Went in to pick out my glasses with my prescription. The woman assisting me was very experienced in regards to understanding the fit of glasses and what frames were best for the lenses I was prescribed. I accidentally came 10 mins after closing to pick my glasses up, and they had already closed the register. But the girls at the door were very polite and said their register was closed but if I didn't have a balance they could quickly get my glasses for me. I gave this office a second chance and this time around was worst than the first time. With all the respect your office deserves, but I will never ever use you guys and/or recommend this office. 1- Took a month to get a trial of new prescription contact lenses. They said it will take 5 days and I had to call by 3rd week to ask on an update and took another 5 days to get them. 2- Took another month to get actual prescription, doctor was not available to sign and was to be mailed. ad to call for the actual copy to be emailed instead. 3- They sent me a prescription with wrong brand and expired. They re-send prescription and was wrong once again (Product name and Sphere). If you wear contacts you know how vital is to have right product name (Toric in this case) listed and Sphere! I went there for an annual health exam. This was my first time going there and I highly recommend it! Yereli Perez the optical manager, was extremely helpful with helping me choose my frames and she was very informative on what my insurance covered. The doctor was also extremely helpful! She answered all of my questions, made sure I didn't have anymore, and recommended eye stretches for when I stare at the screen for too long. They keep everything very organized and sanitized when you arrive. The front door is locked at all times (covid precaution) , so you must ring a bell, and they check your temperature. I was referred to Corona Vision Center through the VSP website. I didn't really know how to choose an optometrist but this place was a pretty good choice! My exam was quick and the doctor was friendly. Its close to my house which was a big factor. I will say that they only really carry designer brands here, like Coach, Juicy Couture, Guess, etc. I don't recall seeing anything generic, but its fun to pick out a fancy pair when you have insurance covering most of it! I was given plenty of time to try of virtually every pair to see what I liked best. I didn't feel pressured at all. They offered the lens upgrades and I did add those. I went with Coach presciption sunglasses. They called me when the pair was ready, which took about a week long. I have no idea how to compare pricing at these types of businesses so I can't comment on that. The original price of the exam plus the glasses and all extras came out to over 600.00, but with insurance I paid about 180.00. read more

The staff at this optometry are wonderful and made me feel safe and taken care of. The front desk worker Eileen was very polite and made sure all the equipment was clean before being used. Everyone wore masks and they only allowed a few people inside which is important for the times right now. They had a wonderful selection of glasses from affordable to higher quality name brands. Recently came in for my annual eye visit. I hadn't been here in a couple of years and I was very impressed with the newly updated and modern renovation the clinic went through. The staff is taking great precautions with COVID by having you ring the doorbell to let you inside, taking your temperature, limiting the number of clients in the waiting area, and engraving prompt and quick service. I was seen by Dr. Fartash she was very warm, friendly, answered all my questions, and went through all my exams with me. I felt very comfortable and most importantly safe being here. read more

My family and I recently purchased glasses at this corona location. Wife and my two step sons and Myself. The doctor found flaws in my old prescribed glasses, that I didn't know about. I had 3 prescriptions on one pair. My youngest son just recently received a pair, in the mail. They needed to be adjusted. The employees are very courteous, also well mannered. STAY AWAY. I only came here because of the close proximity to my job last year. Staff is rude and unfriendly. They speak to you as if a child and in optometry lingo as if you know that language when a question is asked. stupid me gave them another opportunity recently and believe me I learned my lesson. With 2 types of vision coverage I still paid over $150 for a generic pair of glasses...nothing fancy and 2 boxes of contacts. On top of copays. Ridiculous...the prices they charge you are to makeup of all the customers they have lost. Myself included I will NEVER come here again. I will report their outrages and bogus charges to the BBB and good luck to the sucker who walks in this door. read more

HORRIBLE! Be careful when going for an eye exam specifically for contacts. They say it's "Store Policy" that you buy at least one box of contacts from them with the eye exam. They mention that they will not release your perscription to you unless you order a box...of course this was said in a sugar coated way that sounded professional. If a customer pays for an eye exam, they have all rights to get their perscription and buy contacts elsewhere. My husband had to call and complain to refund my money of the one contact box that they said was policy I had to buy. The manager on the phone of course denied saying it was store policy and that I can go elsewhere, however when I had my mother call in to inquire on a contact eye exam, once again the lady mentioned the "store policy." read more

I am surprised to see the bad reviews. I haven't picked up my glasses yet but was 100% happy with the staff and the Dr. Ngo. I got a thorough exam and they explained the procedures. Was informed of the options when ordering the glasses. Yereli picked out a few pair of glasses that she thought looked good on me. Much to my surprise, I love them! She was patient as I tried on several pairs. I am not an easy person to wait on as I have to consider ALL of my options before deciding on anything. While wrapping up the sale, I decided I should also get sunglasses. She got up and did it all over again and gave me a 20% discount! I am extremely satisfied so far.
