It seems like most people try this place for the first time after a night at the bars and then find themselves going back sober time and time again. I've been ordering several times from there already. The pizza itself tastes pretty good. The price is alright for what you get but for an extra large pizza they give you a 3 to 4 inch crust. Which is way to much crust. Then they either forget drinks or sauces you ordered with it. And even the next time you tell them to not leave a big crust and they say ok they still give you too much crust for the price. So all in all I think it's alright I don't think hygiene is a big word there when I picked up the pizza the other time people scratch their faces and have beards without nets that are very long so I wouldn't be surprised to find some hair. read more

Cosmo's delivery service is 5 star quality. I live in the dorms and the driver pulled right into the access way and made it extremely easy to get the pizza. He was friendly and the worker on the phone was friendly as well. My one complaint is that I asked for a lot of Parmesan cheese and was given only three packets. Just had the WORST experience with Cosmos Pizza and their manager, Mike. Worse more than any other food chain that I've ever been to. After ordering a pizza and ending up having to wait an hour and a half for it to be delivered, it turned out the coupon that was planned on being used to pay was photo copied so Mike refused to accept it and demanded that we either pay for the pizza or give it back. Now it's not the fact that we were asked to pay for the pizza, but they way that Mike handled the whole situation was a terrible reflection on this business. As loyal customers of Cosmos, ever since we had moved to Fort Collins two years ago, we tried to reason logically with Mike to see if we could keep pizza, since we had been waiting an hour and a half. Instead Mike demanded that we give back the pizza. After speaking with him for 10 minutes, we asked what they planned to do with the pizza of we didn't keep it and Mike responded that they would give it to a LIQUOR STORE instead of allowing their customers to keep it! It's because of Mike's rudeness and total lack of care for his customers that we will not be ordering from Cosmos again. He, in fact, has pushed us right into the arms of their competition Pizza Casbah. Good luck keeping customers around with this poor excuse of a manager around. read more

Recently opened on Elizabeth, I'd been meaning to try it for some time. I had the two slice and drink lunch special on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. The space has a typical setup, with the displayed by-the-slice trays, a long counter, and booths and stools spaced throughout the long dining area. It's clean and casual, as one would expect from a corporate, cheap pizza place. Nothing great, nothing offensive. Which is actually a decent way to describe the pizza. I had a slice of cheese and a slice of mushroom, both pretty good sizes, on the larger end of the spectrum. I may be wrong, but they seemed a little larger than the usual slices you can get at places like Celestino's or Positano's, but not gigantic, like Casbah's giants slices. The slices themselves were... all right. Missing some of the delicious crispiness that make so many in town seem at least partly authentic. They didn't come out as piping hot as most other places, so maybe they just need to cook them a little longer. Far from the best by-the-slices in town, but if you're in the area and feeling a bit hungry, it's not a bad place to get a slice. The competition's just better. read more

I don't know who they are or where they came from but im glad there here. This short review is strictly about the calzones. Im currently in love with them. I've been getting the pepperoni and sausage and its awesome, both toppings seem to be of high quality. The dough is made in house from scratch which is always a plus. The ricotta and mozzarella go perfectly with it. Plus the calzone is huge, for about $9.50 it feeds two people. But it shouldn't be thought of as cheap college food. I actually don't even care for marinara sauce but I find myself dipping crust in it accumulating a large scoop of it, it has a nice spice to it. After a night out on the town, Cosmo's hits the spot - open until 2 am - amazing. Thank goodness for babysitters, makes me feel like a college student again. Theres nothing better than getting a fresh made slice with some spicy ranch. They always have slice deals and their employees are so nice. I've had hilarious conversations with some of them that make the wait time go by so fast. The environment may be aimed towards a younger crowd, but just makes you feel more hip when you're in there talking with all the employees and customers. I will drive an extra 20 minutes out of my way to get a Cosmo's pizza any day. read more

I can't attest to their delivery service, which according to other reviews seems to be their weak point, but as far as walk-in goes, this place is really great! It does occurs to me that many people complaining about the slow delivery probably live so close to the store it's actually stupid not to just walk, or at least drive over yourself... ANYWAY... great, great pizza, good service. Prices are decent and portions quite large. I also like their side salad. The WORST experience I've ever had. My girlfriend asked for a pizza without cheese which they were INCREDIBLY rude about. When I went up and asked them why they were so rude they said "ya we'll call you when it's ready" and would not even pay the time of day to me. They proceeded to literally scream at my girlfriend from the door and eventually charge at her and threaten to CALL THE POLICE over ordering a PIZZA WITHOUT CHEESE. I love their whole pies, but when you take out two slices, they are loose in aluminum foil. This is the only thing they could improve on ( having triangle boxes for slices to go ) My car upholstery does not deserve a taste of Cosmos awesome pizza ! I love the pizza here. I have not had the undercooked problem that others seem to. My girlfriend and I have probably got 3 or 4 pizzas from here and ever time they are cooked corectly and taste good. Pizza is meh has a lot of crust to actual pizza ratio and is really thin New York style. The ambiance is cool with mosaic tables in the dining area but is doesn't save the food. First, let me say the pizza actually wasn't that bad from what I remember. My rating only has to do with the staff. My friends and I came in a few months ago a little after 2:00 am. I know that is late, but they are open until 2:30. The entire time we were in there my group was yelled at and treated like 5 year olds. We kept getting told that no more pizza was being made for us since it was so late. (Don't say you're open until 2:30 if you want to close the kitchen at 2!) The staff couldn't have treated us any worse. As a side note, yes it was late, no my friends and I weren't drunk or obnoxious. We simply ordered our food in a regular manner and we were yelled at by someone behind the counter about how they were out of basically anything we wanted. I work in food service and I definitely understand the concept of running out of food, however, I would never yell at a customer for ordering something that we were out of. If the staff changes their ways, I'll be back. However, I doubt it. There are too many other late night FOCO restaurants that don't treat customers like crap. Ex. Normally O/K food. But normally shitty customer service. I called for a pizza a while ago and they told me it would take 45 minutes. Well I arrived 45 minutes later and checked in at the counter and paid, and sat down. I sat and watched and waited an additional 50 minutes for my pizza. When they finally called my name I asked for some spicy ranch possibly compensated for the long wait. The two guys worked at the time started to get super defensive and told me I told them that the order was asked to be delayed. And that the "employee has to go out of their way in order to drag an order like that" well I know what I said on the phone, and my company knew as well. We did not ask for a delay.
