Reached out to Osaro when I needed 3 drains unclogged and a runny toilet fixed. He was responsive, quoted an extremely fair price, was punctual, and got the job done. He brought someone to help him so the visit didn't take very long at all. Instead of snaking my drains, he used a wet-vac type of machine to suck all of the hair (oops) out of the drains. Great experience. I noticed a leak, looked for a plumber, and called Mr. Cox based on the great Yelp reviews. He did not disappoint. He gave me a time and arrived punctually. I quickly found and fixed the leak that I noticed. After testing the water, he found actually found a second leak between the wall of one room and the ceiling of another. I placed a quote with Cox Plumbing for 2 running toilets and that same day he was able to come out and give me a free quote. While he was giving me the quote he walked me around and explained things that you should know as a homeowner which I really appreciated. The price was reasonable so therefore I chose them to do the work. They came and replaced the flapper in one of my toilets but soon after he left, it started running again but even worst than before I called them. So I informed the owner and he said he will take care of me the next day. I wanted them to come back out immediately but they could not so I had to shut off my water to my toilet. The next morning, I follow up with the owner and didn't get a response back until about 5pm stating that his technician canceled on him. The next day, the owner himself and another technician came out to take care of me. I give them 4 stars because of lack communication and the first tech made things worst BUT they finally made things right and was nice about things. read more

I'm seldom surprised in a good way about tradesmen but today gave me a glimpse of hope for the future. This guy came out quickly and stayed until the job was completely done. Even came all the way back when we had an issue shortly after he left. Never once did he seem in a rush to leave and maintained his composure the entire time(I would've been livid) and he probably was but you could t tell by the way he acted at all. On that note I really apologize again about my plumbing issues keeping you so long. I was so reluctant to hire a plumber off yelp with no reference other than some reviews but this is that one rare gem. The problem was not resolved. I paid money, $75.00, just for someone from this company to pour water behind the shower wall. I had to contact a different plumber to fix the issue. Mr. Cox was not professional. It took a few attempts to get a receipt. When I addressed my concerns about the receipt and told him that the issue still continued, he did not respond. When I told him that I had to contact a different plumbing company and what the issue was, he still did not respond.
