    Coyote Guacamole 7-19-2025

We hadn't been to Coyote Crossing in ages, and we're so glad we made it back on Saturday night. I had the shrimp and steak molcajete--packed with flavor and perfectly cooked--and my wife went with the pork burrito. Generous portions meant we had plenty to take home for leftovers, which we're already looking forward to enjoying again. The skinny margarita and the spicy margarita were both outstanding--just the right balance of citrus and heat. We started with the guacamole, which was fresh, creamy, and perfectly spiced. We sat outside in their their patio, which added even more to the overall experience. Great food, great drinks, and great atmosphere--can't wait to come back. 7-19-2025

I brought in my new year here one year and it was just a great calm night. We sat outside with the outdoor heaters. The patio area is decorated with beautiful lights and trees that gives off a resort feel. The food is delicious and I enjoyed it so much I made sure my former boss took me here for lunch as my moving on gift lol. Now that I think about it, it's time to go back. These aren't the best pictures but it's what I had left from that night. 10/10 though.

Really great food and a very fun vibe. Unfortunately service was a bit slow, and it was particularly difficult to get the check (for the tables around us as well), but otherwise it was great and I would come back again! We sat on the patio and it was so nice. Loved the greenery and lights. The complimentary chips were very fresh and came with pico de gallo which I personally prefer over salsa so I was happy. I ordered the fresh fashion margarita which was massive! For apps, we did the picadillo empanadas which were perfect! Some of the best empanadas I've had. Amazing flavor and come with fresh guac. I got the wild mushroom tacos which were very hearty and flavorful. Husband got the pulled pork burrito which he loved. Portions were huge! We could not finish.

Absolutely a must. It is hidden away on a back street of conshocken. It is a little pricey but I have to say the food is unbelievable. You have to get the guacamole and the cheese dip. I had the steak fajitas and the portion size could feed 3 people. The server also was professional and was excellent on helping us out his name was Leo. They had a fire place room and an outside room and of course a bar area too. You can't go wrong here.

This place is a hidden gem! Great service, cute aesthetics, delicious food, and amazing drinks. There's a parking lot. It has both indoor and outdoor seating, which is a big plus. I came for happy hour and had a fantastic time. I'll definitely be returning

Coyote Crossing was absolutely packed early on a Saturday evening, and it's a large space! With a large Christmas tree in the front foyer and a photographer roaming the restaurant, we saw quite a lot of families having their holiday card pictures taken. Generally, service was good and the decor was whimsical. Would note that the chairs were not comfortable for a leisurely dinner. The guacamole was delicious and I loved the spice level of the jalapeños and pickled carrots on the carne asada nachos, though the steak could have been hotter and more tender and the virgin mojito was basically vaguely-flavored water (mocktails not recommended here). Overall, if you're looking for a place to dine in between the city and the country, Coyote Crossing isn't bad.

We had a wonderful evening on the patio! Drinks were fabulous and huge (white and red sangria) guac w smoked corn was unique and delicious with plenty of chips. I had the chicken tinga burrito (cheese inside and sour cream/chipotle sauce on the side so that i could pick it up) which literally weighed close to two pounds no lie. Tacos also good! Would go back, our waitress was friendly and helpful!

Nestled in the Conshohocken area, Coyote Crossing is a hidden gem! The walls of the restaurant are beautiful. When sitting outside, there is a fountain on display. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and escorted to our table. We ordered the Smoked corn, Paella Sofrito, and the Steak and Shrimp Fajitas. The Paella and Fajitas were to DIE for. The corn could've been better. Overall, great service, great experience, great food! Our waiter was very helpful and friendly! We will return for part 2 soon

Such a cute place! It's large and clean with bright and lively decor. I liked the hanging lights…read morethat mimic the thatched roofs structures seen on islands and beachfront cabanas. The Pina colada was had a good amount of rum and was not overly sweet, but the mojito had a ton of ice and became watered down halfway into the meal. We enjoyed our meals: steak and shrimp fajitas was a generous portion and the steak and shrimp were tender, juicy and packed with flavor, the accompanying veggies added nice texture. It came with refried red beans and yellow rice. The grilled fish tacos were also pretty good, it came with delicious savory black beans and rice. Had I read carefully enough, I probably wouldn't have ordered them due to the mango salsa that is served on top, but I'm glad for that oversight because the combination of fish and salsa (with mango, tomato, peppers and cilantro) was tasty. The fish, though, could have used a little salt and pepper, even with the delicious hot sauce and bang bang-like sauce that came alongside. Our waitress was attentive and the servers sang a "Happy Birthday" complete with flashing neon lights to a couple of guests during our visit. Based on this experience, I would return if looking to dine in the area.

My stomach hurts... It's the grease. So much grease…read more We ordered pick up 2wks ago and it was fabulous. Today, horrible. I'm going to add all the pics from 2wks ago and today. To be honest, you have a 50/50 chance with this place. The space is huge. Busy busy. And maybe they shouldn't take orders when they are busy. It's better to just focus on the customers you have than try to bring more. The first time, customer service was exceptional... second time, nope. Bare minimum. It's our fault, we should have waited for at least a month or two. Then we would've been at least a 'new patron'. I'm sad and disappointed that a chain cannot be consistent. Taco salad.. 1st time great--- second time soaking in grease. The chips- first time, great! Second time, old, reheated, rewarmed, tasting like old grease. First time, shrimp chimichangas-- great!! Different than you typical. More like a fried taco. Second time i got the Camerones al mojo de ajo-- greasy. The rice oiled my lips better than vasoline. I can't go back, i won't go back and if you do-- dine in so when you are disappointed, you can return it immediately. Us on the other hand, had to call twice before getting someone to pick up and then it was better to call back later. They get 2/5 because the first time they got it right. Never again.
