Yelp Elitist here... WOW, how lucky am I that an amazing new burger shop opened up in my own town?!?! I didn't know this place had opened up, and a friend suggested it while we were out last weekend. we rolled on down and was greeted by an amazing smell coming out their door... We drifted in as deliciousness was drifting out. Sitting at the counter was a nice experience as this place is spotless clean! They did a nice remodel after the last tenants left and the place looks great inside. We actually got to meet the owner, really nice guys from Turkey who've come here to fulfill their dream. And they're willing to work hard to achieve it, very admirable. But I don't go to a restaurant because I admire the owners, i go to a restaurant because of the food. This place is freaking amazing... Our food came piping hot straight from the kitchen and looked as good as it did in the pictures. The first thing I did was take a piece of meat off of my burger, and tried it by itself. Definitely high-quality beef with a wonderful flavor, I was pleased! The hot chicken sandwich was pretty damn good also.. but I'm a burger guy hahaha Two thumbs up, definite recommendation, and I will definitely be going back!!! read more

Drove out to Cosmos to see what the hype was about. The hype is real, loaded up on items: OG Hotdog, Spicy Jam Burger, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, the regular chicken sandwich and their Cosmos fries. Everything was delicious, but to be direct the Spicy Jam Burger, and the Cosmos Fries were my favorites, though everyone the menu was above board, the hotdog was flavorful, and well dressed, as were both versions of the Chicken Sandwiches. The burgers and chicken sandwich I had at Cosmos were absolutely delicious! They make almost everything in house and they really know how to flavor and cook their meats. The Cosmos is similar to one you get and I-N-O (you know who I mean) but I think this one is actually better!! The Spicy Jam is a little sweet and a little spicy, which is so unique and so flavorful! The chicken sandwich had such a perfect crunchy crispy skin and juicy tender chicken inside, so so good!! Try their homemade lemonade too, they're both good! During our recent visit, Dave, the person who took our order, messed up both my order and my brother-in-law's. When we approached him to discuss the mistakes, he responded unprofessionally, making sarcastic comments, ignoring us, and telling me, "I don't need your explanations," when I tried to clarify what was wrong with the orders. We had driven from Chula Vista (about a 45-minute drive) because my first visit to this restaurant was amazing; the food was excellent, the place was nice, and the service was great. I recommended it to my brother-in-law and his family, hoping they would have a similar experience. Unfortunately, it seemed like Dave was having a bad day and showed a lack of respect for the customers. Fortunately, Tom, another staff member, later came to our table to check if we were okay and if we needed anything. I asked for Dave's name, and Tom immediately apologized. It became clear that this wasn't the first time Dave had given customers a hard time. I briefly explained the situation to Tom, who couldn't apologize enough, even though he wasn't responsible. He also offered us dessert as a courtesy, which was a kind gesture that showed his strong customer service skills. I believe our experience would have been much different if Tom had assisted us from the beginning. Overall, while the restaurant has excellent service thanks to Tom, I recommend avoiding Dave to prevent an unpleasant experience like ours. I hope the owner or store manager sees this feedback, addresses the incident, and provides Dave with the training he clearly needs. read more

The employee kindly offered me a water cup while I waited. I got my order quickly and noticed everything was packaged very nicely in stackable containers! The burger was super greasy. I did wish it had some lettuce and tomato to breakup the bland colors and heaviness. In fact, it was so heavy that I cut it in half and shared it. A highlight were the onion rings and french fries- even without the side of ranch, they were both awesome! We especially loved the onion rings... whatever seasoning was in the batter caught our attention. I look forward to trying the chicken strips next. If and when (and I think there is a when) I come back here I'm likely just going to get the burger because... ...The fries and onion rings...Honestly? The weakest aspect of the restaurant. I would have walked away with a stronger impression of the place if I just got the burger. If they leveled up their game here and used way better ranch dressing, I could justify how much I spent for my meal, but that aspect was really weak especially when you consider one of their neighboring burger spots has mind-blowing onion rings. The boyfriend and I were too tired to cook the other night and were really excited to give this place a try. I'm a big burger and fries lover so I came ready to eat... That said I was sad that the only thing I sort of enjoyed were the beef patties from the burgers. The bun was oily, the truffle fries I got lacked a lot of flavor and they did not taste fresh. My boyfriend's hot chicken sandwich lacked a lot in flavor as well and his onion rings tasted as if the batter was soaked in grease (I don't think they fried them correctly).
