Our waitress was attentive and the servers sang a "Happy Birthday" complete with flashing neon lights to a couple of guests during our visit. Last night was the first time that my friends and I dined at Coyote Crossing and we were blown away! We sat outside on their patio and the atmosphere alone was breathe taking. At night the trees and the fountain lit up creating the most beautiful view. I've read before to beware of the owner's charm and I see why! Carlos was so kind and friendly. He explained to use about their new ceviche's, the mezcal bar and recommended the Jalapeño Ginger Margarita to us. Everything was beyond perfect! George and Mary took excellent care of us. George was one of the best, if not the best, servers we've ever had. He was very attentive, kind, and personable; Mary as well. She was always there seeing if we needed a refill on our water, making sure we were satisfied with the chips and salsa and seeing if there was anything she could do for us. After our ceviches, which were incredibly delicious and everyone needs to try them, she even brought out new plates and silverware rollups. We couldn't have asked for better service. We LOVED the Jalapeño Ginger Margaritas. They were AMAZING. I am not lying when I say that they were the BEST Margaritas we've ever had. A lot of places, their Margaritas always taste like straight Margarita mix and have that tart taste to them, but not at Coyote Crossing. They were perfect especially the added touch of the chili powder on the rim. The ceviches were so delicious. We tried the Tradicional with fish, Tierra Caliente with shrimp and the Huasteco with fish. We loved the combination of the citrus from the lime, the sweetness of the fruit, and the kick of spice. Each dish had its own unique taste and went together really well. They were light and refreshing making it them perfect dishes for the summer. I personally recommend the the Huasteco with fish ceviche. It was cooked in fresh lime with watermelon, red onion, cilantro and jalapeño. The watermelon really brings out a unique and tasty flavor that goes really well with the jalapeño, lime and fish. Next time you go you HAVE to try it! Best Fajitas ever. The chicken was so juicy and fell apart so easily. They were cooked perfectly! The vegetables were perfect too. Everything was perfect. We loved everything. I cannot do anything but rave about how amazing our experience was. Next time you go to Coyote Crossing you must try their new ceviches, the Jalapeño Ginger Margarita and of course their new Mezcal items! I believe we had the Sombra Espadin. They had us take a bite of an orange slice and then take a sip of the Sombra Espadin. It was like nothing I ever tasted before. It was extremely flavorful. A must try! The decor is absolutely stunning, with vibrant colors and eye-catching artistic views that make you feel like you've been transported to another world. The restaurant is split into three separate sections, an enclosed dining room, a bar area with high tables, and an expansive dreamy outdoor area. We started our meal with the Ceviche Cancun, which was absolutely delicious. The octopus was cooked to perfection and the flavors were bursting with freshness. We also tried the Smoked Corn Guacamole, which was a unique twist on a classic dish. The seafood tacos were also a standout, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that made for a delicious meal. The kids' chicken tacos were also a hit, with tender and juicy chicken that even the pickiest eaters would love. I went on a Saturday with my colleagues, and not only ambiance was amazing, calm and relaxing (i did not seat on the bar) but food was delicious. We were greeted at the entrance and promptly seated. It did not take long before our order was taken. Although the restaurant was packed, our entrees were served within a reasonable time. We all devoured the "Botanas". I got the "Ensalada Coyote", it was that good that I would have probably ordered another if I did not have my Pescado Poblano waiting for me. I loved the poblano creme and Mahi Mahi fish. Fish was very well seasoned and just right (I am pecky with fish and tend to return it if is not what I expect). One of my colleagues even ordered extra fajitas to go. We had a jar of Margarita, which was good for the price too. I definitely will be back and stop driving to Philadelphia or trying out other smaller sit on places in Norristown that although I like them and they are cheaper, they may not be appropriate to go with colleagues. Last Wednesday we visit the restaurant with my coworkers , first I'm going to say something : these poor and terrible reviews are blowing my mind, YElp is just a online platform were you can write about your experience in different restaurants, not a platform were you can destroy all the hard work that the restaurants make trough all the process of costumer service, okay, I understand , you didn't have a 100%satisfaction. However , one minimum mistake can not make blow away all the good service, food, ambience , music, and everything else that this restaurant have prepare for us as a guess. if you know about restaurant business, food and dinner experience you should know that this place has everything , and everything is perfect , authentic culinary cuisine , great ambience, excellent waitress and awesome bartender! "A vacation in Conshohocken!" if you have never made it to Mexica, Central or South America, you now have a chance to "get a feel" for what a pleasurable escape such travel can be! Ypu will be entranced by the outdoor seating, which has an amazing canopy that provides "dapples of sunlight" even on the sunniest of days. Then of course the service by Liliana was friendly, professional, and attentive! Her descriptions of the specials we detailed, but not burdensome, which can be a challenge for some servers. Our water and beverage glasses never were empty, and our empty plates and bowls were removed politely. Finally, the food was truly beautiful, at the correct temperatures - we ordered both cold and hot appetizers and entrees. I am surprised at some of the food comments and service. I love the outdoors here, it's possibly the best outdoors area around here. However the servers are often over worked and the hostess tells you you have to eat an entree to sit outside, which is fine, but they are way too in your face about it... Personally I think for good Mexican this is not the place. Pretty expensive for mex and surely not that great and rather bland for food not known for blandness.. Its almost like you can sense they dont want to try anything too daring with the food and rather just turn out so so stuff and hope the patio makes it worth it..Anyway good spot for the summer, good atmosphere, basics like food and service to me are pretty sub par... No reason to eat there indoors.. read more

I have been a regular at Coyote for years and while there has been a lot of changes, it has been for the better. The new bar looks beautiful while the dining room got a much needed upgrade. The ambiance of the patio is truly amazing on a warm summer day. I usually go for lunches and sometimes they have homemade fruit water which is truly outstanding and refreshing. Being from Mexico it's easy to see that price is fair considering you are getting high quality Mexican food and not some cheap stuff you can get at Taco Bell. Overall there have been times when service has been a bit slow but the ambiance of the patio and amazing drinks easily makes up for it. read more

We have been here twice now, and the service and atmosphere can't be beat. On our first visit, we stopped here on the way home from traveling with our dog. They accommodated us and we sat out in the courtyard. On our second visit, we brought our dog again just because we loved their courtyard so much. Liliana was our server and she was attentive and provided great service! If I was able to give this place 10 out of 5 stars I would. The food was the most authentic Mexican I have ever had. It was beyond delicious. The atmosphere was incredible. Just had lunch at Coyote Crossing during our break. I ordered the Tacos Rosarito and it was amazing. Probably the best taco I have ever had. Next time you go out for lunch I highly recommend going there and getting the Tacos Rosarito. My new "go to" spot for great food after I go into the city for a Phillies game! The ambiance is perfect, outside bar & seating with friendly wait staff, what else do you want in a restaurant. I wish I could get there more often, or maybe they can open another closer to my area? We all shared the margarita snacked on tasty apps and our favorite dish was the Poblano stuffed pepper, gotta go check it out! read more
