The service was attentive and quick. I had beef vermicelli and the hubs had shrimp pho. We shared spring rolls. With my vermicelli I also received an egg roll and a shrimp sugarcane roll (maybe not called a roll but anyhow...). The beef was super flavorful and tender. Really good flavor. I did need to use some of my husbands broth because the noodles have zero sauce on them at all. I guess I was expecting something on them so they weren't just a clump of noodles. That being said, with a little broth they were really nice. I definitely prefer the spring rolls to the egg roll. The spring rolls are crunchy and flavorful but the egg roll lacked a crunchiness and felt a little mushy inside. The shrimp sugarcane thing was ok. Probably an acquired taste. The vegetables in my vermicelli bowl were super fresh and crunchy. Overall I really liked the beef vermicelli bowl...with a bit of broth. It was light and satisfying. The shrimp pho was good. The shrimp were nice and big and nicely cooked. I had hot tea, as well. It was fresh and hit the spot. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal. If you're in Rosenberg, give them a try. You won't regret it.

The 4 stars is for the service and general cleanliness with water that is properly filtered. The local tuning is fusion based geared towards the area. Hits the spot and does the job at a decent price. Of course the only pho place near here about 5 minute drive from the DPS licensing area

I love to discover little places like this that I really didn't discover (it's apparently been around forever and it's actually quite spacious). However with all that being said you really wouldn't expect Rosenberg TX to be the location of a great Pho restaurant however it is and Country Pho is it. The location in a strip center is unassuming however the efficiency of the service the flavor and ingredients of the Pho and the versatility of the menu beyond Pho make it well worth the stop if you find yourself in the neighborhood...oh and I might add...the reasonable prices given the quality of the food makes it even more of an excellent proposition. I had Pho Dac Biet and found the broth rich with flavor and the ingredients plentiful and in ample variety sufficient to satisfy any palate. In addition, the Jalapeño's were fresh, crisp and spicy along with the bean sprouts and greens. If you enjoy Pho do not hesitate to stop here. It is well worth the experience.

Friendly service, GREAT prices! I took off a star because it wasn't the normal bone broth, it taste, smelled and looked like store bought chicken broth. After I hooked it up it was cool. I want to come back to try the Hot Pot though.

Just tried it tonight for the first time. My wife and I tried a variety of dishes. Had the summer rolls, beef round pho and vermicelli with beef as well as the chicken fried rice. Everything was excellent and the service was great. We will definitely be back. Incredible prices too. read more

Looking for a good place to eat lunch before a meeting. Not familiar with the area and construction made it difficult to navigate, so I checked out Yelp. Reviews looked good so I gave it a shot. Very good service and great food. I could not have been more pleased. Tried the Thai pork fried rice. Excellent choice but will go for Pho on my next visit. read more

This place is a real hidden gem, the owners are so friendly and hospitable. I always go here whenever me and the hubby are in the mood for vietnamese. I even got some of my non-asian food eating friends to love this place! The owners are so willing to accommodate, if you have a vietnamese dish you just have to have you can ask them if they can make it and come back another time and it's there! Oh and he won't charge a super ridiculous amount of money for the special order either, the prices here are just as amazing as the food. All time fav place for vietnamese food! :D read more

Nice little place that I cannot believe is in downtown Rosenberg. My kids liked the noodles, and they can be quite picky on what they eat, and they finished them all so that says a lot. Good food at a fair price so I will visit again. read more

Great seafood Pho, I get it without the onions. Tonight I had the usual spring rolls and tried a new dish for me, the grilled beef sandwich. It was surprisingly spicy, a little too spicy for me. But, then, spicy foods really don't like me very much. As usual, friendly and helpful staff. Very economical tasty meals. read more

After eating pho in the city for many years, I must say that the quality of the pho here is on par, and exceeds many of Houston's renowned pho establishments. The broth was rich, the mead added to order to cook in the soup (fresh). The spring rolls could have had more shrimp. read more

I was intrigued when Country Pho opened because there are so many Mexican restaurants in town. It's nice to see something "different". I ate here for lunch on afternoon, and found the food to be delicious and the service was great. The restaurant is very clean. I will definitely go back to Country Pho. read more

Great food out here in the burbs. If you like good Chinese and Vietnamese food you have to try this place. Small place but very clean and when the floors are clean and the bathroom is clean it's a good indicator of how the kitchen is kept. I WILL return here! read more

I stumbled upon this place and it is wonderful. No need to drive into the city to get good pho when you can stay close to home. wonderful owner who will make substitutions (ie. chicken in the fresh rolls rather than shrimp) without any up charge or hassle. the pho is fantastic and i love to end the meal with their thai tea. Very clean, nice and good. can't go wrong! read more

