I and a coworker went here as we were passing through town. I had a burger and he had a pizza. Both were just okay. B- maybe, the place was pretty empty but the server was friendly and knowledgeable and kept the drinks full even though they were pretty much the only ones there. Overall this place was fine and would be a good spot for a quick lunch. Please add more staff during the lunch rush. read more

Came here with boyfriend ordered drinks then food. 8/10 things were not pleasant. The two good things were my boyfriends Long Island and I thought the burger was okay. However I felt like i was a bother to the waiter. & while waiting we heard a couple things that were off and then a customer walked his plate back to the kitchen door complaining. Looking for a dinner restaurant while driving through town. Many if the restaurants were with closed already at 7pm or was not open for dinner. This one had its door opened with street parking so we gave it a try. Upon entry, the dining room was empty, no even a waitstaff. I had to flag down someone from their open kitchen. We later found a crowd was in their back room since they had live music and a dance floor. Looks fun to me! They have a fair number of choices on their menu. The fish and chips came with 2 big pieces of fish fried well but kinda flavorless to my taste. The spaghetti was a little on the salty side. Burger was however tasty and juicy. read more

What a pleasant surprise as we came upon this place! We were looking for somewhere to have a quick bite and stumbled upon this quirky place. The front is a restaurant with all different kinds of decorations and the back is a bar. We started out sitting in the front and then discovered the back. The clientele was definitely unique, which was nice and the food was amazing!! I don't think I've ever had a better ruben sandwich and the clam chowder was unique and delicious. Been curious about this place for years, having pondered the unbalanced typography on the outside wall from across the street at deGarde. We finally stayed overnight in Tillamook for an event and had an opportunity to check it out and holy moly. What a vibe. The older people working had strange, negative attitudes. Wouldn't call them sociable. The whole front area is a big regular dining room and the back is the bar. Lots of neon lighting and a variety of different customers. My vodka soda was...fine. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Stunningly local. Highly recommended for the unique Tillamook experience. Having been there, I would call it a right-of-passage along with the Tillamook Creamery. I enjoyed the most amazing carnivore sandwich, the "Kitty Burger," and the service was most excellent. Ambiance was worthy of the visit... Didn't even get to the bar! Headed to the coast and the only restaurant it seemed opened on a Tues.. walked in to a very charming atmosphere with lots of memorabilia on the walls a bat in there neck that looked like a fun time with love music in the evenings. Our server Joel was outstanding. Friendly. The food was delicious and lots of it. We ended up eating there leftovers in the car as a snack. We will definitely be back. read more

Great casual place to eat. We stayed in the bar area and were served by Bob. Super nice guy. He gets a 10 on the nice scale. Bob recommended the fish basket. The batter used for the fish was made with Dechutes beer in house. Huge portion and very tasty. My wife had a chicken bacon ranch wrap. Thumbs up from her on that. Bob brought us some homemade potato chips that were awesome. Some were major crunchy, and some still a little soft. Just a nice extra touch. A band started playing right before we left. They sounded grate and wish we didn't have to do the 2 hour drive back to Portland or we would have stayed and had a drink. I Recommend this place. Nothing fancy. read more

I was in search of a burger and fries is all and I got this strange experience... served water in dirty cups, place had a strange odor, possible of cats that I didn't notice at first, but when you are sitting there for awhile that was all I could smell... The service was fast and accommodating, but food was not great in my opinion... our server offered us a complimentary beverage saying "it's the best drink you'll ever have!" And we didn't see anyone for 15 minutes... but he never really let us decline the beverages either... he comes back "oh, I promised you those drinks!" At this point we were just taking our last bites of food and about to get the check to get back on the road, as we were all just passing through for the day, as we had discussed with the server... we try the drinks- some sort of soda slushie with whip cream topping, sorry I was not a fan, sir! ): well after another long while we decide to ask for the check at the "front" (we sat in the dining room, not the bar in back) and were finally brought the check. Our sever reintroduced himself & asked "if you're ever back in town, would you stop back in to eat here again?" And we all hesitated for a second, not expecting the question I guess, but I quickly said "yes" and then he kindly bid us goodbye, but I am just keeping it short here, I just felt strange, awkward... and I wouldn't come back to visit, I am sorry. read more

That was odd. I'd like to be able to review the food here, but no. I entered just minutes after noon to find the place deserted. Empty. No customers and no staff. Then, I saw the bar area in back and so I proceeded there to find a few customers. Five minutes later, nobody had even acknowledged my existence, so I left. The signage here brags of live music in the evenings and there is a small stage... which is dominated by an enormous drum set. This is a small room and I can only imagine how loud it's gottta be in here when a band plays. The front dining room looks nice. The back bar area is strictly a dive bar vibe. This place has such a cute atmosphere! I love the lights! The pool table isnt in the greatest shape but its free every day so that definitely makes up for it! They have live music on Tuesdays fridays and saturdays. The cajun frys are bomb! The chicken bacon rance wrap was so creative and with the bellpeppers on the knife. I I didn't try my boyfriends salad but he gave me a bite of his garlic bread. Which was also delicious! Shawna was our server/ bartender she was very attentive and nice. Burger, Patty Melt and fries 50 minutes. Fries got burger in both warm. Sat under the warmer long enough to heat the bun. Fires taste like fish from fish or old oil. Beer good and cold. Sad day when it takes almost an hour. Oh yeah it isn't busy either. We originally walked over from our Airbnb to Rendezvous Bar and Grill to get a burger/beer but since they had a fire they only had cold food and so we ended up at Kitty's. Quick/Great service and since I wanted my burger I found one that sounded good but here's where it was a little strange. A bacon cheeseburger was $16.25 but the Round up burger was $15.50 and had bacon, cheese, mushrooms, and onions so I ordered the roundup with no onions/mushrooms. I guess that's being cheap but I would rather leave the extra dollar tip for great service than the owners that don't understand how to price their menu. BTW the burger was excellent and it was $15.50. Great job on the food and the service!! read more

Pack your patience when dining here! 7:45pm we were greeted by a gal who wasn't the happiest. It didn't take long to understand why. She was the hostess, waitress, bar side help AND cook! Food took 40 minutes for a salad and 2 sandwiches. We were one of 2 tables in the front dining section. She literally prepared each plate in the entire place one by one and delivered them to the table then would go back and make the next item. The "manager" walking around was offering no help and was peculiar beyond words. We had to ask him for our check to avoid interrupting the cook and he was less than pleasant or grateful for our patronage. The place is eclectic and just odd. I would spend your money elsewhere. Did I mention how unsanitary it is for the chef to be running around the front of the house then back to kitchen while preparing food!? read more

We ate here based on the reviews of great food and were sorely disappointed. To be fair, the fish and chips was pretty good. But the chicken ranch wrap was bland and the chili was too tomato-ey. It did have large chunks of meat and was homemade, but not great. The guys playing music in front were super friendly and the waiter was cool, but I think he left after putting in our order. The food took more than 30 min to make it to the table even though we were the only group eating. The cook brought out the food and after we were done I had to go ask for the check. Unfortunately even though everyone was nice, that's not enough for me to justify spending $60 on a mediocre lunch again. read more
