They couldn't find my order and I couldn't get any information on my phone. I decided to reorder and told them I would just dispute the charges if there was a double charge. They offered to give me the sandwich for free but I said no. They rang me up with a $3 coupon and quickly made my sandwich. When I got home I looked at my computer and it appears the order didn't submit after all. It was all my mistake, but the team at Ike's was so nice and went out of there way when I was there. We just don't see a lot of good customer service anymore and especially in fast food. I appreciate the small acts of kindness.

In fact, at a college campus where many of the programs are health-related programs and the popular is rather health-conscious, having Bowl of Greens Fine Salads there is welcome by students, staff, and faculty alike. There is a nice little seating area along with quick service for to-go orders if you wish to take your order outside or back to your office or elsewhere on campus. That's what I did yesterday as I had a meeting coming up but using Zoom. I found myself about third or fourth in line, and I got to place my order rather quickly, and surprisingly my order was ready after only a few minutes. When I paid, the cashier was building rapport with me and asked if I was an ASU student, staff, or faculty (as there was an ASU discount if so). In addition to many of us ordering our orders in-person, you could also order through the ordering kiosk or through the website. Their menu includes create-a-salad, breakfast, entrees, smoothies/juices, sandwiches, signature salads, and taste of Italy. There really is something for everyone. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Pita Wrap with Pita Chips, and while the chips were crispy, the chicken and Caesar dressing were fresh.
