    Couture special coffee

If you love Vietnamese coffee, this place is a hidden gem! If you need a little "crack in a cup" to get you through the day (), or you just absolutely love the rich, bold flavor of Vietnamese coffee, you NEED to check out Dang Cha by Couture. I've become a little addicted! My favorite is the Couture Special Coffee. The coffee is so smooth and flavorful, and the salted cream foam takes it to another level. It's creamy, perfectly balanced, and seriously one of the best Vietnamese coffees I've had. I also have to rave about the Cro Mi Bánh Mì on a warm, flaky croissant. Oh. My. Gosh. It's the perfect size and absolutely delicious! The char siu, mayo, pickled carrots and daikon, fresh jalapeños, cucumber, and cilantro all come together perfectly inside that buttery croissant. Every bite is so satisfying. I even grabbed my daughter the ham and cheese croissant, and she loved it too. It was warm, savory, and just as delicious. They also have an awesome menu with something for everyone, including a variety of matcha drinks, teas, milk teas, smoothies, and fun sodas with jelly, so even if coffee isn't your thing, you'll definitely find something you'll love. What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Every time I've gone in, they've been so friendly and welcoming, and they actually remembered me. That personal touch means so much and makes you feel like family. It's rare these days for a place to genuinely wow me, but Dang Cha absolutely did. I just had to give them the recognition they deserve. If you're looking for amazing Vietnamese coffee, delicious food, and genuinely kind people, this is the place. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Absolutely love this boba shop! Everything I've tried has been delicious, but my favorites are the Peanut Butter Milk Tea, Avocado with Coconut Milk, and the Mad Mango. The peanut butter milk tea is rich and creamy without being overly sweet, the avocado drink is smooth and refreshing, and the Mad Mango is packed with amazing mango flavor. What I really appreciate is that they also have healthier options. The Green Apple with Celery Juice is surprisingly refreshing, light, and perfect when you're looking for something less indulgent but still tasty. The drinks are consistently well-made, the ingredients taste fresh, and the staff is always friendly. If you're looking for a place with both unique flavors and healthier choices, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

Dang Cha is located at Stuart Plaza, behind Chubby's Pantry in Pearl City. I was on my way to an appointment there and while driving down into the parking lot, the word "coffee" caught my eye! After my appointment, I went to check out the cafe located on the second floor above Ohana RC. Stood by the outdoor window and checked out the menu. I was surprised they had a really big menu of coffee, teas, smoothies , and juices. Also they had some food items like bahn mi, avocado toast, etc. I was greeted by a very friendly lady. I ordered a peanut butter coffee and strawberry matcha. She said to come into the cafe and relax while I wait for my drinks. Walked in and it was beautifully decorated and colorful! Also, noticed one of the workers make a delivery to one of the neighboring businesses. Pretty cool! Got my drinks and had a sip. The PB coffee was very delicious. If you like Vietnamese coffee, this one's for you! It's topped with a PB foam, I thought it was interesting and I love peanut butter too! Tasted really good and not overly sweet that you can't taste the the coffee! Had a sip of the strawberry matcha, it was really refreshing, my kids will enjoy that! This little cafe has a lot to offer and I will be back to try other drinks and some food items. I'm so fortunate that I only work about 5 minutes away!

Whenever I pass by, there seems to be people waiting in the front, especially during dinner time. Who knew this place would be the spot to go to for dinner? From the outside, it reminds me of the restaurant Tiana from The Princess and the Frog built -which make total sense! It's the high, lofty ceilings, big, open, bright lights - they really got the plantation building vibe well. The servers have been great whether they're the quick-service bakery or the servers for our dinner. I remember one dinner, my meal took longer than everyone else at the table and they were apologetic in that and kept checking in and made sure I felt seen. As far as the food, I've tried their cutlet, breakfast pancakes/waffle, fried chicken, and a couple other dishes. Some I ordered myself and some my husband ordered, therefore they are my dishes as well. All of them tasted great and I do have to say, considering how long they've been open, you would think the standards go down at some point, but I have not experienced that at all. The breads, butters, and jellies still slap. And most of all, my husband and other family members I've come here with LOOOVE the kimchi fried rice and/or the pork loco moco. Personally, I used to only think about Liliha Bakery whenever friends from the mainland come to visit. But now, it just may be a nice spot for dinner if we want something a little more than Zippy's.

Perfect savory sear on top of the salmon, and the greens were super fresh with the strawberries and cranberries. Guaranteed I still went and bought coco puffs on the way out, though. Balance, yeah?

The drive-thru is very convenient when I'm getting coffee on my way to work. However, it does tend to get really busy and sometimes when I see how backed up it is, I just leave. I do feel that they prioritize the drive-thru over walking in because a few times I would just go in to order if the drive-thru is busy and the barista taking my order appears to be taking and making orders for the drive-thru. There were also a few instances I saw where you can't even go in to order and could only go to the drive-thru. I do understand when they say they're short-staffed and I see how it can get pretty busy. I'm just sharing my past experience but I do continue to come here because my drinks are always made to how I like it and I love that they're open a little later than other coffee shops! Some of the drinks I love: Iced Vietnamese Cold Brew (it can be strong sometimes) Iced White Chocolate Latte Iced Hazelnut Latte Iced Blended Cookies & Cream Iced Blended Caramel Iced Blended Cookie Butter (it can be really sweet) Li Hing Lemonade I love when they have Mo'Jo Mondays where they feature a drink for $3. They also do stamp cards and when you fill it up you get a free drink at any size.

They also have marked on the menu which items are Hawai'i exclusive, which is helpful for those visiting from out of town if they want to try something unique. The parking looks small from the main road but it's located in a spot by HMart and Don Quixote so there is plenty places to park. I always recommend their matcha or the lilikoi lemonade, but you you can't go wrong ordering anything on the menu

Luckily, I was able to get the most similar drinks to them. First off, presentation was perfection n' their aesthetic is so cute. The Salted Maple Coffee had a nice hint of salty n' sweet n' went very well with the coffee. I really liked the fresh strawberry puree in the Strawberry Matcha. Was hoping for more of a matcha-y taste throughout the drink. I believe they mentioned in an IG story that they will be sourcing a new matcha soon, so I am eager to see if that will enhance their matcha drinks to be the best it can be. Will have to try it out once it becomes available!
