10/10 recommend and I don't even like waffles. I decided to finally try this place after seeing…read moresome photos of the food. Delicious! We came on a Thursday around 11:30am and there was nobody there nor a wait time. I ordered the scrambled eggs and bacon sandwich: great taste and portion. It comes with a side of syrup. My daughter got the chicken and waffles sandwich: this was amazing and I'll be ordering that for myself next time. It has fried leeks and onion on it and comes with a side of syrup as well. Chicken was cooked perfectly and it all meshed together well. The banana bread coffee was very good too. I was hesitant to try to but am glad I did. It was better than the cookie butter latte, which was a little too sweet for me. It tasted better after mixing all the toppings. Lastly, I got the waffle bites for my toddler. They were perfectly crunchy and sweet. They came with three dipping sauces- Chocolate ganache, caramel, and strawberry. Very delicious! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Very clean and lots of seating available. Will definitely be returning. They offer military discount also. Also a plus is that they offer the Maine root drinks which I am obsessed with the flavors. Must try in OKC/Edmond!

There are so many options but we went with the Apple Pie Waffle and the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Waffle Sandwich, a side of bacon (not pictured), the Cookie Butter Iced Coffee and the Berries n Cream Iced Matcha. That Cookie Butter Coffee...Heaven on earth...if you don't take any other of my suggestions, please take this one! The cold foam was thick and creamy, the coffee actually had a cookie butter flavor without being overly sweet. The match was good as well, we had never tried matcha so we were glad we did. The waffles were AMAZING. I will definitely go back to get the coffee and try more of the sweet waffles. We got the apple pie to share and a side of bacon. Bacon was the perfect compliment to the sweet waffles. The caramel sauce...drooling over right now lol. My son absolutely loved his sandwich/wrap. He said it was one of his favorite things. The staff were very friendly. You do order at the counter and then it is brought out to you. The restaurant was clean and comfortable with outside seating as well. I highly recommend Waffle Champion while in Edmond.

We were greeted warmly and offered to take any table as only a couple other tables were taken. The restaurant is clean and homey with a European/ French influence in some of the food items and decor. The soft jazz playing added to the French bistro vibe. Being our first visit, we chatted with the new owner who took over from her sister. She was very friendly and engaging. When asked why beignets were on the menu she said because she loved them and travels to visit family in France on the regular. We ordered one to try and it was just like what you find at Cafe Du Monde in Jackson Square. The croissants looked tempting and like what we've had in French restaurants, but we didn't have any. The menu is undergoing a few changes expanding the breakfast offerings but will retain most of the menu items. The server was also very friendly, thorough and checked on us several times. He was also very engaging and helped us with the menu. I had the Western Omelet, potatoes and toast (brioche). The "European Butter blend" had a much better flavor than the usual packaged butter. The omelet was good and the salsa very tasty, but not spicy. My wife loved that they offered "Small Bites" for smaller appetites. She had 1 egg (cooked a perfect over medium), 2 slices of bacon and French toast (1 slice cut in half). She enjoyed her meal. We will definitely be back to sample more of the menu.

Their eggs Benedict are delicious! Their creamer for the coffee is a house-made sweet treat! Don't miss either one! Dec 2019

Inside, you'll find the menu screen on the wall with a few tables and places to sit. You can order soft serve or mochi waffles, OR BOTH! The exterior seating had tons of seating and was painted the cutest yellow! The owners were super sweet and very helpful. I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch swirled with chocolate and a Cinnamon Toast Crunch waffle. I also got to try the ube ice cream and Biscoff waffle. The ice cream was super creamy! The ube had a nice expected flavor. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch and chocolate was a great combo! Crazy enough I actually enjoyed the chocolate more as it was more rich in flavor and just chocolaty. The waffles were divine! Since they're mochi waffles, they have a great chew and consistency. I would probably recommend the Biscoff one over the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. They rotate out flavors of both the waffles and ice cream so looks like I'll have to keep coming to try it all! As a little dessert stop, definitely worth a stop after some dinner or a little treat!

The indoor space is on the smaller side but they make up for it with the great outdoor patio. The manager mentioned the flavors rotate on a regular basis which is nice. You can always try something new. She also mentioned they are going to add drinks to the menu. That will be fun!

I had high hopes about this place as my brother was in town visiting and said he read a good review…read moreabout it. The decor is very eclectic and kitschy...it looks like they furnished it with goodwill. Which is not a negative thing, in my book...just a specific aesthetic. Upon first glance, I was impressed by the menu and its extensive offerings. Everything sounded very good and we were hungry having a late breakfast. I ordered an iced french vanilla latte to drink and it was pretty good. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but I can appreciate a sweet, well balanced latte. The waitress seemed panicked from the moment she introduced herself. She was kind and polite, but you could tell she wanted us to hurry up so she could get to her other tables. I think the poor girl was maybe the only person serving our party of three and another party of like 15 that came in, so it was clear she was overwhelmed. The ordering process felt very rushed and the moment we stopped talking, she launched towards the back. I've served for over 20 years, so I have compassion for being "in the weeds", but the key to good service is to not make the customer bear the weight of your urgency, in my opinion. Nonetheless, we ordered our food with anticipation. I was excited that they offered eggs Benedict in several different forms, but I ordered it the old fashioned way with hash browns as my side. The food took a reasonable amount of time to cook. Once we received our meals, everything looked really good. As I cut into my eggs Benedict, I realized the egg wasn't fully poached (it was still gooey) and the meat they used wasn't actual Canadian Bacon, but rather a sliced deli meat. I'm assuming it was ham. It looked like they pulled it straight out of a package from Walmart and slapped it on the English muffin. The food was just not good and definitely not worth the price. My brother got an omelet and there was cheese on top, but it was literally a sliced cheese laid on top of the omelette and it wasn't even fully melted. I respect this establishment as it is a small business and I give them kudos for what they did well. I would recommend they reduce their menu selections and focus on offering better quality ingredients for the items they serve. As for the service, it's a human experience. Some days are good and some days are bad. My only recommendation is that if you're "in the weeds" let your table know that you just got sat with a big top and you need to catch up, but you're going to take great care of them. That feels much better than feeling rushed. All in all, I don't envision myself coming back to this place unless I hear some significant changes are made regarding the quality of ingredients in their food.
