    Just came back from buying a shirt! broad forgot to remove the ink tag!!! Thanks !!!!! U idiot !! You literally wasted my time, now I have to drive further to another location to have it removed !! I can't believe how dumb some people can be. Every piece of clothing as a tag on it to be removed! You shouldn't be working at a clothing store next time !

    Toxic Service & Complete Management Failure - AVOID THIS LOCATION…read more ​The Zara at Brea Mall is an absolute embarrassment to the brand. If you value being treated with basic human Decency, do not shop here. I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. ​The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: ​The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. ​The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. ​The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. ​When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. This isn't just one "bad day"--it's a systemic failure in training and accountability. Zara corporate needs to take a hard look at the Brea location because the current staff is driving loyal customers away for good. I will never spend another dime here.

    I want to start off by saying the the 3 stars are for the store itself not the service…read more The employees were very helpful. We got fitting rooms right away. They asked if we needed help several times. Ashley helped me out in the register and she made my transaction very smooth specially after I expressed how HOT it was inside the store. I could not believe they were working with little to no air conditioning circulating through the store. The store is the reason why the 3 stars. For such a large chain retail store I would imagine they would be able to afford good quality air conditioning not only for the customers but for their employees as well. It was cooler outside than it was inside. I really hope this is being looked into given that we are expecting this summer to be extremely HOT!!! I'd hate to take my business elsewhere given this store is very close and the employees here are great!

    I had a very disappointing experience today at Old Navy…read more I came to pick up a prepaid order that was already paid for online. I waited patiently in line at the register and politely showed the barcode for my pickup order to a lady wearing a pink color stripe shirt. Instead of assisting me, she reacted in a very dismissive and disrespectful way and told me to "get in line." I was not trying to cut the line. This was a prepaid pickup order, and I have done this many times before without any issue. The whole purpose of ordering and paying in advance is for a smoother pickup process. If customers still need to wait in the regular checkout line, then what is the point of online pickup? Eventually, when I reached the register, the manager came over and processed the order. He confirmed that for pickup orders, customers only need to show the barcode and the staff will bring the item out. That is exactly what I was trying to do from the beginning. The situation could have been handled professionally and respectfully. I hope the store provides better training to ensure customers are treated fairly and consistently

    This review is just purely on customer service. I stopped by at this Carters location to shop…read morewinter clothes for my 3yr old daughter. I went inside the store around 10:10am, and i was greeted by a male employee. I stayed in the store to shop around $150 worth clothing for about an hour.. the employee named Robert asked me if i was doing ok and made sure i was finding things right. He also offered me a store bag for my convenience. He was definately nice and cool. Another employee...a female girl also asked if i was doin good. I just assumed all employees were trained well. Until then, everything was good. After an hour, i brought the bag full of clothes..the girl rang me up and put my phone number for customer info. As she was scanning, i noticied an ad showing 20% discount offer starting next week. I asked her if they were able to apply that since im shoppin anyways. If not i wouldve cancel the transaction and came back next week bcuz 20% is obviously alot. She told me since im enrolled to their email list, i have to find the email and show her the coupon. I told her i never received them and as far as i could remember, i havent received any in 2017. She insisted for me to look up the email and find the coupon...and i felt like she wasnt gonna do anything unless i find the coupon. I asked her if there was anyway she could allow the discount...since there will be same discount next week... she did not want to look for other options. I definately felt like she wasnt trained properly to handle these types of situations with the customers. I was feeling lil upset the fact that she was definately not tryin to help me as a customer, but more like IF U DONT HAVE A COUPON, YOU WONT GET A DISCOUNT attitude. She did not disrespect me , nor gave me an attitude, but there was a sense where anyone couldve tried to resolve this matter better. But all of sudden, Robert saw what was goin on and gave her a employee only code to get me the 20% discount. Tada! I knew he was nice guy. I think Robert is the floor manager , the way he was running the store. It took off almost $30 from my original total and as i was about to leave, i thanked Robert for his help. I was sick all week and drowsy..but Robert made my day from leavin the store pissed to .. leaving the store with thankful mind. I definately did not deserve it. Robert's critical decision to satisfy a customer WANT helped me stay a Carters customer. I will always come to this Carters location because of Robert. I usually goto old navys, but those little things that nice ,kind hearted people do....will change my way of shopping for sure. Thank you Robert, have a wonderful holidays and i hope u have a sucessful career ahead of you going forward. Retailers need more leaders like you..to keep customers coming...

I'm always happy…read morewith the clothes and prices at carters but the attitudes of EVERY single employee in this store was unacceptable and unprofessional! I don't know who is running this store, but the environment is definitely a negative one. All the ladies here had such an attitude, they ask if you need help but when you do ask them anything they act like your bothering them. For a children's store!? Definitely disappointed. I spent well over $200 for my daughters that day. It would be nice if these ladies where at least hospitable. Management needs to check these disrespectful ladies that work here at the La Habra location. Maybe management also needs to be looked at because this environment is horrible. And they aren't even young girls working here, older women, with nasty attitudes! DO BETTER .

    The good: Everything in this store is so cute! It is a…read morenicely curated selection of toddler/baby and kid's clothes. The stuff is very trendy, cute and aesthetically pleasing. There were unique pieces I haven't seen at other places. There were so many cute kids hats, purses, and soft shoes. There was also a good selection of wider toe box shoes that are great for toddlers. There are also adult clothes in the back but the selection is smaller and less interesting. They have brands like Mini Boden and Mini Melissa (brands you'd see at Nordstroms). The bad: The prices are pretty high. There were joggers and shoes for kids around $75. The interesting: I see a lot of reviews about people who don't like the owner lady following them around. I noticed this at another Korean fashion store I've been to too (where the owner will come to the spot you were just at to tidy anything you touched or slightly displaced). It is discouraging to browse things when you're not greeted or when you're being watched. I had two toddlers with me (the target audience) and you'd think that people would say hi to the kids or ask if we needed help looking for anything but we didn't get any of that.
