I'm a very understanding person and understand that mistakes happen, but when it constantly happens with my orders from a specific store- I have a real issue and my frustration will be heard. 1st off- I am an onion lover. I won't eat a sandwhich or a burger WITHOUT onions. I've ordered from this store 2 or 3 times through door dash. I currently do not have a vehicle and I had a major surgery on my leg that required 74 stitches. Every time I ordered through door dash I put extra onions on the order, so yes, it is on the ticket. In order to make sure that I got extra onions... I have called them to reiterate that I WANT EXTRA ONIONS. Every. Single. Time. The first time I called them with this issue, the guy was extremely rude, I said I'd leave a review as bluff. He replied "then do it!!!!" Very rudely. I didn't leave a review. I ordered two sandwiches today and neither one of them had extra onions on it, yet again. The woman I talked to was nice, but that doesn't give me $30 back. Door dash does NOT give a full refund back over onions, doesn't matter if I don't eat the sandwhich because of the inconvenience. Sounds like they need better workers- this is unacceptable. I refuse to order from this schlotzsky's again. They lost an extremely loyal customer. I worked my way up to manager status, if this was my store- people would be getting fired. No, not over onions, but over the constant skimpiness issues over ingredients, lack of listening skills, and rude behavior.
