I like the place and order from it. The price is nothing amazing there are no deals or coupons. Basically you pay for what you order like the old days there's no app and it's not modern. There are a lot of restaurants like this so I can't give a low rating. As far as the food it's ok not bad. I've tried other restaurants that are really bad so this one is much better. I order the pad-thai or the drunken noodles as well as the spring rolls. All three dishes are great, I ordered orange chicken as well which was great but twice when I ordered it i didn't like it. My niece has been a fan of this establishment for years. She was in love with the place. I would visit sporadically nothing to complain about it really. I decided to explore the menu. Currently, I'm a fan of anything with the pad Thai, pad see yew, and yellow curry, I'm loving it. The Thai Lemonade Tea was so good, my first time trying it. They have been here for years! You can tell by the way customers come in and out, and how they have orders lined up for delivery. Even then they're very patient and attentive to their guests. Would come back! read more

Highly recommend this place for the one who love Thai or Asian food. I work at the hospital and use to come this plaza pretty much every lunch time. I had Pad thai noodle and Vietnamese iced coffee they're so good, nothing to complain. The shop's very clean and peaceful and I came back another day because they do 25% off for the grand opening so I got Bbq pork and Lao papaya salad with sticky rice. And he treated us to the best spicy edamame I've had, it was so flavorful the sauce was like a teriyaki thick spicy glaze. Swoon. Ya'll have to try the wasabi oil it's a game changer. Even my cousin noted that and she's part Thai. As for the mango sticky rice, they were generous with mango servings, which I'm grateful for. Aside from the food, the interior is welcoming and fun to experience inside. Definitely delivers with the local mom n pop feels. Can't wait to try more options!

I'm a retired flight attendant that loves curries. I have found that La Moon Thai Eatery has some of the best food. It is located in such an unassuming location off El Cajon Blvd that it is easily missed. They use the freshest ingredients, I usually order my food with lots of vegetables & chicken which consistently taste great. Its a family owned business and you can tell that they really care for their customers. Beverages include Asian beers, a decent wine selection. Iced Thai tea, Thai coffee and iced green tea are also offered. Take it from a world traveler they have great food served in a rather small but friendly dining establishment. Not a fancy place but the food and service are consistent, the food is fresh & flavorful. This to me is the #1 "gold standard" for Thai food in the Western World.

Not only because of its freshness, but you can for sure feel the authenticity and love they pour into their food.