Not good.. not good at all. The worst was the coconut shrimp. It was completely soaked in oil, it looked awful. When I dared to take a bite I had mouth full of oil!!! That's NOT how coconut shrimp works dude!!! For the price you can do so much better. Definitely not going back. read more

Love this place. My office is just a few miles down the street and I try to eat here a couple times a week. The owner is very kind and the wait staff seems to be attentive. This is by far one of the best pho house i ever be too, the Pho's where amazing great flavor and amazing fresh veggies. The summer roles are my favorite really good with the peanut sauce. What a surprise! I don't get out to this part of town often but I'd definitely go back. We had summer rolls, pho, fried rice and bhan mi, and everything was delicious. I judge a place on its peanut sauce and this one definitely nailed it. Extra points for having sriracha, hoisin and fish sauce at every table. I love this place! I always get grilled pork sandwich with jalapeños and egg noodle soup with won ton. Thai tea with tapioca is my drink of choice. The bread of the sandwich is crunchy and fresh. The mayo adds richness. The soup has a deep flavor. I've had pho at other places but none compare to here! Dip your sandwich in your soup for a treat! How refreshing to see a restaurant other than Mexican in this town. Don't get me wrong, I adore Tex-Mex but I like to see that we're expanding our gastronomic horizons. Country Pho is new, it is clean, food is good and it is reasonably priced. Owners are polite and attentive. What I foiund curious (in a good way) was that the kitchen is open, like somebody's home. Very easy to see that it is clean and organized. Hope they're here for the long run. read more

I was very happy to find a Vietnamese restaurant here in Rosenberg. And I'm very very happy with the dishes tried! I had bun with beef, fresh spring rolls & ordered shrimp fried rice for my husband. Very short wait for my to-go order. My car smelled terrific on the way home. When I unpacked the bag at home I found food in good packing, with the dish # marked on the top of each box. Included were packs of shoyu, a little container of "rooster sauce", forks, spoons, napkins & good quality chop sticks. Quite pleased, tasty, fresh food, and this WILL be in my list of good places close to home! read more

Hello, my name is Jimmy Le. I am the son of the owner of country Pho and also a waiter there.This message is in response to Xio G I am here to comment on your wrongfully said remark on our restaurant about your review of our poor service to a homeless man , and discrimination and degradation of human rights. After reading your comment my family as well as myself became furious. Not that it was a bad review but how wrongfully said it was. For if it was true we would take the review as it is, but it is not and hence the reason for me writing to you. I agree that you do have a point, that the visual act you saw may be horrendous and I for sure would feel the same way if I saw that myself. But I am here to inform you that your perception is morally wrong and gives us a bad name. I would like to give you our insight on the situation from our side. First off, that homeless man you saw is a regular homeless man that comes by many times a week and each time he does we do not bat an eye on giving him food. We do not kick him out or call the Cops, which by the way many restaurants do around in Rosenberg when encountered by a homeless man. I know this for a fact for I see it myself and am told by the individuals who come in asking for food. But again I like state that we always give food to the needy and never trample humans rights. Secondly, we have already attempted to let the needy and homeless in to dine and when inside they are treated as well as any other Customer. But on our attempt we had many complaints on the presence of the homeless men. Their stench and visual appearance does not quite set the mood when a peaceful family with children are trying to enjoy their evening. (Remember we are a business but we take out our own time and money to aid the misfortunate). So having them eat outside is almost a must when we have customers inside. But don't think the homeless man doesn't agree. For he himself insists that he eat outside and gladly does us a favor in return for free food. Not many people give them food but we do! and food is food. On top of that the quality is the best it can be and we do not just give them scrapes. We serve them the finest quality like everyone else. Thirdly, some homeless men come in drunk and I'm pretty sure you would not like a drunk man stubble into a restaurant you are dinning in (which was the case in your dine in experience). For that reason alone for not only the safety of our customers but as well as the employees and ourselves we have them eat outside. When we are empty we gladly let them in to dine but obviously the experience of our actual paying customers are more important. Lastly we can not make this a habit, we cannot simply just freely serve the needy and poor with all the amenities of a paying customer and not be paid. Its just simply too hard to do with us paying for the ingredients, utility bills, and employees that work their best to make your experience the best it can be, and especially if they come everyday expecting a free meal with 1st class service. Please keep in mind that at least we provides food and the utensils to eat it instead of saying no and letting him starve. Please don't take this the wrong way, I do not mean to talk to you harshly or call you a liar but your comment may be very hurtful to our business all for a misconception and wrong perception. Please review your comment and take to mind the meaning of the words you said and there effect and also our own reasoning behind the action we take. We always strive to make our customers experience as near to perfect as possible and never turn away to the needy. Good country pho at reasonable prices. The food is authentic American Vietnamese. It's a bit out of place in downtown Rosenberg but that adds to its appeal. So go get some pho and a side of bubble tea. You won't be disappointed. It's s winner. read more
