It reminded me of an outdoor mall food court but in a good way! Definitely a great place to hang out, grab some food, have a few drinks to enjoy a Sunday Funday.

Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.

I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. So the food court at the mall here has a very long standing special place in my heart. It has had a big transformation from 2004. The selections and different varieties of food have truly gone above and beyond for what you would want in a food court. Now that I have a family of my own we have been coming here for several reasons. It could be for shopping, the movies, a special event or just to visit their food court. The best part about it is that no matter what each and everyone of us wants that day the selection available is there and we can have plenty to pick from. My sons favorite has to be fired pie. My daughter really likes Panda. I like everything and so does my husband. Now that Dragon's breath us there we will continue to come there for after movie treats the kids absolutely love it. And the fact that Starbucks is right there on my way out the door is perfect for me.;)

Extremely Unprofessional Experience Misleading & Poor Customer Service…read more I am writing this review because my experiences at The Food Hub located at 720 W. Highland Ave., Phoenix have been consistently disappointing and unprofessional, and management needs to be aware of what is happening at this location. Every time I come here, there is an unnecessary attitude from staff. Orders are frequently missing items, and instead of taking accountability or resolving the issue professionally, the employees immediately become defensive and rude as if the mistake is somehow the customer's or the delivery driver's fault. It is not. During my most recent visit, a Hispanic male employee was especially disrespectful. When I asked to speak with a manager regarding a missing item, he refused to get one, dismissed me entirely, and literally walked away from the counter mid-conversation. That behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting. To make matters worse, he claimed that I "always come in with a bad attitude," which is completely false. In fact, during my previous visit, the manager acknowledged their mistake and compensated me for it, which contradicts the claim that I am the problem. So which is it? If I were truly the issue, why did management previously admit fault and correct it? This location operates in a way that feels intentionally misleading. Customers believe they are ordering from legitimate brands such as Starbucks when in reality, this is NOT a real Starbucks location. The drinks and food are being produced through this food hub, yet customers are led to believe they are receiving authentic products from the original companies. That is deceptive and unfair to customers who are paying premium prices expecting authentic items. Overall, this business lacks: * Accountability * Professional customer service * Transparency * Proper management intervention It is incredibly frustrating to feel disrespected, dismissed, and misled as a paying customer. People deserve honesty about where their food is coming from and basic respect when issues arise--especially when the mistake is not theirs. I strongly encourage ownership or upper management to step in, retrain staff, and address the misleading nature of how this location operates. Until then, I would advise customers to pay close attention to where their money is going and what they are actually receiving. This location needs serious improvement.

It's a 45 min mat pilates class taught by Abby and Melanie. May 30th was their last rooftop class for now until it gets cooler out again. My cousins happened to find the event and 4 of us joined since there was a 2 for 1 deal (about $11 each!). It was my first time taking a mat pilates class and I loved it, minus the burning sun part. If this were in spring or fall, it would be perfect! I parked one below in the shade and as soon as I walked up, I could already hear the music the dj had on and it was just my kinda music. Surrounding the grass area were different vendors including Starbucks, a matcha bar, skin care, tarot, gummies, protein bars, bread and cookies, women's health, massages, IV shots, health coaching and merch. The details of the event didn't say to bring our own mat so two of us forgot to pack one. Luckily, the instructors had a bunch of extras for anyone who forgot. They also provided bands for everyone. Those bands killed us. You'll feel the burn the next day. In fact, my whole body was sore for a few days and I started feeling it already that same night. After the class ended, we browsed the vendors. I purchased some gummies (hair/nails and energy), had a quick tarot reading done, grabbed some freebies and 2purchased matchas. We enjoyed the variety of stores and restaurants, both inside the mall and in the surrounding area, so there are plenty of shopping and dining options to choose from. The mall itself was clean, spacious, and a nice place to escape the summer heat. During our visit, we noticed there was quite a bit of construction taking place. Because of that, some areas of the mall were temporarily inaccessible, and a few elevators and escalators were out of service. While it was a minor inconvenience, it didn't take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant visit and would return. Once the construction is complete, I'm sure the shopping experience will be even better.

It felt cozy and authentic. This is not an all-you-can-eat restaurant. We ordered the Small Beef Combo, 2 side of rice, Korean dumplings, and the strawberry basil lemonade. The only unlimited items are the traditional Korean side dishes. We were served five different banchan along with two salads. While they didn't bring every available side dish, the ones we received were actually very good. Unfortunately, the service is what ruined the experience for me. Our server, Huy, was also serving my friends' family seated at the table next to us. They had ordered the same Small Beef Combo. When Huy started grilling our brisket, he accidentally dropped one of our slices of meat onto the floor. He paused, clearly noticed it, and so did everyone at our table. However, there was no apology, no acknowledgment, and no offer to replace the piece. He simply continued cooking as if nothing had happened. A few moments later, he placed a Prime Ribeye on our grill. I told him we hadn't ordered that cut--it belonged to my friends' table. He then picked up the entire plate of raw ribeye from our grill and transferred it to their table. Even though they were our friends sitting right next to us, that didn't seem like proper food handling. When I mentioned the mix-up, he simply said the kitchen had made a mistake. Again, there was no apology. Toward the end of the meal, it seemed like Huy realized I was unhappy, but he never addressed either incident. The missing piece of brisket wasn't a significant financial loss, and the food itself was good. My disappointment was with the service. Mistakes happen in every restaurant. What matters is acknowledging them, apologizing, and making a reasonable effort to make things right. A simple apology and replacing the dropped piece of meat would have completely changed my impression. Because of the service, I don't plan on returning, which is unfortunate because the food and atmosphere were otherwise enjoyable.
