus so it was woody. Overall experience very average for the price that was paid.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is nice and welcoming. The restaurant is very nice inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The filet mignon and the grilled shrimp were cooked just right. Tender and juicy. Both very tasty! The mashed potatoes and the vegetables were enough for 2. We had some left over to take home. The chicken was very good and not overcooked. The hot fudge cake was very good! Well worth it! Everything is à la carte in case you have never been here. You order your main dish and, for 2, you can share the sides. Enjoy!!

Had a pretty great experience here with only minor hiccups. Service - Great, our server was awesome. French Onion - I thought it was really good and flavorful. My dad thought it was passable. Carpaccio - I was super excited for this as I only rarely see this at restaurants, but they were out! Very disappointing, but I can't hold it against them unless this is a regular occurrence. Jumbo Lump Crab Cake - This was the worst crab cake I've ever eaten. It was extremely "fishy" and had lots of hard bits in it. Not sure if this was the style, but it was disgusting. I could barely eat any. My dad said it was fine. Chopped Salad - Fine, neutral. Dressing could pop a lil bit more to give it some identity. Otherwise it was okay as a placeholder generic salad. Ribeyes - Excellent, very unique. My dad's was overcooked (medium instead of medium rare). I traded him since I'm less picky. The way they season and cook it was extremely flavorful, melt in your mouth, almost like a wagyu. One of the best ribeyes I've had. Steak sauces - Mid, bland. Not the worst, not the best. Halibut - Only had a bite, but seemed pretty tasty. Creamed Spinach - Yummy. A nice touch. I rarely see creamed spinach at nice restaurants so it was a great change of pace. Sauteed Mushrooms - Sliced very thinly with onions which I thought was a great stylistic choice vs standard button mushrooms. I like it either way but I appreciated the uniqueness. Asparagus - Just typical neutral veg, perfectly fine. The hollandaise it comes with is a nice touch. Creme Brulee - Perfect, but totally normal, which is a good thing. No innovation necessary. In summary, I would return. Lots of things were great, a couple things were concerning. But overall I had quite a positive experience.

My partner and I went to Cornelio's steakhouse on a Friday night and it was good to see that it was busy but with no wait time. Also love the large parking lot in the back, it's never been hard to find parking. We ordered a rack of lamb and a steak with plentiful sides of mashed potatoes and mushrooms, overall the entrees were pretty good and well cooked. The calamari was seasoned great with a good crunch. The chocolate molten cake was tasty but unfortunately did not have any melt so it was more of a decadent chocolate cake which paired very well with the berries and ice cream. The item that really blew our minds though: that beautiful starter of bread and butter--let me tell you that I haven't had such good bread and butter in a while. The bread was perfectly toasted on the outside with a soft and warm inside and the butter was an addictive perfectly salted entity that was to die for. We would honestly come back just for that bread, so delicious!

This restaurant is across the way from Ontario Mills in a small strip mall. The parking was a little challenging for a Friday night. The inside was cozy and felt intimate. Great for a date night! We stood with the hostess for a good long time despite there being plenty of tables and servers. We were eventually seated but the waitress seemed busy. After waiting a while again, the host took our order. The ribeye, lobster, Brussel sprouts and the baked potato were all very good. I loved the bread that we started with. Unlike other steakhouses, the bread was not refillable. They were going to charge for more bread. Overall, the food was delicious. I think the service could be better for a place like this.

Amazing food and service. The steaks were superb, but it excludes side dishes, so it is very expensive. The vegetables, side dishes, baked bread excellent. We are out of town, and decided to stop by due to the many great reviews, we will be coming back. Alita, our waitress was excellent. The owner was apparently the one that prepared our dishes; tender. Highly recommend this location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is also very clean and fancy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Went here on a whim last night to try a new steak house. We got the Caesar salad, brussels sprouts macaroni and cheese and the 6oz filet and the 8oz filet. The bread was really yummy. My filet was cooked medium well when I requested medium rare. My husbands was opposite. I required them to make a new one. For $50+ I wasn't settling for over cooked. The second one to come out was much better but really nothing exciting. The salad, Mac and Cheese and Brusssels were just MID as my teenagers would say. Definitely not high-end steakhouse quality. I guess the best way to describe this place is it wants to be high end, but the food needs a lot of work. The ambience and the staff were great. The servers were very attentive and kind. Overall.... It's not the worst experience but definitely on the Low end for a good steakhouse. It was more Logan's steakhouse food quality with a champagne type ambience. If that's makes sense. For the price vs food quality, I'm not sure we will return.

