I had never heard of a restaurant using shredded cheese on a burger so that was a unique experience. It was still good though. I asked for my burger cooked rare and they did just that. The meat was seasoned pretty well and the french fries hit the spot. I ordered two diet cokes that went down FAST and really washed everything down. I was happy with the service and I love that it's an LGBTQ+ owned business. The history of the restaurant is really sweet and I've heard that the owners of the restaurant will even come out to say hi to you if you ask to meet them.
