What an outstanding preschool/learning Center! My child started in the infant program and has officially aged out and is going to middle school. The teachers he had were each so wonderful in their own way. He loved being in afterschool and walking around the campus and everyone knowing who he was. The field trips they went on were always so exciting. They have a beautiful little water park area that the older kids get to go to a few times out of the week and various other fun activities planned for the kids. This daycare is great. But the classes have become overcrowded. The "teachers" are also ill equipped to handle small children when they need assistants with proper coping skills. I don't blame the teachers. But I think it's due to either lack of Directors initiative or possible down right laziness. I am very glad I was able to move my little to a new day care with properly trained staff and staff that had management support. read more

Where do you put your sweet and precious children when you have to go to work? The question still remains.... at least for me. I wish I had patience to home school my children because the stuff that comes outta their mouths sometimes leaves me stunned. We toured Country Home and my son did a day there. It was an amusement park. There was a water park, a soda pop diner, a huge movie theater, two different playgrounds, etc. etc. It was overwhelming. The security was great, you were buzzed in as a visitor, a password assigned as a parent. The two managers were very nice and down to earth. The bad points were the ratios. I believe Texas has poor ratios already but there were just so many children and not enough well paid employees that cared. I could see they were exhausted. My son would have been just another name to remember. Also, the tuition rates were a little high. I found that putting him at my college day care was cheaper for a full week. Country Homes seems A-OK, and I am still on the fence about next semester. read more

We were at a different local daycare prior to Country Home and there is absolutely no comparison between the two. Country Home far exceeds expectations. We've now had children in nearly every class at Country Home and the experience has been similar. The teachers truly care for the kids. They keep us in the loop. I feel so safe dropping my kids off here.They also stick to their educational curriculum and go on some great field trips for the older kids. They were very helpful with potty training as well. My kids have rarely gotten sick here, especially compared to the old daycare we were at. The teachers do such a great job making sure the kids wash their hands as frequently as possible. They've been great during the COVID pandemic as well, taking every precaution possible. I highly recommend Country Home @ Galleria! read more

I cannot stress over how disappointed Country Home made me. Last spring my daughter started Toddler A class with Mary and Martha. To begin, both of those workers had negative attitudes toward my child. Martha proceeding to ask me if something was developmentally wrong with my child because she would cry. Well listen to how they treated her and you will understand the reason for her tears. Afternoon teacher would seclude her from carpet time and have her sit at the table for extended amount of time. This was before my child could walk so she couldn't join if she wanted to. Then they did not give her breakfast which we paid extra for. They said her name wasn't written on the roster, but it was in the previous classroom so not sure who dropped the ball there. It was about a week before I found out. Starting my day without breakfast would sure upset me too. Martha was unable to pick up my daughter so this caused for many missed diaper changes and lots of horrible rashes. The staff was very rude to me and I over heard them talking crap about me to the director as I was around the corner. After being confronted, of course I got applogies, but I figured if that's your attitude toward me, I can't imagine how you are treating my daughter when I wasn't there. I had had enough and pulled her out. My daughter has thrived ever since. She is not miserable but now a happy toddler who laughs and smiles all the time. These are just a few of the big things that need to be shared. So much more is wrong with this place. For the price you oh, you do not get the qaulity care your child deserves. read more

this is the first daycare my kids ever went to. When we toured we loved the indoor playground, thinking how hot it gets here, and the waterpark was a plus too. on a day by day, the kids loved their teachers and came home with new songs and lots of art. After one year when my oldest one went to school we all realized how much more she had picked up in social behavior and how much better her listening time was. we had shopped around for prices and Country home was cheaper then anybody in our area, we never had any other fee besides the tuition, my girlfriend pays all the time for this or that at her school. read more

I love this Country Home. Both my son & daughter attended. My son started in the 4 year old class, went to their private Kindergarten class & then moved to afterschool since he started in public school. My daughter also went to afterschool when she started at public school, but is now in middle school, so care is not needed for her. At this time, I do not need care for my children because my parents are willing to care for them during school holidays, but I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone!! The front office staff is very welcoming & helpful and the teachers seem to really enjoy their job. Several of my friends have enrolled their children at Country Home & all of us feel our children have learned so much & have the proper knowledge to move forward in the educational career. read more

Both my son and I love Country Home. He has been there for 2 years, since he was 18 months old (I was a stay at home mommy until then). You are always welcomed by someone at the front desk, the resource room and hallways are always decorated for the season and filled with the student's art projects making it very colorful and fun! My son enjoys showing off his art! The outdoor playgrounds are large and have age appropriate areas. The indoor playground is amazing for days it is too hot or the pollen is too bad (was so happy to hear the teachers keep the kids inside during heavy cedar pollen days to cut down on runny noses.....). The kids are still able to "get their wiggles out" indoors and safely. My son also loves all the learning activities, ABC Mouse and computer time, cooking class, Spanish, resource room and the "Froggy" swimming pool in the summer. The student's days are filled (but not overwhelmingly so) with a nice mix of learning, play, art, reading and of course meals and snacks. Throughout the year there are also events for the parents to attend - 4th of July and Halloween parades around the round-a-bout, Thanksgiving lunch, The Holiday Party and performances among them. I would highly recommend Country Home to anyone looking for a daycare! read more
