Cozy provided a time when a technician would be here. I was contacted by Jeff, indicating he was able to be here earlier if it worked for me. In reply to Cozy's response to my 1 star review, Jason Grant says they havent heard from me in months, untrue, I tried numerous times to contact him by phone and he wouldn't speak to me. Even now in his response he asks for me to please contact him, when I then sent him a polite email inviting a dialogue his reply was Im not talking to you. So I guess its its easier to manipulate and be dishonest on your yelp so you can talk about your glowing reviews. Dont believe it. As far as the free subpanel they installed the truth is my HVAC and pool equipment ran through my main panel for 38 years no problem until the day COZY installers hooked up Heat pump, then could not get power to pool equipment which was critical in last winters rain! Pool was overflowing! Was their responsibility for the lack of an inspection before they started install which they admitted and hired an electrician to hook up pool equipment through a subpanel. This subpanel work was not permitted. Now the story is they gave me a "free subpanel" what a BS artist. And as far as his cohorts at Citadel roofing stating in a google review that they were told by COZY I owed them money, I do believe he told them that although he states correctly in this yelp review I never owed him any money, I see that Citadel removed that statement on google. Called this company because I was having problems with my water softener. I called and explained that my water felt hard and asked if they serviced and/or repaired them. They told me yes. The appointment was scheduled promptly. The guy showed up timely and was really nice, but never fixed the problem and spent the rest of his time trying to sell me everything from a filtration system to an entire electrical system for my whole house. I asked the repair man if he brought with him a hard water tester- nope. What about something to clean it out? Nope. Needless to say, I was out the 79.00 for a "diagnostic fee." Steer clear if this place, they have no desire to fix things, just sell things you don't need. read more

Super fast turn around time. I had a two different HVAC companies come out and refuse to work on my AC because it's an unusual design... with a couple weeks lead time between each to even get them out, so about a month overall. 3rd time is the charm. 2 days later (during the heat wave) and about an hour of time, Jason had fixed my drainage problem and fixed an incorrectly installed shut off switch. To be honest was a little hesitant on getting service from a company that only had 2 reviews at the time, but the high was 106F and my AC was out. He was very professional, took the time to explain what he was doing and what kind of maintenance I should be doing for the AC unit. He identified and fixed the issue very quickly. I've written maybe two business reviews since reviews since online reviews began. Here is my story. We went to bed the night of December 23rd and our HVAC system took a total dump. With my wife just having had surgery that day following 5 months of chemo, I was somewhat concerned for her comfort with the cold days ahead. I woke up on Christmas Eve morning and started my most likely unsuccessful search to have someone come out prior to the long weekend. I googled HVAC repair and my 2nd call- since the first company didn't answer or ever return my call - was to CHS. The lady who answered the phone was very nice, understanding and professional. She said she would check to see if they could respond and would call me back shortly. Within 5 minutes she called back and told me a technician would be at my house within 20 minutes. I was seriously blown away. COVID aside, I can't remember having that kind response from any company in the last 20 years. I was expecting her to say the usual that they were sorry but they could come out on January 5th because they are, "so busy". The tech was at my door within 20 minutes and in another 20 had diagnosed and resolved the issue. I was ready to happily pay $500 for my family's comfort but surprisingly he told me the fix was $49 bucks. REALLY???? Well Merry Christmas!!!! Later that day I called to just say thanks again and my call went straight to the owner Jason's voicemail. I expressed my appreciation. Never expecting a response back, within 10 minutes, Jason called back and left a message expressing HIS appreciation. AGAIN......REALLY? What business does that these days? My home is only 5 years old and probably not covered by warranty anymore but I will definitely be calling CHS for any future issues or services. read more