A friend recommended this place a few months ago and we ended up coming here for an early birthday dinner for my sister. It's off of 4th street in the same lot as Sonic and across from Ontario Mills. I would eat here again versus one of the big chains for sure. I ordered the 8oz filet mignon medium rare and it came out like on the border of medium well, but it was delicious! It was seasoned perfectly, I could smell the butter when they brought it to the table and it was a great piece of steak. For the sides, I loved the creamed spinach followed by the sauteed mushrooms. The Mac and cheese I'd skip. It was more liquid than I'd like and it wasn't anything spectacular. For starters we had the calamari and it was delicious, just wish they gave us more for the table. The bread was very good and I used it to eat the artichoke dip which was alright. I'd rather order the creamed spinach over the artichoke dip. I had their Caesar salad and it was perfect! Not too tangy or soggy and it really didn't need anything extra but I did add pepper at some point and I think it was fine without it. The French Onion soup to me was passable (I read another review that said it too), but I'm not a French Onion soup fan. Read the other reviews and did not order dessert, plus we were too full after all of that food. Our server was Liz and she took great care of us. This restaurant is inside of a small space that's part of a shopping plaza so don't expect a big sprawling dining area with fancy features. They have a bar a television or two and it's table dining only, no booths. We were four girls having a girls dinner and even we were trying to channel our inside voice because there's literally people sitting all around you like you're at a wedding or banquet event. We did dress up a little, but there were people that rolled in with tennis shoes and shorts and a polo shirt, but for the most part no one was dressed like they were going to run errands. I'd come back because it's such a small intimate space and you feel like you're being taken care of here and the food is excellent. Skip Flemming's, Texas Brazil and Fogo de Chao and come here instead.

Too small wanted more! Creme Brulee

Where do I begin? We just ate here for NYE. Rebecca our service was so nice and very informative about the menu. We had the salmon wellington with oscar crabcake add on, loaded mashed potatoes, chopped salad, 6oz filet with shrimp. For dessert we had the creme brulee. Omg it was all delicious and we would come back again!

When you're craving delicious steakhouse food but want a more quaint vibe, this is your place. Super good high-end dining without the loud crowd. We were staying across the street for a couple of nights and we wanted a real meal. YELP led us to the perfect spot. We had great food and great service. My hubby enjoyed a delicious Wedge salad and a bone-in Ribeye. He loved it! I ordered the Salmon over roasted veggies, OMGosh amazing! The bread was great which is always a plus. But the real winning dish of the night was the Bang fried Shrimp; excellent! That was absolutely delicious and I will be thinking about it until I come back. The mac n cheese was good and so was the crème brûlée.

Where do I begin.. [[HIGHLIGHT]]first walking in this place is beautiful and gives a very calm and soothing ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The wait staff is great and very attentive. I chose to sit at the bar area and enjoy drinks that were amazing and my food. The food was delicious! I have been here a few times now and every time I leave pleased. This restaurant is definitely 5 stars. It's a must try! And not to mention the chefs are top tier!!

I started with the burrata with prosciutto and the Fleming's Salad both were excellent and a great way to begin the meal. For my entrée, I ordered the petite filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly and incredibly tender. The bread was stale, but the biggest issue was that a filet mignon ordered medium rare was served well done. Our server never checked on our table after delivering the food, took a long time to respond, and when we requested a replacement, told us it would take about 30 minutes. He also said we would be charged for the incorrect steak if we kept it on the table. The manager apologized, but the situation was never truly resolved. Dirty plates remained on the table, service was inattentive, and there was very little effort to recover the experience. We still spent nearly $600, and the price was never the issue--we're happy to pay for exceptional food and service. I understand that mistakes happen--that's part of the restaurant business. What matters is how those mistakes are handled, and unfortunately, this situation was handled very poorly.

Sixteen years can go by in the blink of an eye... unless you walk into Steer 'n Stein…read more I moved back to Rancho Cucamonga in 2010, and somehow all those years since then have flown by. But every time I come here, it feels like 2010, 2011, or 2013 all over again. Back when life felt a little simpler, before everything got a little crazy. While Rancho has grown and spots around Victoria Gardens keep coming and going, this place has stayed exactly the same. It also brings back even older memories of going to the original Chino location with my grandparents as a kid, which makes it hit on a deeper level. This is not just a restaurant to me. It is tied to different chapters of my life. We dined in for the first time in about eight or nine years, and it felt like nothing had changed in the best way. Same menu, same warm and attentive service, same familiar steakhouse atmosphere that just feels comfortable and genuine. The food still delivers. The stockyard steak is reliable, the baked potato comes out piping hot, and the French toast is still a standout. Even the simple house salad works. Crisp, fresh, and no frills. And your drink will never go empty. There is something special about a place that does not try to reinvent itself. It just stays consistent, and in doing so, it becomes part of your story. My only small critique is the credit card surcharge being passed on to customers. I understand it, but it would feel more seamless if it were built into the pricing. Time keeps moving, Rancho keeps evolving, and life keeps changing... but this place stays right where you left it. And that might be its greatest strength.
