The cookie chain, Tiff's Treats have a great variety of home baked sweets. I was thrilled that there was a location in Webster. However, this one is small, packed tightly in a shopping strip. It's got tough competition with Marble Slab in the same area. This Tiff's Treats location isn't ideal for big parties. They only have two small tables. This place is more for to-go orders. There's also ice cream treats, brownies, cookie pie, cookie truffles and frosting cups. This location does take pre-orders and delivery, but they don't take cash, you can only use your card. I loved their chewy, soft cookies and fudgy brownies. The server at the counter seemed to be hard of hearing and very forgetful. At their display case besides their cookies of the month, all they had was the same classic cookies we're used to devouring in our everyday lives. read more

My kids and I were craving cookies last night so we ordered on the app for pick up order. We opted for 1/2 dozen assorted, 1/2 chocolate chip cookies and the flavor of the month naughty brownies- Three layer brownie with chocolate chip cookie bottom, Oreo middle, and brownie top. We arrived at the store, 10 mins early and was greeted by the nice front counter lady, she grabbed our order from the back and off we went. The box was warm and it smelled so good! Cookies were warm and gooey esp the chocolate chip cookie. A little small but it was good like homemade cookies. The assorted cookies came with 2 chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip cookie, oatmeal raisin and sugar cookie m&ms. All were delicious! Didn't care for the brownies, however. Went on a Saturday around 2:30pm. Sister recommended this place since I am a cookie connoisseur. Ordered a dozen. Selection is limited. Order oatmeal raisin, pecan/chocolate, and white chocolate. Tiff's Treats is finally open in Clear Lake!! These are some of my favorite cookies because they always come out hot and fresh! My favorite flavors are chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. This location is particularly clean, and the service was great even during the busy grand opening. I will definitely be back soon because these cookies are ADDICTING! All you need is a cold glass of milk to wash it down. What's nice is that they also deliver! Perfect for birthdays, office parties, or any occasion you can think of. I was up in League City and looking for something sweet. I headed over to a different dessert place but they were closed. I looked on YELP and saw this place, so I decided to try it out. OMG! THESE ARE THE BEST COOKIES EVER! I bought a mixed dozen (I think) for $20. I'm not sure now what I paid, but this sounds about right. I wanted to buy only one or two, but I didn't see that I could do that. Maybe you can, but I didn't see that. The cookies are small - they look and taste just like mom's home baked cookies. So rich and delicious - nothing artificial tasting. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed them. Expensive - maybe but not really when you consider how much work I avoided by buying a mixed batch! I've had Tiff's cookies before, but only one flavor - the peanut butter and I absolutely loved it. I'm honestly surprised I never took the time to visit in-store when they finally opened it in the Webster area. We came in the morning, right when it opened, and we were greeted with such a friendly employee, I felt a lot less intimidated. Only because there were so many flavors to choose from and it was my first time going in-store, I felt a bit overwhelmed with how I was going to order, but she was nice and was able to explain things in such an easy going way, it made me feel 10x better. I decided to order a dozen and had an assortment of different flavors. They also were able to warm up the cookies, making it so soft and gooey; exactly how I like it. I've tried the chocolate chip and the snickerdoodle and the sugar cookies. By far, my favorite was the snickerdoodle and the traditional chocolate chip cookies. Definitely going to need to come back and get more and try the other flavors. read more

Placed a delivery order online. The order was processed from the Bay Area Blvd store in Webster, TX. Very disappointed in the delivery. My front porch has a pillar to the left so that packages are somewhat hidden. The delivery driver placed the package in the center of the doorway, instead of behind the pillar, so that all the neighbors could see. I did not provide special instructions for this, but I would think out of common courtesy that the driver would think to do so regardless. In addition, the online tracking did not work & I never did receive a notification that the package had been delivered. Considering how expensive their delivery fee is & I gave a 20% tip, I would expect the drivers to be considerate of where they place the package. read more

The quality of service I received from this location was disgusting. When I arrived to pick up my online order, there were two customers before me. One was at the register purchasing and the cashier asked the back could someone help up front. A young man helped the other lady then saw me and just walked off, not saying anything to me. Once the cashier was warming up cookies she said I'll be helped shortly. Then from the back a young girl asked how she could help, I told her my name for the pick up. When she brought me my cookies she's talking out loud to someone in the back handing me my cookies and NEVER said one word to me. Once she handed me my cookies her head was literally turned around not even acknowledging me. As she handed me the cookies I said thank you and she STILL said not one word to me. Then I raised my voice to get her attention and said, "I said thank you" then she acted dumbfounded and said your welcome. By that time I was already pissed, then the customer still waiting on her cookies said, yes that was really rude!!! Please invest in customer service training with this location. Again the cashier was great but overall the customer service was unacceptable. I will never return to this business and will not recommend others to come here. read more

They offer "no-contact delivery", and the delivery crew is really good at honoring that. They place the order at your door and notifies you via email to let you know that the order has been delivered successfully. The ordering process is very easy and convenient. I have visited this location a few times. The customer service isn't that great but the cookies are okay if you want something a bit different and don't have a Crumbl in the area. I did notice a significant size difference in the fact that Tiff's cookies are very small for the price. It's been a while since my last visit (over 6 months for sure).
